Alpina Imports

I am not going to say much more as there is SO MUCH to it and not enough room, but yes the issue is FAR WORSE than it originally was. Robert is almost never in and all of the sudden the same lady that's been working with us "doesn't relay messages" and felt the need to hang up on me. As did Robert himself, many times. Hanging up and staying dead silent are his two favorite things.

Customer service is GARBAGE. I mean it looks like a big NO from the outside, but I was referred and took that person's referral to heart and tried it out. Upon first meeting them, they appear as very honest and sweet people. All I want to say at this moment is TREAD VERY CAREFULLY and TALK to people in the area.you would be amazed at the amount of light the public has shed just by seeing a tag with their name on it.

These people have came up to ME in public, I never would have thought nearly as into anything if I didn't have people come to ME. Not me seeking other people out, people would notice and come to inform me. Very helpful information.

An amazing car lot, I was looking for a 3rd tow truck for my family, I asked my mechanic who they would refer and he referred me to Alpina Imports, I called and a wonderful women answered very polite and professional and stated they had exactly what I was looking for, I was there the same day and purchased my very first Land Rover LR3, he was and excellent condition for an Amazon price.

I would recommend this car lot to anyone, the owner is amazing he was very knowledgeable about everything there was to know about this truck, he even changed my oil before pulling off. I would give them 100 stars if I could. Thanks Alpina imports

I got a car from them some stuff was wrong & they took it back and fixed it no problem the reviews on here scared me but honestly they good people & they do what they say they gunna do wverything we needed fixed got fixed

I purchased a PT cruiser here, and my entire experience was fantastic. Everyone is very friendly and professional. After a couple weeks driving, my vehicle started to overheat, I came to alpina and they fixed the issue right away no questions asked. If I could rate them 10 stars I would. If you are looking for a used car, this is the place to go!

I would never buy from this place ever. Keep your money in your pocket. Bought a car I really wanted. This car has given me nothing but problems. First of all the car's water pump went up. They fixed that and made me pay half. This still ain't fix right. They call themselves doing a tune up but did not put the coil pack on it. Now I need to put a catalytic converter on it. I am calling my lawyer today!

I called in expecting to get the same answer as every other car dealership. Absolutely NOT! Tanya was helpful from beginning to end and everyone treated me like family. Last year I purchased a vehicle from them. Due to the explosion on the 10th of last month my vehicle was destroyed. There was no question where I was going to go to get another one. They really do their best to help you. All that I can say to them is thank you.

Excellent dealer. Tamita is awesome and made it all happen for us. Rob the owner is absolutely a sweetheart. We had a noise in the passenger wheel so we brought it back and We on dropped what he was doing and fixed the problem immediately. I would give these guys more than 5 stars if I could. I purchased a 2006 BMW X5 for my wife from Robert, he was a very nice man to deal with. My wife loved the car, and I enjoy driving it myself. The car was very clean, and the price was just right. I will be coming back to buy a toy for me.

Buyer Beware! Purchased a Mercedes from Alpina Imports and drove it home.went to start it again and dashboard lit up saying "battery take to work shop". Paid with trade $25,000. Not given a owners Manuel and afraid to drive it took it to close by excellent mechanic.alternator went bad and wore down battery, cruise control not working, fuse box had to be replaced, bushing missing.fixed with a cost of $941.00. Robert, the owner was on vacation and told girl in office to tell me he is not paying the $941.

They did not honor the guarantee. Everything sounded great before the purchase and after you drive off your on your own for repairs. I see I am not alone with problems that occur after sale from Alpina Imports. Just read the other reviews for Alpina Imports. I was suppose to get the owners Manuel when Robert returned but he didn't have one and he told me he would get one on Ebay and send it to me. I will give follow up when or if I receive one.

If you're driving past Alpina Imports and think even for a split second to stop and check out the cars there, dont! Worst dealership EVER. There only worried about getting you in the car, getting your money and getting their vehicles off the lot. My tranmission went up about a month in a half after i started financing it. This is an issue the owner and/or his mechanic would see signs of, instead of fixing the issue completely or not purchasing it they did the bare minimum and put it up for sale on their lot.

I have put in so much work into my truck since i got it and its only a 2008. I have had it for a little of two years and my mileage is off (i can only imagine how much this would cost me), my axle broke, my head gasket currently needs to be replaced and so many other issues. What more can happen with a vehicle that isnt that old. If i could give this ZERO stars i would. I'm just finding out my truck was listed as Salvage!
