This was my first car lot shopping experience I dealt with Fred H. He was really cool about the whole process and did everything he could to help me out with all his years his experience and knowledge. He knows his stuff and he's definitely the type of person you can get caught up talking about life with. As with anything, you have to go into the process realistic and in the mood.

If you go in stressed out unable to be educated, you're not going to be able to hear the information youre being told and you're definitely not going to be able to follow your intuition in a negative confrontational mindset, mine took me to the 2010 Hyundai Accent and Fred. I do not regret a thing. He gave me a hell of a deal and also left me walking away feeling comfortable that should anything arise, it will be an easy, comfortable process to get serviced. Recommend.

We had an excellent experience buying our car from Aero. Fred was able to help us out with everything we needed and we were able to walk out the same day with the car that we wanted. We will definitely go back for service and for our car shopping needs in the future.

Don't trust this place with your vehicle. I brought my vehicle here because it was beginning to shake, and for a couple other reasons (rattle in my exhaust/check engine light). The guy didn't even test drive it because it was sprinkling outside. He checked my check engine light and told me a sensor was going up. paid $100 and fought my two toddlers to stay calm inside for the mechanics to not even address my situation.

May I also add this was THE ONLY mechanic service that actually charged me to look at my car as not only a woman but a mother out of THREE shops. Hah. I went to two other mechanics as the shaking continues for weeks and was told my transfer case was going up, accompanied by a few other extremely expensive fixes. One mechanic told me my transfer case was so rusted he didn't know how my vehicle was still moving, and told me it was unsafe to drive my kids around in, told me to keep my money because I'll need it for repairs.

The sketchiest part is they had my car on a lift to check my exhaust and told me they 'zip tied' it to fix the rattle, so please explain to me how you didn't notice my rusted transfer case or hear it because the other shops told me the grinding was so loud they couldn't even get past it. I have since purchased a new vehicle but if it were up to trusting Aero, I'd still be my old vehicle thinking everything was okay and the only issue was a 'sensor'.

Mr Ed Layfield made everything alil smoother for me. This was my first car, and other dealership were just giving me the run around. I was able to get a Hyundai Santa Fe. Only nerve racking thing was waiting to here from the bank with a yes or no. Overall great experience. Mr Ed is the Man!

My grandparents purchased my first vehicle there when I was a teenager. The customer service was as great then as it is today. My wife and I, recently bought our daughter her first car and received nothing but great service from "Edd" the salesman. I would always recommend Aero Motors.

Hello, I was promised that I would walk off the lot with a car at another dealership and after driving almost 2 hours to get there I was told that I needed $2,000 down and my payments would be $450 a month. I left there in tears and decided to take my chances at a more local establishment. I went to Aero Motors with hopes but not sure what would happen.

So I gave them all of my information and was called the next morning with an approval for a car. I have a great car with a low monthly payment and my old car was good enough to be used for my $500 down payment. Aero Motors has made me very happy for a change.

I'm glad I went to this dealership. They have great selection of vehicles at fair price. Ed was the guy who helped me with my car buying process, he was very helpful, patient and not at all pushy (like some salesman). The staff were very friendly and overall I would definitely come back to them to get a car if I need one in the future.

Fred Herbster helped me get my first car with the worst credit situation. He was honest and a straight shooter and I am so grateful for him walking me through the process. I highly recommend everyone who is in need of help and hasn't had luck anywhere else to call and ask to speak to Frank. Thanks to him, I was able to find my ideal car!

Ed at aero motors is amazing! He just helped me get a car from here and I've never bought from a dealership before only private parties. He helped me get financing as well and made everything so easy when I really didn't know what I was doing. Couldn't have been more helpful! Would definitely recommend! And I love my car!

I was dealing with ed and even though it seemed like every truck I was after seemed to have been in the process of being sold ed called me and told me a deal fell through on one of the trucks I wanted. He got ahold of the finance company and we made things happen. The sales team is not your typical pushy sales people. They are great to do business with and I look forward to dealing with them at a later date.

I give it a 3-2 stars. The customer service was professional. I got a great vehicle. However. The keys needed rewiring. My mechanic mentioned this before buying the car they said they'd give me a new spare key. Instead. They gave me a key that wasn't computerized for my vehicle. My window motor on my passenger seat convienantly stopped working after the warranty cut off.

What I did get was everything I needed to start my business. A 2011 Ford Transit XL and it only had 39,000 miles on it. It just sucks. Because the shady ness and dishonesty of the so called used car salesmen really live up to it's name. Lol.

Gary at Aero Motors was excellent to deal with and made the buying experience very pleasant. There was no pressure but they made us feel welcomed and important. We got a great used car at a great price! Highly recommend!

If I was able to give this place 0 stars I would. These people take advantage of their customers. My grandparents insist on buying cars from here because they know one of the men who work here, and he has CONSISTENTLY sold them shit cars that break down 24/7. They bought a truck from here a year ago and they have had it break down 6 times. This place is sketchy and skeevy and is exactly the stereotype of a used car place. Disgusting taking advantage of "friends" and the elderly. DO NOT BUY HERE, you will regret it.

Best car buying experience ever! My sales associate, Ed, was knowledgeable and attentive to the my needs in a vehicle. The process was made that much easier by communicating with my sales associate before going. My daughter was so impressed by the great prices, wide selection and ease of process, she going to buy her next car there. Aero motors is my new choice for vehicles. Thanks Ed the the great experience.

4/3/21 update: Still love this place. Went in for my free oil change and also told them there was a rattling in the dash and asked them if they could find what it was. Got a call maybe an hour into business hours that my oil change was done and the rattling was a lose vent clip and it was fixed. Thank you guys so very much. You guys rock! Absolutely love this place. The entire process from start to finish was great. Fred is a fantastic guy who does whatever he can to help you. I recommend Aero to anyone looking for a nice reliable car

I like the place because they have a variety of vehicles to choose from. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable I enjoyed the experience. I definitely would recommend your establishment! A Big 10!

Last week was my third purchase from Aero. I've been satisfied all three times. Price and vehicle met my need!

What a GREAT Car Dealership. Very, very helpful. Very nice selection of cars and trucks. I was amazed on there selection for a smaller dealership. I bought my 2003 Dodge Dakota, I am the second owner. Mr. MacKinnon was very helpful and easy to talk with, this was my first buy and he made everything go smoothly! I had no worries with anything, he completed everything very, very fast.

I had a great experience, Ian M. made it much easier by being so nice and helpful. I'm really glad I bought my car from here, definitely recommend!

Been three months since I bought my car. No issues, they offered an houred the first free oil change. But, while getting my oil changed they notice my 2 front tires were way to thin for the amount of time Ive had my new used vehicle. They went above and beyond for me at no cost at all. They put 2 new tires on the car. I'm aware that they didn't have to do it at all, but its the right thing to do and I really appreciate them doing it. I would definitely recommend to any and everyone to check them out!

We had the best experience. Our salesman Ed was very helpful but not pushy. He made us feel important to him. I liked that it was not a "stuffy" major dealership that is high pressure. I have already recommended several people to go to Aero Motors.

I would call this is a zero added value operation. It was no different than buying straight from an owner. I bought an older SUV with a clean car fax which they had bought at auction from Carmax. It was in good condition but there were so many little things broken or not working that it took me a month to get it passed VA inspection. Things that any reputable car dealership would have fixed before selling it. Fog lights with broken lenses, instrument display with lights not working, cracked side view mirror, the cheapest tires money could buy, trailer hitch stuck in receiver, no floor mats, ONE key and no remote. Seriously, one key?

It cost a couple bucks per key and $15 for two remotes that took about 2 minutes to program. All told it was about $400 to fix all the little things that a reputable dealership would have taken care of and it was too big a pain to go back to bmore to have them fix. I also had trouble getting my title. I arrived with a bank check from Navy Federal. Guaranteed funds but they wouldn't release the title till the check cleared which is fine but they didn't deposit it for a week (until I called and asked where my title was).

Why did I buy, simple: I wanted a pre 2006 2wd, 9pass suburban with less than 100k miles. I got it, happy with the car after fixing it up but absolutely no thanks to the dealer. Also their prices are not very competitive, I overpaid but again I was looking for something specific that I couldn't find elsewhere.

BUYER BEWARE! They will tell you anything you want to hear then deny they said it. I specifically asked my sales rep Ed if the final price we negotiated included tax title and license and he confirmed that it did. This was a lie! When I went to sign the final contract he dropped over a thousand dollars in new charges on me for Tax Title and license.

When I objected and pointed out that I specifically asked him about this he lied and denied having said it and didn't recall me even asking the question. This guy either doesn't comprehend english or he's a liar. At the time I decided to proceed since I really liked the vehicle and still felt the price was reasonable and I accepted it as a simple misunderstanding.

However Ed then told me that they would take care of purchasing the tags and all I had to do was pick them up when they came in. As I had already been hit with the unexpected extra charges for TT&L I assumed this was covered in that cost but to be sure I once again asked him specifically if there would be any charge when I came to pick up the tags and he said no that this was included in the final price. DO NOT TRUST A WORD THESE GUYS HAVE TO SAY. THEY ARE LIARS!

We went to Aero Motors about 10 mos ago when my husband's car stopped working and he needed a new vehicle quickly. We have regretted buying a used auto ever since. This place only guarantees their lemons for 30 days but the salesperson, Fred Herbster, went on about how thoroughly the cars were inspected and led us to believe the one we looked at was in great condition.

We still purchased the offered extended warranty, but it doesn't cover much when you read the fine print. We had our first problem with the vehicle about 2 mos after purchase and ended up replacing a minorish part. Four mos after the 1st repair the blower for the heat/AC went up and almost immediately after, so did the relay that provided the energy. Now, 2 mos after THAT and less than a yr from our purchase, we found ourselves coming to a sudden and frightening stop in the dark and in 50 mph traffic!

Today we find the transmission is up, fluid has leaked under the hood and the warranty Co is using a technicality (from a part of the contract with particularly confusing wording) to absolve themselves of responsibility. It will likely make more sense to get a new car than to keep shelling out for this and all the future repairs that are probably likely. DO NOT BUY HERE! This place is what gives used-car salesmen such negative reputations.

I bought a vehicle at Aero Motors today after first seeing it on their website about a week or two ago. They were not pushy at all. I saw the car probably as soon as it was posted on their site, before it had been detailed & inspected. Fred let me to take a look at it in their shop to see how I liked it. We were able to establish that some minor cosmetic damage needed fixed. Fred & Zack stayed in communication with me from there on out until it was fixed & I signed the papers.

There was also some sort of problem prior to me purchasing it with the AC, they told me it was addressed. So far I'm satisfied with the experience, will update my review if the car ends up being a clunker, but I don't think so.

My daughter bought a car from them last year. Due to her budget restraints she didn't have much to spend. They sold her a much older car. But when the transmission went on it 3 weeks later, they honored their word and fixed it for free with no hassle. I can't speak for anyone else's experiences with them. But they did right by us.

This dealership is a setup. They will lure you into purchasing a car from them that has major issues just so you can use their outrageous repair shop. The cars are rigged to just get you out of the dealership and past the 30 day warranty period then it's all downhill from there. Steer clear of these people. They also will tell you incorrect financing terms just so that you will make the purchase. THUMBS DOWN!

They are very nice selling you a car but we have had nothing but problems since we drove it off the lot. We were back wihtinng 2 days for a check engine light and had the car back multiple times withing the 30day limited warenty. The car continues to have problems the supposedly fixed and we would never recommend anyone buy from them
