A couple of months ago, I purchased a RAM Laramie. On the way home from the dealership the truck developed an issue, (loose wire connection) which rendered it undrivable. River Oaks sent a tow truck to pick it up. They offered to fix it or replace it. I chose to order a new one and included a package upgrade. They repaired the original truck and I drove it until the new one arrived.
The dealership went out of their way to make the trade very easy and even delivered the truck to my home. I'm very pleased with the purchase as well as the truck. MPG is awesome.

I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone who is looking for a vehicle. I could have not asked for a better experience from start to end. Blake and his team made the car buying process such a breeze. The customer service was exceptional and everyone there was so friendly and pleasant. I am extremely satisfied with my new Jeep and it's safe to say that I will always come here for my future vehicle purchases!

I took in my Jeep Wrangler due to a crack in the Radiator. Upon talking to the Service Tech, I was asked if there wear any warning lights. I answered that only the Tire Pressure tight was on for the right rear tire, but I feel it was due to a faulty sensor. Because, the tire pressure is according to factory specs and there is no leaks. After dropping off my Jeep the Service Tech called me and reported that there is Indeed a Crack in the radiator and the Thermostat needs replacing, he also recommend routine maintenance due the Jeep being over 100k miles.
Nothing else was brought to my attentions and I Okayed the Radiator and Thermostat repair, but not the routine maintenance. After getting the call that my Jeep was ready and EVERYTHING is repair and NO OTHER issue was brought up. I picked up Jeep and started it, the dash lite up with Warning Lights. The ABS, Brake and Stability Control warning lights are now on, the Sway Bar light is blinking.
On top of all of that the Speedometer doesn't work and the Front Passenger side Blinker stopped working as well. I brought this to the service tech attention and was told the location of the ABS, isn't located near the Radiator where the did repair and was passing it off as coincidence. But that doesn't explain the Speedometer and Signal light not working.
They did offer to check the signal warning lights and possibly reset then. Which only took them less 10 mins with no success of getting rid of the warning lights and to just to tell me again that it's coincidence. Tried calling the service Dept several times to speak with someone else about the issue and of course I get no answer. This all Happen at the beginning of the week, 5 days before Christmas.
Now with the Anti Lock Brakes possible acting up, no stability control and no way to tell how fast I am driving. Christmas Plans to travel are now canceled. It's one thing that I drop $1300 for parts and repair, it happens. But, to get back my vehicle with more problem that was not there before and for the Service Techs to really take hardly no time to look over the issue and to be told it was coincidence and the ABS Modular is probably going out. It's just TERRIBLE Service and Repair from River Oaks Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram.

I can't say enough about how I feel about my buying and delivery experiences from River Oaks Jeep. Over the years I have bought 5 vehicles from them (4 wranglers). I love my Wranglers and unusual circumstances have led to most of my trades. In prior years I have shopped at other dealers around Houston, but always ended buying at River Oaks. I don't even bother with that any more.
I always have confidence that I will be treated fairly at River Oaks and have not been proven wrong yet. They truly respect the buyer and I genuinely feel their primary goal is customer satisfaction over all else. I will miss my Gladiator, but who can resist a Wrangler 392. I can't start it without smiling. Thanks Blake, Hussein and Ray for a truly excellent experience.

River Oaks definitely took GENUINE CARE of my Chrysler! Got into a highway accident and messed up my front bummer. Talking and working with Dennis in Body Shop, he is the absolute BEST.
