We appreciated the genuine approach by Gene and the sales Team. The communication, test drive and closing the deal went smooth and was enjoyable. The vehicle was the best prepped truck (cleaned and ready to view) of the group of trucks we looked at on several lots. I feel the dealership takes a lot of pride in their vehicles and I feel they did accurately complete the mechanical checks and the Blue Certification. The entire process went great!.

I was short on time and went to another ford service department. I always had my oil and tires rotated at the same ford store. Which I have never had an issue. I take it to Bob Sight in Lees Summit. Come to find out they are 10 dollars higher than my regular Ford Dealership and now. I lost my center cap Sunday do to screws not tightened. So I go by me some Alan wrenches and proceeded to check my other 3.
Well long story short 2 of the 4 center caps where tight. Now I also sent them my number Sunday for someone to call me Monday. Here it is Monday 7pm. no call. So now I write a review. I love that this store is going to cost me money to go replace a center cap at my expense. With the center wheel caps being plastic. One would think common sense tells you not to use a impact wrench to tighten. This method broke by center wheel cap.

Great customer service! Was grateful for Emery and his knowledge of the vehicle I came to purchase. He was thorough in showing me how to operate it and let me test drive a few to make sure it was indeed what I wanted. Even Eric in financing deserves acknowledgment, which I'm sure is rare in that department. He was pleasant to work with and very efficient.
Fast with the paperwork but also explained it all well. He also made sure we got the financing and bank I wanted. Also, Jacob and the service department were all pleasant as well. I appreciate those three gentlemen specifically because they were aways kind, professional and got me out quickly!

I worked with Emery Stone on the purchase of my new F150. This entire dealership is completely top notch! My appointment was at 10:00 AM and I was home with my new truck by noon. Everything was completely and totally delivered as promised. Emery worked really hard to make sure that the process ran as smoothly as possible. I started my relationship with this dealership utilizing the service department. Brian Thomas does a great job of advising me on everything that needs to be done to make sure my truck is in top running order.

Was in there first thing in morning waiting for service to open. When I got in for a simple oil change the service adviser was an asshole. Maybe he didn't get laid the night before but you don't tell a customer he didn't call the day before and then proceed to call me a liar. Never have I been to a dealer ship and been treated like that.
What happened to customer service. Without us you wouldn't have a job. I will never go back to this place again I will stay with the ones that teach their employees respect

I worked with Garret Gibson at Bob Sight Ford. I am not from the area so did all my communication and transactions over the phone or internet. I flew down to pick up the car I purchased and was greeted at the airport by Garrett personally. I was so happy he went out of his way and took the time to pick me up. Upon arriving at the dealership, he had everything completed and ready to sign off on, had my car sitting out front detailed and waiting for me.
I purchased a Mercedes from him so wasn't a car he was personally used to but he took the time (hours) to help me with all the options the car had and went above and beyond to research things that we were not familiar with. By the time I finally drove off, I felt like a friend and not a customer. Impeccable customer service! Garrett was truly outstanding and would definitely recommend the dealership and Garrett personally to anyone looking for a vehicle. Bob Sight Ford made me feel at ease in buying a car and made sure all my concerns and questions, even after the sale, were answered and that I was comfortable with my purchase. We purchased a 2012 Ford Flex through Emery Stone at Bob Sight Ford in KC that was a pleasant, quick, and no hassle transaction! We bought it sight unseen and they delivered it to our door, 200 miles away, in 3 business days! Don't appreciate being lied to Called about brake recall after getting notice in mail - was told parts were on backorder & I would be notified when they were in-stock - a few weeks later, I was called & told that the parts were in-stock, so made an appointment - after 2-hours, was told that "computer test" revealed brake defect & "parts needed to be ordered & would not arrive until the end of July" - took 10-minutes to get my car when I arrived to pick up - was told "crew was manually pushing car that stalled & my car would be brought up soon" - looked out window & saw my car sitting in entrance bay, so went out & drove it away myself - wasted 1/2 of a day off work & now must do it again - not a very "customer service" oriented business where nobody seems to know what's going on

My f250's diesel gelled up on me and ended up having it towed to them. Brian Thomas took care of me and was great to work with. Kept me updated, extremely nice, and didn't try to give me any kind of run around or sell me bunch of extra bs repairs. I was very impressed and will definitely be at bob sight when I look to buy a new truck.

Is more than $500 to replace a seatbelt that stopped retracting on a 2014 Ford Escape reasonable? It seems like my 23 year old daughter was taken advantage of. She's a med student living on financial aid and it seems every time she goes in there alone she's taken advantage of in terms of cost. Those seatbelts have known issues and she reported it a long time ago.

I purchased a new F150 in 2017 from another dealer but was not being serviced well. I came to Rob sight and have been impressed with their service department for the past 3+ years. They are very reasonable, easy to deal with and honest in their repairs. I would definitely recommend and do all your service here and feel confident with any new purchase they will Stand behind their product!

If I could give them a ZERO I would. Drove 30 minutes to get there by 7:15 to test drive a car. I get there and the door is locked. Someone is leaving so I asked if they're closed. He said yup we are (extremely rudely). I said ok then why does your sign and online say 8? He said EXTREMELY RUDLY again, "it's cold and we're closed" and I was driving away he smiled at me mockingly. I was going to there to literally buy a car I saw online. Will definitely be buying elsewhere now!

I've had several experiences with this Ford dealership and all of them have been wonderful. I have a 2014 Ford Fusion Energi and have had a couple of minor issues that have been fixed - one being that when I took it to the Ford dealership in Raytown it took them over 3 hours to fix a simple plug & they lost my car for over an hour. I have had no such experiences at Bob sight.
Every time I've called everyone I've spoken to has been respectful, helpful and informative! One person in particular that I seriously cannot speak highly enough is Troy in the automotive repair department. I've had some issues with my tires and brakes and he was extremely helpful in trying to help me understand and was totally willing to explain things so that I truly understood what was going on.
He gave me price references not only for their dealership but for others as well and he was extremely patient considering that I'm not well versed with cars and their functions. I would highly recommend this Dealership and I have to many of my friends and colleagues. Great job guys!

This is a mixed review of good and bad. I purchased a used car from Bob Sight in February and was told car had never been damaged. Took it to another dealership and they wouldn't honor warranty because of the previous damage that had been negligently repaired in a shoddy way. Should have been caught by Bob Sight when they purchased vehicle at auction.
I contacted Bob Sight and they agreed to repair the vehicle at their own expense and gave me a loaner vehicle which shows how well they stand behind the vehicles they sell. The repairs were perfect and I highly recommend them for their auto body repair. Now comes my MAJOR complaint and something I'm still furious about! I gave them my car to repair with a full tank of gas.
I got it returned to me after repairs with less than a quarter tank of gas in it and over 300 miles had been driven on my car while they had it. Makes me so angry because I dropped my car for them to repair it to the condition it should have been in when I purchased it. Not for employees to drive it all over town instead of their own vehicle. Was told that it's common industry practice for them to drive customers vehicles but I'm angry that they put so many miles on my car.
I returned their loaner vehicle with a full tank of gas and I had driven less than 200 miles during the same time period. Was told I'd be reimbursed for the gas and 3 weeks later I'm still waiting for the check. Not sure I have any recourse except for this review and to warn others to expect your car to have a lot of additional mileage driven on your car while you drop it off for repair.

We had a wonderful experience with Emery! He got us into the perfect vehicle and was unbelievably helpful! He made sure everything was taken care of and treated us more like friends than clients. We really appreciate how smoothly everything went. I gave 4 stars though because the new ( used ) car we purchased had to go through service and cleaning and it took several days which was very frustrating. Could be a rough week! Who knows but it was frustrating enough to mention in this review! I do highly recommend bob sight ford and Emery though!

My wife and I found a 2016 Ford Explorer we were interested in at Bob Sight Ford. We came in on a Saturday afternoon, met up with DW. He greeted us with the keys. We took it out and drove it around for about 45 minutes. He made it super easy to work with. He was a no BS type of salesperson. We got right down to negotiation and settled on a fair price for both parties.
You can tell this guys just wants to be friendly and sell cars. There's no old school dealer tactics of wearing the customer out used by DW. If you decide to go to Bob Sight Ford ever to look at a vehicle go straight to DW. He'll take care of you!

Matt and his crew at the service department were awesome! I brought my car in for something under warranty and they let me know I had an open recall as well. They got me a timeslot in and were able to fix it they were super friendly and when I rolled in four minutes before close to get my car everyone was super friendly and helpful. Thank you everyone!

Incompetent Service Department. Took my 2016 F150 into the service department due to the A/C cycling every 30 seconds and sounded like a hissing noise. First I was told it was the noise was the freon hitting the compressor - "normal operating design". Ask to speak to the Service Manager about my concern since it didn't function that way for 11K miles.
He check with his tech and shop manager and claimed it was functioning correctly. So more or less I must be imagining the sound? I'm not a car/truck mechanic, but I opened the hood and could see the issue of the A/C cycling. Made a formal compliant to Ford - no action of cause. Took my truck to another dealer, who straight away realized the root cause of the freon levels were low which was causing the A/C to cycle (which was causing the hissing noise). They added 6oz of freon and done a leak test. Terrible customer service from the Bob Sight Ford Service Department. Maybe you need some more "Factory Training".

Just made my sixth purchase from them. I've received a no pressure, good deal from them every time. Salespeople are laid back knowledgeable and professional. The Shop is also first rate, and honest. When you first get there you feel like you're being ignored. I had to order s duplicate title for my trade-in and was encouraged by Denise (I think that was her name) to just give them 50.00 to order it for me, and that was what the state charged.
I later found out it was less than twelve bucks, when I did it for another vehicle a couple weeks later. The price wasn't unfair (I guess), but it was dishonest and it left me with a sour taste in my mouth towards a top shelf dealership. Bottom line, I'd definitely recommend them to anyone on any budget to use them.

We purchased a Transit about a two months ago (Used) and because our regular mechanic doesn't work on transmissions we brought it into the dealership. I already knew that there was a problem with the transmission but they still were going to charge $120 DOLLARS to tell me something I already knew. "The Transit needed a new transmission". It took them 24 hrs of having our vehicle before the diagnoses, then the sticker shock. $3900+ to replace and it could be more so the quote wasn't even capped.
I called Precision and they would do it for a thousand less and they didn't charge $120 for the diagnoses lesion learned. I don't mind spending extra if I truly receive more, but this was a classic case of dealer overpricing. Shame on you guys, shame.
