Some might steer clear, don't. The service department is top notch. Pricing is not outrageous, actually for an oil change it runs below any quick place. Worth the wait. And pretty much in and out. The sales Dept. Is not a buy it now or forget it style. They'll let you walk. Take a competition quote to them. They'll either beat it or tell you go back and get that deal.

I always get there early for the Works package and they get me in and out quickly. Wouldn't go anywhere else. Can't beat their prices for this service anywhere in town. Have had major work done here too. Got the best deal in town on my expedition too.

Ordered my new truck with Brian and he explained all the options with me and got my order in. When it came in he had it all cleaned inside and out, and filled up the tank. Got through all the paperwork pretty quick, then got my phone connection to it explained and I was taking off. I have been really happy dealing with them and have bought my last 5 vehicles at Thoroughbred.

Very impressed with Thoroughbred Ford very impressed with Zack Barrett our sales associate. This seemed to be the record time we were able to get in and out of any dealership after deciding we wanted to purchase the vehicle. We came in right about 9:15 in the morning which is 15 minutes after opening we test drove the vehicle for maybe 15-20 minutes I was very impressed that we were able to test drive this vehicle by ourselves.

In the past normally the sales associate goes with you which I understand nowadays with all the different thefts going on I wouldn't blame them but liked it that Thoroughbred trusted us and let us drive around so we didn't feel any pressure. Back to the total time, we were done signed, vehicle washed, and cleaned up and driving off the lot within an hour and a half from our arrival which I thought was great.

Yes it was early in the morning so we beat the rush of people that were there doing business so we didn't have to worry about you know the different departments getting backed up with paperwork. I highly recommend Thoroughbred Ford we had a great experience. Also impressed gas prices nowadays are crazy but received a full tank of gas basically $100 worth of gas. Update as of 5/3/2022.

You all are knocking it out of the park again. We were told the title and application for registration would be mailed to us in about 2 weeks, which is really fast. We received our title and application for registration in 3 days. Very impressed once again. Thanks.

5 hours for a rear brake job. Ended up tearing up my lug nuts and chipping my wheels. There were a few great gentleman, who noticed the amount of time I was there and began checking on my vehicle and trying to make things "right". Whomever was working on my car, was definitely under experienced. As they told me, they had to bring in a guy with 15 more years of experience to finish the job.

Now a days is super hard to find a trust worthy dealership. I ordered my 2022 ford Maverick with Thoroughbred Ford and everything went super smooth since day one. The Salesman Cole Harrison was extremely helpful during the preserving process and receiving process, he even sent me pictures of the vehicle while I was out of town. 100 percent would recommend this dealership.

Thoroughbred is always fast & efficient when I've had my car in for service. Once, I had a minor traffic accident and needed one of my struts & a new wheel & tire replaced, along with some minimal bodywork. They coordinated the services between the service side & the bodywork side, but also worked with my insurance adjuster to do everything according to what my insurance covered. That was such a relief!

My salesman Cole did an excellent job of explaining all of the features that came with the trim package of the vehicles I test drove as well as the differences between each package available. His knowledge of what vehicles were available on-hand in inventory as well as what is possible from Ford certainly sets Thoroughbred apart from other dealerships I have dealt with in the past.

Everyone from my salesman Cole, to the Sales Manager Greg, and the Finance Manager Dan made me feel confident that the vehicle and options I purchased were exactly what I needed.

Bought a car there, good experience. Had service done, good experience Last minute super fast small job work coordinated by the service department with the body shop, great experience. Parts department, horrible experience. They just don't care. I called them and they said they didn't take orders over the phone and couldn't help me identify a part.

I came in for said body work and was interested in a part for my other car. I stood at the counter inside the dealership and no less than 6 different workers didn't come over help me. So I left.

I bought a used truck at a northtowne dealership. It had a few dents that they could not repair in their shop. As part of the deal, they agreed to have it fixed at their cost and lined up an appointment for me at Thoroughbred to get it fixed. Part of the dent damage was a taillight crack and the dealer i bought it from bought a new taillight and was to replace it.

I took my truck to Thoroughbred where Brent and Lacy took great care of me. Quick, cordial and Thorough they estimated my truck on a Friday, got me in last Monday, indicating it would likely be done by Thursday. They called me Wednesday midday and said it was done, ready. I picked it up and they had also REPLACED the taillight that I had left in a box in the bed just because it was there. Unbelievable service and sooooo easy. I will start shopping and getting service here from now on. They understand REAL customer service. Simple.
