Drove from Topeka Kansas to the claremore location, spoke to a salesperson over the phone before leaving and was told "we can come a couple hundred off list price" once we had driven 4 hours they had paperwork written up for full list, told me I had already agreed to everything even though no paperwork had been sent to me prior to us arriving. We obviously didn't drive 4 hours to leave over 200 hundred dollars so paid the difference we owed from the cash we brought on a credit card and they charged my card 3600$ instead of 65$ and didn't tell us until my bank notified me.
Very rude and dismissive, if we hadn't come all that way I wouldn't have gotten it. The trailer is nice but the customer service was terrible. Would not do business with them again. If you do business with them out of state get everything they promise over the phone in writing they do not honor their word.
