Did the online application. Got a call making it sound like they had options for me. Managed to get all the way across town (Very large town.) and didn't even get to look at a car. Got handed another application and then was told that my credit was denied. Could have saved me a lot of time and hassel by just not calling me or turning me down when I filed the online app. Nvr again.

The worst purchase of my life. I'm serious. think about it before you buy here. They will lie to you, everyone will lie to you. take it for AC review. They said it's perfect. Does not have cabin air filter

We give a zero star! If I want lemons I'll go to the grocery store.enough said.

You'd be a fool to get a car here. Neil is the absolute worst. Lies an makes you promises they don't intend on keeping. Cars are all poorly repaired. They don't have anybody in their shops that know what they're doing. It's a waste they just want to get you stuck in a revolving door of purchasing cars. Preying on people, they're sick. Only decent one in there is Will.

Jerry did and amazing Job helping us get a Vehicle and even listened when we told him about the check engine light coming on. Thank you for helping my family in a very big time of need.

Im grateful for Metcalf they are the only dealership that would work with me i tried everywhere! I got a decent car with pretty low miles and they understand life happens and are flexible with payments!

So I'm not sure what happened to my original review that I posted a few months back, but I am going to post another one to warn people since it's still on my credit to this day! (LONG READ BUT WORTH IT!) When I was pregnant I was approved for a car through this dealership. I never received the title in the mail to get it legal, therefore I was having to drive it without it being legal after the temp tags expired.

I then moved to OK, while still making all payments on the vehicle. I was never late once. I called multiple times to let them know I had never received the title. I kept getting the run around. I eventually got pulled over and my car ended up being towed to a impound lot. I was very transparent with the dealership what was going on with the car, and was paying for the vehicle after it had been towed.

I was unable to retrieve the car from the impound lot without the title! So they asked me where the car was and claimed they would help me get it out. Instead they went to the impound lot, got the car out, and then sold it in a car auction! The impound lot told me themselves! They then proceeded to report to the credit bureau that the car was repossessed due to non payment but it even says I was NEVER late on a payment! Do not go here!

I've never had any issues with this company until today. Never been even a day late on a payment and when I called to ask they rerun my payment because I've been a space case since my mom passed 2 weeks ago today, , and i forgot to move my $$ over and missed the payment by 5 mins. Literally. So the incompassionate lady on the phone advises me its $3 extra to run my payment and when I asked her to waive it as a one time courtesy since I've never been late, she says "oh I could, but it's too late I already ran the psyment" seriously. Wow! There goes any referrals I'd have been inclined to make. Yep, over $3 cuz if you have no compassion for people, I have no loyalty to you.

I highly recommend Metcalf Auto. I am purchasing my second vehicle from them now, my ex husband bought 2 vehicles as well. They have great inventory, but more than that, they are good folks who will help you build your credit. Frank and Jerry are wonderful to work with and you'll be driving in less than an hour. My Mazda runs perfect, 80K miles and still under a factory warranty. 5 Stars for Metcalf Auto. Thank you guys for everything!

There employee Jerry is a great and very helpful person. Good place to go with no money down. My girlfriend was able to get into this car.
