Avo was very helpful and explained all possible issues at my drop off and the loaner they provided was excellent. The hours are convenient for returning the loaner and picking up my car. Everyone was courteous.

It's all good in general. A couple of caveats. Advisor stated that I have to replace transmission fluid at 30K miles in order to maintain warranty (not the case) but I replaced it anyway to make the advisor happy. Also, they could not perform wheel trim repair per service contract. I do understand some equipment issues etc but this makes the overall service rating "good" rather than "exceptional"

Although my service advisor Jeff was great, I had a bad experience with the front end team. I informed them I had an appointment at 3 and they advised me to wait for my advisor and take a seat. By 3:40, It had seemed as if they had forgotten about me as I was still waiting. I had to ask them again to help me. Eventually, Jeff came to help me by 3:50 and his service was great. The only thing I would've liked from him is a follow up on my car's service and a physical copy of the inspection report instead of it being emailed to me.

Dan Rivera is probably the best service advisor I've come across in my years of getting cars serviced at different dealerships. Courteous, professional and very knowledgeable. Got my q50's turbos replaced under warranty within 2 days. 5/5!

What a great experience! We initiated contact over email and began working with Austin. We were trying to track down a 2022 QX60, which as of March 2022 are in limited supply. We ended up with a deposit on a vehicle that was in transit, but without having actually found that color and model in stock anywhere. We decided to just pop in while we were out, and though Austin was with a customer, everyone in the dealership was helpful and another sales person walked us back to see a similar vehicle in their garage that was pending customer delivery.

When our vehicle arrived, Austin had it prepped and ready to go when we arrived (even did fun reveal). We paid a fair price at a time that many dealers are taking advantage of the limited supply. The paperwork was quick, and Austin was very thorough with helping us learn all about the new vehicle. Would definitely buy here again.

Impressive smooth on line check in. Work was done efficiently. My only minus rating is on the Infinity G37 sedan model design. To replace the front parking bulb is a challenge! Requires a lot more manual effort than most other sedans.

Scheduled service goes as planned. Advisors keep you informed. Very reasonable price for a synthetic oil change. Plus they didn't nickel and dime me on a labor charge for a part I bought it myself. They installed it as a courtesy. Customer for life with that type of friendly service.

Dwayne was pleasant and super helpful throughout my shopping and buying experience. He was very kind to allow me to view each of the MANY cars I was interested in. I felt the no pressure to buy the one I ultimately decided on and he was very helpful in assisting me with my decision. Alex was always available and quick to provide me with the information that we needed to make our decisions.

He was very personable and friendly. Ki was very helpful in guiding us though the finance and purchase paperwork process- he knew we were in a but of a hurry and was able to get us in and out quickly. West Houston Infiniti has a great team there!

Financing was smooth and easy! Seydou Keita, my sales guy, went the extra mile and found the car I wanted from out of town. A very rare hard to find q60 red sport majestic white with red interior. Brand new with free tint! Mind you that this car was over 500 miles away from our local dealership but, Seydou was able to acquire the vehicle for me. Bless this man!

Start to finish with sales, financing, delivery from out of town and delivered to my home. it took only 3 days! That's pretty amazing if you purchase vehicles online with home delivery.
