Horrible horrible service in the service department. They will have you sitting there for hours and hours and give you no update on your car. They will not check to see if anything is covered under your warrenty and they will over charge you! Sat there for 5 hours and still no work was done on the car. Horrible costumer service. I will never return to this location again!

I got there at 8:30 in the morning. He said my car should be ready by 12:30. Which was a lie because they go to lunch from 12-1pm. I went out side to go get something to eat and realized that my car was still sitting where they left it. Never again

Called and visited 4 different dealerships in an attempt to get a purchase agreement for lease buyout. Two out of four said go back to the same dealership where my car was delivered from. The dealership (Route 22 Nissan) where my car was delivered from, wanted to charge me $800 ("clerical fees"). Bay Ridge Nissan was my last resort. I was assisted by Lei Wang and within 5 min I had my purchase agreement. Lei followed up with me couple of times throughout the week, just to make sure I didn't need anything else. This morning my sale was finalized thanks to Lei. Definitely will go back to Lei for my future car lease/purchase (once these prices go down).

These ppl are still in the business of ripping people off. Unless you know your way around reading contracts and receipts you will most definitely get Jerked. Several years ago, my Dad was duped into thinking he paid $8k towards the car premium when in fact 6k went towards warranties which were never offered and explained to him. Fast forward to today, My co-worker just brought a car from these guys, she couldnt understand why her $21000 car payments with 5k down was $590 monthly for 60 months with a Low interest of 2.5%. It's very unfortunate that people are still getting ripped off from these guys.

During my Dad's ordeal, l manager to recoup 4k after calling Nissan directly and gave them hell. Those funds are non refundable, instead, Nissan had the dealer, which is privately owned send them the check and Nissanfinance applied it towards the principle. BE CAREFUL WITH THESE CONS SALESMAN

I thought I finally received quality service for my car, I took the car to the car wash, some of the scratches reappear after the wash! I'm not going to that shop anymore, and I will do my best to discourage my friends and family from servicing their vehicles at that place!

David Martin was amazing. I didn't feel pressured to buy the car, he explained all my different options then worked through the process with me so I understand as this was my first car. David also followed up after the purchase to make sure everything was going well with the car and offered me to come back another day when I had more time so someone could show me all the additional features on the car.

Liars. We made an appointment to see a specific car. The night before, well after closing, I got an email about an additional discount on that specific car. When we arrived they looked it up, discussed payment, took license info, and then said he couldn't produce the car that they sold it yesterday. I can't guess when that car was actually sold but I can recognize an attempt at bait and switch when I see it. Update: the manager says they don't do this but now 3 days after my visit when I was told they already sold it, here it is on truecar.com where they are still advertising it.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The manager here is terrible. Customer service? What customer service. He is rude and his staff is terrible. Took them 6 hrs for an oil change and the price for tires are insane! Do not come here. They over charge for everything!

My SUV was at this Dealership for more than 24 hours, whenever I bring my SUV in for a simple service (oil change for example) they always "find" something else wrong with my SUV and then charge exorbitant amounts of money. This is the second time this has happened. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.They give you an appointment and then you're sitting there for hours waiting and the majority of the time the car is NOT ready as promised!

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST DEALERSHIP AND SERVICE CENTER IN ALL OF BROOKLYN AND PROBABLY IN ALL OF NEW YORK. The are scam artists. Ripping off the hard working people. Scamming them into a warranty by and/or extended warranty. However when you go to service the piece of shit vehicle you financed from them, then they GUT you again. You take your vehicle in for service(most of the time) you know what's wrong with your car.

However they tell you they need to perform their own diagnostic test ($280 plus tax), saying it's company policy so that they can have a service order and that will cover the $280. They fail to tell you how they SCAM you, they miraculously attain service codes that your car did not have but now do and most are not covered by your warranty. So they go in for the kill and Bam now you have to pull money out of your ass. But they don't tell you this while waiting in their trashy ass waiting room. They racially profile people. They are a bunch of LOSERS.

Dealt with Dwayne Small, the guy tells me he's giving me the Asian rate! He did nothing to reduce the msrp! The mats, the nets and sunroof are included!; he wants to double charge! I like to know what is the non Asian rate is! His attitude is negative! Don't know nothing about Asian culture! Don't know why Nissan hired such a ghetto attitude sales!

If Nissan needed a quota minority, they would have hired someone with some education! Not ghetto for feeling sorry for someone didn't earn its position! I'm still waiting for response on the Asian community price from this ghetto sales rep!

The sale person was the only reason why I bought the vehicle. Lei did a great job explaining everything. He was very patient and went detail step by step. Due to his afford I decided to buy it. But the rogue platinum I got there I wasn't totally satisfied, as in other dealerships come with many basic accessories in this trim level (all weather floor mat, key cover, truck cover, etc).

This one came with nothing but a first aid kit. The pricing seems fair, they did up-charge me during this coronavirus period which was understandable. Will definitely have that 5 stars if it had came with the Basic accessories. Will probably not recommend my friend as other dealership do offer more in this trim level with this pricing.

I've been looking for a car 3 years ago. Bay Ridge Nissan staff didn't seem interested in selling me a car & they basically turned me away. I ended up getting a Toyota even though a Nissan was my first choice. Now it's time to buy a new car. I decided to give Bay Ridge Nissan another go. No luck, their staff still sucks. I was interested in getting Nissan Rogue & wanted to do a test drive.

The dude just wasted my time & didn't let me test drive the car. As per the dealership employee, as far as I wasn't buying the car in that particular moment, I could not test drive it. The dude was pushing me to leave a deposit or sign some papers. Well, I'm not buying a car it before I try it. Maybe I won't like it. Never coming back to Bay Ridge Nissan. Unprofessional staff with nasty attitude.

The most dreadful experience. this place is a con artist staged bate and switch "show". key words for bay ridge nissan: SCAM, FRAUD. Deception, lies, humiliation, rudeness, , bait and switch, "you should pay FIRST (without even looking at the car) and THEN you can see and test drive your vehicle". WOW. lie again, deceptive advertisement, bait and switch again, negligence, robots, agressive behavior, unacceptable behaviour, disgusting ignorance, violation of law. out of compliance with authorities, insults you as a customer, major attitude problems. this "business" needs to be investigated. the shady staged show with all the drama actors at the dealership performng an act of deception on customers. is a violation of law. cutomer, be aware. you have been warn by many people.

These people are crooks! Charged me for 4 "New" rims. Paid more than what I should have. 2 rims were scratches, came with no Nissan center caps. They refuse to return the scratched rims or offer a refund because they are a "special order" Never again this location sucks

Do not waste your time one second I drove from Staten Island because they told me they has Sentras and they were on sale I arrive about 20 minutes later they told me nothing at all the cheapest car they have is about three or 400 as a month and the website clearly shows 179 a month The individual yusif was not polite at all and didnt even want to talk about a car pretty much and walked away from me

This is a very solid and reliable service facility run by a reputable and honest guy, Vinnie, who is involved and on top of the work that's done there. They have honest and knowledgeable mechanics and service advisors that don't pressure you in having more work done than is necessary. Pricing is reasonable and straightforward. Been using this facility for both my cars and have never had a problem unlike so many others I've tried in the past. It's been worth the trip from southern Brooklyn to come here for peace of mind.

AVOID this place at all cost, very deceptive, took my nissan altima 2017 for a check engine light to pass inspection. They performed a bunch of mechanical works changing tires for $2000 not related to check engine light. Drove car home and the next day airbag light came on and both needs to be replaced for 3500, not covered under warranty and wants me to pay another 280 diagnosis fee while this is related to the same check engine light problem. EXTENDED WARRANTY COMPANY asked me to go to a different shop, since Nissan Bay Ridge would not initially call them to see my coverage.

They tried to charge us $400 for 2 front tires, basic tires too. I am talking to Nissan USA(manufacturer) regarding this problem. Don't service your car there for any reason, I repeat any reason. They were very rude too. DON'T LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR, YOU WILL THANK ME LATER.

Came in for a quote on a lease, price was $1000 more than a private leasing company, told them no thank you. Im not sure if it was revenge from the dealership, but it feels like it, they ran my credit multiple times and then again days after I visited them. They ripped my credit apart, possibly so I won't be able to get a good rate at another place.

I won't step into this dealership ever again. Their practice is disgraceful. Now I can't get a good rate on a mortgage. I came in on 8/11, they checked the credit about 3-4 times and then once more on 8/13, for what? 135 credit points deducted because of this scam, These acts are criminal.

I bring my moms car in to get the ac fixed and a window problem. The service throughout was terrible, slow unprofessional and rude. I got hung up on, put to voice mail, yelled at, and witnessed someone threatening to sue them for charges they were never told about. This place sucks go somewhere else. also I got my car back covered in bird shit so there's that.

They are liars! The prices on their website are FAKE! When I went there they wanted $2000 MORE for the car they had on their website. They told me they just put that price to "get you down there ". Took money from me for down payment. Didn't get me the loan on the car. Tried to sell me a car 2 years older with twice as many miles. Now I have to wait 2 weeks to get my deposit back!

This is a very dishonest auto dealership. Do not use them for any reason. I typically have my Nissan Kicks serviced at Causeway Nissan in NJ, where I bought it. But in September, I went here for a quick oil change before a big trip, because it was convenient. I won't get into the engine washing that talked me into, because my car had supposedly been infested with rats--I story I strongly suspect was bullshit designed to squeeze more money out of me.

But I recently discovered that, while the car was there, they actually changed the license plate holders to ones that said "Bay Ridge Nissan"! Without my permission. What kind of bottom-drawer, shady, pointless chicanery is that?

Horrible experience. Worst of the four new cars purchased in my life. Sales person and finance lie about finance rate. With perfect credit sales person assures. 9 % finance. But when they draw up the paperwork the finance person say it's 3.9 or you have to pay an $3000 dollars above sticker price. Then finance person goes into this high pressure sales routine for an inflated extended warranty. Gets visibly angry that I don't want pay close to an additional 3 year warranty. Goes as far to insult me in front of my wife. Lastly, after I went home and realized I forgot my ezpass in the car, they lie and say it's already shipped to Jersey. Just stopped by the lit where my old car was still sitting there with the E-ZPass still on the window. Avoid this dealership.

No surprise that this place has terrible reviews. Beware! They misled us by making an appointment for us to return our car off of the lease. We arrived ready to drop the car, and after waiting for nearly an hour, were told they did not want it. The staff was extremely rude and completely unhelpful, from the car salesman up to the management. I would avoid this place like the plague. Head to Nissan of Rockaway instead - much much better experience!

I'll give them a 1 star, this place looks good but the people there are crappy. So i brought my first car there and I don't really understand about the financing, so they told me the car will cost 34,000.00 and ask me do I want to do a down payment so I paid 9 thousand down payment and thought it will reduce my financing but few month later I realize that they took my 9 thousand and still leave me with 34000.00 financing! What a rip off! Never to there people.

These people are thieves, liars, scammers, and they're making business out of people dishonestly. I went there to get my car checked after a mechanic friend had already scanned the car. It was a mistake thinking that if I come to Nissan I would have get the best service. I should have just wait for my friend to come back on vacation and go to pep boys where he works.

This man Victor and the manager created problems on the car and come up to me giving me all type of diagnosis with transmission this, transmission that from their scanner, when my mechanic had already scanned the car and nothing was wrong with it. All because I told them that I have a warranty on transmission and engine. - Transmission fluid to be changed and code to be cleared for $520 (mind you The transmission fluid had just been changed) - with rear differential assembly problem that cost $2240 - with bolt engine mount repair not replacement REPAIR that cost 280$. - with tired pressure sensor replacement for $400 A total repair cost of $3440!

These people are thieves and dumb too. For them to think that people are going to pay them that much to repair a car. Might as well buy a new car. And we talking about a 2012 Nissan which was inspected twice by the dealer mechanic and my own mechanic (in front of me!). These people are thieves. They don't make business for people to come back to them.

They just care to steal from you one time. Screw them. One of them would eventually get hurt an pay. I have a feeling these people would even take a piece from a car and put it on another and tell the owner that the car needs replacement for something. It's also sad that they have such bad reputation using such a distinguished platform. Someone needs to report them to corporate. They are tarnishing Nissan image. RUN!
