I have a 2016 mustang gt and heard clunking from the rear end so I dropped it off at this dealership to have it repaired under warranty, they called me after a while stating that the subframe bolts were installed incorrectly and would not be covered under warranty, so I asked for an estimate and they said I needed a new subframe with 15 hours of labor(book time for remove and replace is only 7.3 hours) for a grand total of $4218.97 so I pulled the vehicle to my shop, looked it over and the subframe was completely fine besides the 2 broken differential mounting bolts.
I did have to drop the subframe and extract the bolts, remove the aftermarket bushings and install the stock mounting bolts for a whopping $5.47 for both the stock bolts and 5 hours of labor. Long story short is I would not recommend having your vehicle serviced here as they will likely try to rob you blind

Purchased a 2016 Explorer at a Chino Hills Ford in October and was told that there was no longer a warranty. Had a mechanical issue just 4 months after purchase! Due to the distance to take it back to the original dealer, we decided to bring it in to Colley Ford. We are so glad we did! Mike is our service tech and looked up our warranty, something we had no hopes for.
Right away, he told us we WERE under warranty and we can now proceed with the repairs. Turns out the repairs were going to be MAJOR. Mike went above and beyond from looking up our warranty, to getting our repairs done while only paying the copayment. He has been amazing in our major repair journey! Thank you Mike and staff of Colley Ford!

We ordered an Explorer ST & gave a deposit back in December with Jose Enciso. Mr CJ Colley personally called me when he put the order through to make sure everything was correct. He was very nice & informative. At that time it was expected in about 20-ish weeks. Throughout this entire time Jose always answered my questions, calls or texts. (Even on his days off!) He was extremely communicative. However, things happen with manufacturing, materials, economy & traveling so it was delayed.
We finally got our VIN number & it wasn't even scheduled for production until May 30th! That was such a bummer for us. It's been really hard sharing 1 small vehicle with little kids, school, activities & jobs. So we decided to cancel our order & figure out something else. I realize none of it is Colley Ford & it falls on Ford Manufacturing & their capabilities.
I notified Jose right away with our decision & he let us know the step process for that. We received our deposit back from Colley Ford pretty quickly after cancelling. (Maybe 10 days) So even though we ended up not waiting to get our ordered vehicle I want to thank & give Colley Ford/Jose 5 stars for communication, effort & ease of all processes.

Benjamin was amazing! I live in Las Vegas and I was on an extreme time crunch to get a very uncommonly spec'ed f150. There were only a few f150's that fit exactly what I needed scattered throughout the southwest. I called every dealership that had what I needed and I was so fortunate that Ben picked up my call. He was able to walk me through a great deal over the phone without me having to travel all the way to California and even set up a delivery.
Because it was out of state there were a few unexpected expenses that I had to pay out of pocket but Colley Ford and Benjamin upheld our deal to the T and reimbursed me for everything! Thank you for your service and sticking by your word! I would recommend anyone to check with Colley before going anywhere else!

Everyone was extremely helpful during the ordering process, they were very transparent about pricing, time lines for the vehicle, and attentive to any questions that I had. 90% of the transaction was 5 STAR! Great service and communication throughout the process. Ordered a Maverick June 2021/ verified July 2021 It finally arrived March 2022. The follow up and communication for the entire time from Mike Eric and CJ was incredible. The day I went to pick it up the Finance guy, Tyson IMO tried to screw me out of almost 1000 dollars.
I asked for the FoMoCo 1.9% 4 year financing he said it was not available on the Maverick and got me into 3.99 with a 3rd party company, GUESS WHAT it was in fact available through Ford so I went back and Jesse had to re write the contract at the lower and proper rate of 1.9%. Not the end of the world, but inconvenient and how many people would have never checked or gone back to get it fixed? SHADY IMO.
In the end I LOVE the truck and got the proper rate but it should have never been done at the higher rate to begin with. when I asked about the lower rate before we even started the paperwork. Great guys to deal with on the sale side and even Jess in F&I was great but if you get Tyson BE CAREFUL!

Do not go here if you need any major part replaced You are better off buying the part online and then taking it to a second hand shop I could buy the part that I needed to replace for $300 they wanted $3000 to replace it. The 1st time I went here I had to go replace the steering computer in my Ford Fusion Because I was having an issue where every time I would turn the computer would freak out and the brake system would shut off Took it here got it fixed paid $800 then the problem was still there weeks after

I just wanted to give everyone here at Colley Ford a big thumbs up for the entire process of reserving/ordering my Bronco. As with many others like me, the journey has been a long one but well worth it. My original reservation was at another dealership which I will not name, but in preparation for the reservations to convert into orders later in the year, I was told by the original dealer that they wanted a hefty ADM on the car.
So that is when I started calling around to different dealerships to see who I could transfer my RSVP to. That is when I first met Nick. After a few conversations I felt like I could trust Nick and CJ. This was back in March 2021 when I had Ford switch my RSVP to Colley. Fast forward 10 and a half months later, I am a proud owner of the Bronco I waited so long for.
For the course of nearly a year, Nick and CJ were great in communicating with me and answering all of my questions. The day I went to pick up the car when it finally arrived on their lot, Nick and CJ were out of town on business but Eric and Benny took great care of me. The process went super smooth and it wasn't a busy day so it was great just chatting with them and going over the Bronco.
I need to give the entire team a special thank you for their service. Nick, CJ, Eric, Benny, Tyson, Ed. Thank you all. These dealers have an overhead cost to cover and with minimal inventory, they have to make a profit to cover their costs. If you don't like the current market for cars, just wait a year or so and hope the market goes back to normal.

Jose Enciso was wonderful to work with. He is the reason we came back to Colley Ford after test driving various other SUV's at a variety of different dealerships. I really appreciated his genuine demeanor and positive attitude. He wasn't pushy and ultimately was able to secure us a Explorer that fit our budget. The Dealership and Jose were great to work with in a market that doesn't make car buying enjoyable.

This place is incredible, I absolutely love coming here and seeing the entire staff and the Ford team! I get my oil changed here all the time, and sometimes I wait till I hit 3000 miles just to come and visit my friends that I've made over the years. I used to bring my first truck many years ago for maintenance and such. The service team is always reliable, responsive, warm and welcoming, and especially generous when it comes to major repairs.
They are very Fair with pricing, and definitely do a great job every single time before I leave the lot. The mechanics in the back work very hard, and the entire team inside the service center also make sure that you are taken care of, and assure you that everything will be OK especially on major issues. Service experience. I just want to say Lisa in Service was incredible. She truly made me feel safe, and like I can trust this location because circumstances made getting my 2019 Ford Mustang worked on take longer then usual. Its only been a day but I feel like my car is running smoother then even prior to being serviced. Lisa, and the entire Ford service team were friendly and helpful. I will definitely do business with the service department here again and hope to purchase my next mustang here in the future.

I have nothing but nice things to say about this dealership. So here is my story I went into dealer looking at the new explore. We test drove a 2021 used one and it was great and was happy. We told them we wanted 4 wheel drive and they had a brand new one. The sales person was Benjamin was fantastic as well and he found one that was brand-new and I thought I wasn't able to get it but they made it happen the finance manager Tyson was super nice and helpful.

Worst experience I have had with a dealership. Ended up buying a used car and everything that Benny the salesman told me would happen did not. Car was delivered dirty and they were just rude over the phone throughput the whole process. I do not suggest anybody to shop here. I regret buying a car from them. Don't make the same mistake

Jose and Erick are amazing! We had gone to 2 different Ford dealers before coming here. Every experience prior to Colley Ford was very disappointing with the sales guys trying to push you into a deal that you don't necessarily want. When we first came into Colley, we had the intention at looking at one of the used Expeditions on the lot. It wasn't quite what we wanted, so we have them a list of options that we wanted and let them see if they could find a truck within our budget. Well, 5 days later we were in the dealership, with the exact truck we wanted, at the price we wanted, and closed down the deal. Jose and Erick handled everything with with care and honesty.
I can tell you Colley Ford is truly a family owned business, with no shady crap you get at other places (I.E. Puente Hills Ford - NEVER go there!) Go see Jose if you're looking for a new Ford vehicle. If they don't have what you want they'll work diligently to find it!

Disappointing to see a dealer take such advantage of supply chain issues and do a 50% mark up. Shows no integrity in my opinion. If they are willing to try to cheat a customer out of this much money a "hot new vehicle, " makes you wonder what other cheats they will stoop to in chase of a buck. They are not the only one doing this, its very low to be this crooked in my opinion.

I worked with Gary assistant service manager. I own a Ford expedition 2017- I was concerned as a new Ford owner that I had replaced two struts and a set of tires at 30,000 miles- I was concerned about this. He worked diligently going through my history and current concerns. He road tested the car with me twice and spent time "one on one" to run to ground any suspension issues.

A little pricey on labor cost but a piece of mine knowing the job was done right had a small leak in my radiator reservoir took it to my local mechanic who installed the wrong one. Air was getting in the system David, the service writer was very informative and explained to me the problem. My car was finished in a timely manner.

In June I went in for routine service and they told me the battery should be replaced. I had not been having problems with it so no "at this time". A week later I did replace the battery as I was going on a 5,000 mile trip. I came in 9-9-21 for routine service after the trip and was informed my battery needed to be replaced as it only registered 692 cold cranking amps ( should be 850 cca).
I told the service writer the battery was only 3 months old. She looked at me and said "OK", then mentioned it was now "bad". I said I would look into the matter. I went to the service representative and mentioned to her that I had been told twice in 3 months that my battery was bad. She said she would look into it and call. I then took my car (still operating with the "bad" battery) to Sam's club right across the street where I purchased the battery in June.
I asked the technician to check my battery. I stood next to him and watched him check the battery with his tester. The tester indicated there were 827 cca and he said while it was down a little from 850 cca there was nothing wrong with the battery. I then called the service rep and got her voice mail. I explained the battery tested at 827 cca at Sam's club less than an hour after being told the battery was bad and needed to be replaced.
About 2 hours later I received a call from her and she informed me they had two battery testers and they both were checked and found to be in good working order. I then told her "you didn't listen to my voice mail did you". She said no and I told her about the test at Sam's club and and difference of 135 cca from their equipment and the tester at Sam's.
I then informed her the battery was only 3 months old and I believed the information from Sam's and found their claim of a "bad" battery to be false. She had nothing to say and I then informed her I would never do business with them again. I would advise anyone doing business with their service department to question anything they suggest as their dealing with me was less than honest.

Waited 2 hours 4 an oil change went to speak to service advisor and was informed that they did not know we were waiting and that it would be at least an hour more we are the only customers in the waiting room so we went and spoke to the general manager who appeared surprised that we had waited so long I would avoid this dealership I don't understand as a first-time visitor to this dealership why we would be treated so badly first-time customer and last time customer to this dealership did not get my oil changed I went elsewhere so much for the free services provided by Ford 2 new car purchasers

Getting my 2012 Ford Fiesta ready for sale I took it to Colley Ford to make sure it was in excellent condition; I met with Kevin. Kevin was friendly, professional, made sure my warranty covered the repairs and he kept my car safe while I went on a 3 week vacation. At first I was a little skeptical leaving the car because Kevin said they had a car there just like mine and they couldn't figure out what was wrong with it. Well, I've only driven the car home and parked it, ready for the sale. My experience with Colley Ford was a good one. Several other employees appeared welcoming.

Eric the manager was a great resource and between the two we were able to come to a deal on the car we wanted. The finance guy was no hassle, we paid cash, but he was very knowledgeable about things we needed to know and the paperwork questions we had. Overall, it was a great car buying experience! Definitely recommend Colley Ford, the Salesman Benny came through and provided excellent customer service he was patient with me and answered all my questions. I tried trading in me Lexus for a truck but was informed it was in a major accident with frame damage. I thought for sure i was done and screwed. Low and behold, the finance manager Tyson Roberts, talked to me and said he would try and make some calls to see if they can still make a deal happen, he got the big dawgs involved and suddenly seen some light at the end of the tunnel.
I was able to rid my self of the Lexus and get into a 21 F150. I left satisfied and have even went back where I was treated like family with all the guys there, definitely a pleasure doing business.

So I brought my SUV in two weeks ago for two things, one the sensor to the air bags needed to be calibrated. Done no issues, the 2nd item was radiator fan is load and needed attention. In two days that it was there they did not have time to see it. Made an appointment last Friday for today at 7a.m. told the tech that I needed the car back the same day.
No word or call from the tech. I called at 1:30, the tech said they had not seen the car yet. Not happy I left a message for the serviceI manager. He was prompt to call and listened to my concern. He said he'll called in a few minutes and he did. He said that the Fan Clutch was bad and the tech would call with price. All that being said, the part needs to be ordered and it will take 4 days for it to get here.
It would have been nice to know that 2 weeks and having to call them 6 hours later is not what I call good service. I paid their diagnostic test but they did not provide a copy. One more day of lost time I won't be coming back. Mike F
