Recently purchased a boss Chev 2500 Z71 from Kelly and her team. I was an out of state buyer and flew in from Washington state. Ended up being cheaper to drive it back than to have shipped. Kelly was nice enough to pick me up at the Ontario CA airport in lieu of having to Uber. Prior to this we had lots of back and fourth via email and she was always quick to respond.

When I arrived the truck was freshly washed and ready for the sale. It was exactly as advertised. We did the paperwork and I was heading back north in no time. I jokingly mentioned the truck was on empty. Without blinking Kelly had a staff member run out to the gas station and had it filled all the way up. Kelly even took the time to pre-fill out all the WA DOL paperwork I'd need to register up there. She really went above and beyond to make my life easier. Kelly, you and your team at Auto Locators are real class acts. Would love to do business again!

I had my heart set on a Scion tC. When I saw they had one I called and spoke to Kelly love. She was so friendly and helpful. She went above and beyond to help me get the car of my dreams and get rid of my bucket car. Her and her husband were amazing and all the fur babies made me feel so comfortable. I drove 3 hrs to get here and I'd do it again! Thank you so much! If you need a car and they have them here then don't hesitate! They will do everything possible to help you!

I can't say enough positive things about Kelly. She absolutely rocks! She truly wants her customers to be happy with their purchase. Kelly is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about her Jeeps AND off-roading. She should give classes for us newbs. In addition to vehicle sales, they do mods and service for your vehicles, too. I highly recommend Kelly and The Auto Locators. I've been looking to buy a Jeep. Found a good one! Kelly got me a good finance rate and it was on! Really fast and easy process. No BS. I got a trail ready vehicle and was told if I had any problems bring it in. Sky and Kelly are really nice and I loved the pets too. Super friendly. I def recommend. Thanks for the awesome Jeep. To help out an employee I was looking on autotrader for a used vehicle, and there was one that garnered my attention. As I like to do I checked the Google reviews and was rather impressed. Intermittently dispersed within the mostly 4 and 5 star reviews were a handful of poor reviews. On each and every one the owner responded politely and with very good explanations. In spite of not having yet stepped foot in the shop I felt compelled to write a review. Looking forward to doing business

This place is the bomb. Kelly is super pretty and skye has the physique of udonis. service is 5 stars. Quality is 5 stars. Plus they make you feel like family. All in all they are the buns to my hot dag, the ketchup to mustard, and the meatballs to my spaghetti. 5 stars.

I had a positive experience with Kelly. She is very knowledgeable about 4x4s and I appreciate that she is a straight-shooter. This a low pressure place to purchase a vehicle as compared to most car dealerships. Great place to check out some off road ready trucks and Jeeps.

I highly recommend doing business with the Team at Auto Locators. This was my first time buying a car that had to be shipped. They made this as easy of a process that it could be. They were quick to answer any question that I had. There were plenty of pictures and videos that gave me confidence in what the condition of the car was in. I recently sold an older Jeep Wrangler to Auto Locators, and this was absolutely hands down the most stress free auto sale I have ever been through. Skye performed a very thorough inspection of my Jeep from front to back and top to bottom before taking it for a test drive. He & I then sat down and reviewed all of the upgrades & accessories that were included with the Jeep. Skye then went and spoke with the boss. Kelly!

She gave us her estimate of what the Jeep would sell at retail in perfect condition. Skye and I then discussed the estimated costs for making some minor repairs to the Jeep so that Auto Locators could honestly resell the vehicle in perfect condition. We soon came to a mutually agreeable sale price that was fair and reasonable to each of us. All that was left at this point was for the sale to be approved by my boss. the wife.

The following morning I spoke on the phone with Melissa, informing her that my wife had agreed to sell the Jeep, and we would be at the dealership in about 90 minutes. When we arrived, Kelly called us into her office where she had all the paperwork filled out & ready to go. We just had to fill in a few blanks, and then each party signed the paperwork. Kelly signed a check and we completed the transaction in record time.

Each person (and animal) we made contact with at Auto Locators were an absolutely pleasure to meet. If we need to purchase another vehicle in the future, Auto Locators will be our #1 stop.

I was looking for a car for my daughter. Kelly responded quickly to my email. I called and spoke with Kelly. She noticed I mentioned in my email I was looking for a Corolla LE Model. Kelly pointed out the Corolla they were selling was a base model. I didn't notice it in the advertisement even though they did list it in the add. I appreciate Kelly being forthcoming with the information and not wasting my time.

We chatted a bit on what type of car I am looking for. She made some suggestions on what to look for. The conversation was professional and I appreciate the help Kelly gave me even though I didn't buy a car from their dealership. I am skeptical of small dealerships. After speaking with Kelly, I would for sure do business with this dealership. Btw, I don't write very many reviews, but this review is well deserved.

My husband has been on a hunt for an Acura TSX Wagon and since it was finally time to say goodbye to our 2006 Scion XA, we got really lucky finding one relatively close by. We had a few cars we wanted to go check out this was the first on our list, Black 2011 TSX Wagon with 86k. Very clean and well maintained. We got there and Kelly was extremely friendly and helpful right from the start.

My husband took it out for a test drive and we went in to her office to go over details. The thing We appreciated the most was Kelly's straight forward honesty with everything. She showed us all the information and history of the vehicle that she had available. She went even went over what they found wrong with the vehicle and how they fixed or replaced these items.

After a little negotiation we decided on getting the car. We already had a pre approval from our Credit union but we asked based on our credit if she thinks we would get a better rate and she offered to check it for us and let us know after the weekend. Paperwork was lengthy but we were just talking the entire time and it made the process that much easier.

We brought our 4 year old niece with us and unfortunately she had to endure the long process too but Kelly kept her entertained too. I won't lie the process of buying a car is dreadful to me but Kelly made it so easy. No pressure and no hassle exactly how every car buying experience should be. Can't thank you guys enough! We've only had the car for one day but we already know we made the right choice!

Worst dealership I've ever been to! Almost every car on the lot has something wrong with it. I tried to test out one of their trucks and it struggled to even turn on! Don't recommend

Update: How politically correct your response was, you absolutely did process an application, I'm very familiar with yelp and your attempt to get the review removed by claiming we aren't a customer is a good one, but you know exactly who this is. You never contacted us back despite you promising to do so. In good faith I waited 5 days before posting to see if I would hear from someone.

My initial review: Well I had high hopes for this company considering they were prompt on getting back to me the minute I showed interest in a vehicle, however if you aren't the perfect credit candidate bye bye customer service and you are treated like you don't exist. The lack of common courtesy is beyond me. No call back? No update? Nothing!

Apparently you are judged immediately (yeah I saw you reading so intently, showing your colleagues). Or judged because you don't have great credit? You know nothing about me and we deserved at least an update, say "hey we can't approve you, I'm sorry." Good news is we got a brand new car two days ago, my business meant something somewhere else. I'm grateful I didn't do business with your company, and strongly recommend anyone out there to stay away from this company because you are only a dollar sign if you walk the perfect life. Yeah that's realistic!

We were looking for a good used car for our 17 year old daughter. Having trouble finding the right car and someone we could trust, we were referred to Skye at Auto Locators. I called, spoke with Skye, he asked what we were in the market for, he immediately recommended a 1998 Honda C-RV, said it would be a great starter&College for her. My daughter feel in love, being in excellent shape we bought the car and she named her Holly! It's been a great car and it got her through college hassle free! I went there to ask a question about a particular service that I read about on their website & ended up talking to one of their staff about taking a test drive in one of the cars they have on the lot. I'm taking that test drive this Saturday. 2nd review: I did go down to Auto Locators on that Saturday as scheduled for my test drive & I'm happy to say that I was able to purchase the 2014 Ford Fiesta 'S' Hatchback that I test drove!

Everyone at Auto Locators - Kelly, Skye, Danny, Rachel, Ronnie & Mindy - are all awesome! Kelly literally went above & beyond to find a company that would finance me! I will be eternally grateful for that! I admit I was there for several hours, but had good conversations with everyone while waiting. And you will also meet the two "fur" babies that are also part of the "Auto Locators" family - "Miss Kitty" & "Mr. Chuey". Mr. Chuey is affectionately referred to as "The Boss". Danny will tell you that when you go to the business.

I've taken photos of each one, so I'm hoping they can be added to this revised review. I really enjoy driving this Fiesta & hope that it will continue to drive as smooth as it does now in another 5 to 10 years! Rides so smooth.just like cutting butter! I did add the 2 photos of the fur babies to my PicCollage, so I hope that word shows up too. The last photo is of the 2014 Ford Fiesta 'S' Hatchback that I purchased. Can't wait to take it on a little road trip!

I've been shopping for a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited for 2 months. I live 90 miles from this dealership and over the last week I have been working with Kelly.
