Sounds like a trashy place where they think deceiving customers and being rude is the way to do business. Here is the sales/finance manager Dagan's response to an offer on a Ducati Monster being sold through his personal Facebook account (not listed as a dealer ad): "I'm sorry, you must have hit your head and gained a mental disorder." You should be running, not walking away from this place.

Researched a number of local BMW Motorrad dealers, looking for a smaller 2nd bike to roll around the neighborhood with, as my H-D VROD is not the quietest bike. Dagan Klipfel @ BMW Ventura was very responsive and accommodating to finding and acquiring the bike I was looking for. We exchanged a few emails and calls and the deal was done. Stood out front looking at a really cool motorcycle for about 30 minutes and not one person came out to see if we needed help or offer information on any of the bikes for sale. We left and called to inquire about one of the motorcycles and the first person we spoke to had no clue so we were transferred to the sales department where we were told that that bike was sold (5 days ago) and they were just waiting for it to be picked up. My question is why is it out front on display basically if its sold or at least have a sign on the damn thing. Worst customer service ever.

I came in looking for a Bluetooth headset for my husband and David was incredibly helpful. I had no clue what to get and he helped me pick what was best for his helmet and quality sound. I Drove three and a half hours to purchase two motorcycles, and these guys made sure everything was taken care of every step of the way. Tim and Dave had our paperwork ready to go, prepped both motorcycles by the time we arrived, and the staff was awesome. We got an amazing deal on two motorcycles, and they even helped us secure the bikes for transport since they were not being driven back home.
They even gave us custom BMW shirts, keychains, and a nice leather owner's portfolio to go with the bikes. Overall, the guys here are great, and I will definitely be buying another motorcycle from them again in the future. It was definitely worth the drive!
