Simi Valley Toyota is The best Toyota dealership ever. I used to go to Northridge Toyota (the worse Toyota dealership in SFV) before and they are very bad compare to Simi Valley Toyota. Simi Valley is far from my house but after having service for my car only one time I only come here for service or buying cars. I also got another Toyota because of their service. Simi Valley Toyota staffs are very nice, warm and super polite people that shows they are educated for sure. their services are amazing they also charge very reasonable amounts.
Hope they get award for their dealership because of their service. The other dealerships should benchmark from this place that how great they are. I already recommended them to all of my friends and family. Thank you Simi Valley Toyota

Joe, Austin and Paul were all a really great help! Most dealerships wouldn't let you even touch the vehicle without even paying for the this particular car. Without hesitation they let me test drive the car I wanted and I ended up loving it! The team did all they could to get me the best deal in town! Car salesmen are not particularly honest and most don't listen very well. They want to sell a vehicle and will say pretty much anything to do that. And then there's Simi Valley Toyota. It started with a phone call to Jessel in their internet sales department. It was a 4 hour drive for us and we didn't want to waste our time unless the interior was nice. Jessel heard us.
She inspected the interior on our behalf - odors, stains, rips, etc. and offered to take photos and video if we wanted. When we arrived the truck was exactly as Jessel promised. Unfortunately the bed had storage compartments that made it too narrow for our use. The sales associate we ended up working with - Colin - wondered if we might be able to swap out the fancy bed for a standard one and offered to make some calls.
Car salesmen don't make calls, they minimize issues or put unrealistically low price tags on correcting them. Colin didn't do that. He found a place that sells trucks beds and got us a firm quote - which I confirmed. We had another vehicle to look at but didn't bother. We loved the truck, Colin found a way to make it work for us, and we felt really comfortable with the dealership so we left with the truck.
From our first call to signing the paperwork with Eddie, everyone was focused on making sure we were happy. They made it about us, not them, and there was never any pressure. This is a place we would be proud to send our friends and family.

Over the past year I've really appreciated agent Tony Carranza who always provides excellent customer service on vehicle check-ups. Tony communicates very well, and gives excellent & sound advice on auto maintenance issues, and is a wealth of knowledge for the long term upkeep of my vehicle. Always very cheerful, and it's a pleasure to bring my car in for a service appointment. Most of all, it's entirely evident how Tony cares about many customer's good experiences. Thank you!

It was a great experience from the start. I called them up and checked to see if they had a car available, they said they had one and they would save it for me if I started the application process by sending me a link allowing me to type in my own information, so it felt safe. After sending them my DL and Insurance info they had the car ready for me.
I got there and was greeted by Steven, he offered coffee/latte/water to make me comfortable, and I was. He took care of my trade-in vehicle and with the value of my trade-in I had and the offer they made, I could tell they did what they could to give me the best trade-in offer. Steven was quick to help me out with everything I wanted in a vehicle and re-assured me by allowing me to test-drive the car. Steven showed me the numbers clearly to be sure that I understood what I was paying and explained every document that I signed with it.
I had my own financing but Steven did offer to check with Toyota Finance to see if I could get better rates, I refused. The process was quick thanks to the service provided on the phone and at the Simi Valley Toyota location thanks to Steven.

Could not be happier with my experience at Simi Toyota. Before I came in, Shane was kind enough to send me extra photos of the Sonata's interior while also keeping me updated on the availability. Once I decided to make the trip, Joe gave me a detailed presentation of the vehicle that felt transparent and informative. I could not thank Joe and Shane enough for making the entire process comfortable, direct, and easy. It was worth the long trip.

My experience at Simi Valley Toyota was wonderful. Erin assisted me online to find the vehicle I was looking for. Matt worked with us to provide the best price we could find in this difficult market. Manuel met with us in person to show us the vehicle and answer our questions. The finance guy was also excellent but I can't recall his name. My apologies.

My agent, Tony Carranza, provided excellent customer service during my last visit. I turned in my car for routine maintenance, but the mechanic found a leaking radiator that required replacement. Tony made things easy for me - arranged for a rental car from the dealership and kept me informed of everything during the 5 days my car was in the shop.

Wow. This place is just different! Feels like family there, the staff has your back they aren't pushy sales people, they actually want to help and find what's best for you. Steven got me into my amazing hybrid Corolla by figuring out what I needed in my everyday life. Now I save money! Go see Steven, never been so impressed with customer service at a dealership!
