We have always bought Chevy products because of their stellar safety. We hadn't stopped by since Bunnin took over. What a pleasant experience we had! Brian, the Finance expert did everything he could to get us the GM Discount we always enjoyed working at Raytheon. Raytheon has since discontinued for retired folks, unfortunately. But, Brian did all he could. The staff as a whole were kind, did not pressure us, and the experience was great. The Bunnin team work very hard and stay LATE. Great job

Never in my life have I experienced such a group of professionals at a car dealership. From the moment I arrived, I was treated like the most important person there. I got the vehicle I wanted at a fair price. If you are looking to buy or lease. I strongly suggest giving this dealership a chance. Every now and then.you run into something great. That was my experience.

I will not buy from anyone else ever again. I'm committed to buying here from now on. My vehicle needed to be smogged and they even gave me a loaner until my car was ready. A class act from a to z. No pressure and no push. Just top quality service. Nick Henderson, Sal in finance, and David the sales manager went above and beyond anything I could have expected. This is not your average car lot. This is a quality dealership that earned my respect through outstanding service.

This is from Louis Cannon, co-owner of the car in question. Mary Cannon was undergoing a medical procedure and unable to drive: I took our Chevy Malibu to Bunnin after another shop performed a 40-point inspection recommended by AAA. They said the car needed a partial brake job, replacement of the serpentine belt and replacement of a burnt-out tail light. Bunnin did the first two items fine and reasonably, but Dan Ybarra said they had to replace the entire tail light assemblage to do this one light, hardly a good feature of this car.

The assemblage had to be ordered from L.A. so I returned the following week. The first time I was at Bunnin I had given Mr. Ybarra a sheet of coupons you had sent Mary that offered discounts on various items, including brakes. Mr. Ybarra wrote the brake discount on the work sheet, but the cashier did not honor it. She had a hard time finding the paper work.

I asked for a receipt and she said she had given me one, but when I returned home, I saw that all she had done was mark "paid" on the work sheet. This was disappointing and unprofessional. She also didn't give me back the sheet of discounts. Mr. Ybarra gave me the brake discount the following week on the tail light assemblage, but the work was expensive and much higher than we'd budgeted.

I like Mr. Ybarra but not sure if we'll return to Bunnin for further work. We have put a lot of money into this car; you replaced the transmission last year. FYI, my other car (a Honda Accord) was totaled in an accident in October 2020. Since we're seniors and don't drive much any more, we've tried to get by with this one car. It's been an expensive choice.

One very positive thing about using Bunnin is that you've provided rides back and forth from our home in Summerland, which is not easy to reach these days because of the construction on Highway 101. Thank you for that. I dealt with Dan Ybarra, whom I like and would recommend.

Bunnin had some of the most personable and friendly staff I've ever encountered at a chevy dealership. Very good experience, they were all very knowledgeable and made the process feel easy. This is how customer service should look everywhere!

This review is for the Service Department, specifically, "Daniel." I believe Daniel was the Service Manager. We were traveling near Santa Barbara pulling a travel trailer last month and we needed a new radiator. I contacted several other dealers on our way from Palm Desert to Goleta and, even when I could locate a dealer that had the radiator we needed in stock (2006 GMC), they could not provide the service we needed to install.

We were BLESSED to contact Bunnin Chevy and locate the radiator. then, the parts department transferred me to Service and I reached Daniel. I explained the situation and let him know we were at the end of our vacation and needed to head back North. He took the details, determined the time needed to provide the service and scheduled us for the next day.

I cannot begin to tell you what a difference that made in our lives. Our need for a radiator was huge in the spectrum of things and Daniel graciously worked us into his schedule. It's places like this that provide the right kind of service for the situation at hand that make people like us considering looking in Santa Barbara the next time we need a new vehicle! Shout out to Daniel and to all the staff that have the kind of work ethic Daniel does! Thank you again for working with us to get us home safely.

Bunnin made the process of buying my new Tahoe incredibly easy. I did everything over the phone and via email because I live 2 hours away. James came to my house with the paperwork that day and when my car was ready, they delivered it to my house. Truly one of the best experiences I've ever had buying a vehicle.

Huge shout out to Daniel in the service department and the service technicians! We had just purchased not (a new to the family, not from this dealership) certified pre owned 3500 GMC Denali and a check engine light came on! We were nervous to drive it back home 300+\- miles not knowing what hat was going on with my family in it and a 37ft travel trailer behind. Daniel understanding the situation got us in the same day and checked the engine light, gave me a printout of the engine codes from the technicians, and they were able to articulate that there would be no issues going home.

They were awesome! I wish customer service was like this the standard all the time (people in the customer service industry should take note this is how to do it)! I definitely would recommend them to anyone in general and especially traveling though that needs anything! Thanks again. : ) -Picture of truck from purchase two days ago. -Error code for reference
