I had a great experience. I completed most of the looking online. My salesperson, Sean, did not overwhelm and let me take my time. I test drove the vehicle without him. Once I made the purchase he took car of any other minor issues such as getting it to the dealership for oil changes and minor clean up.

Probably the worst service I've had at any place I've been. Definitely the worst car dealership I've been to. He left us waiting for now reason, didn't let us test drive a car when they said beforehand on the phone that I could, and was rude most of the time from the start. PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DON'T GO HERE.

The guy who sold me my Jeep was unprofessional from the get go, but spelled my name wrong. When I pointed it out he promised he would fix it and a few weeks later when I heard from the bank the loan was through, it was still spelled wrong. Now I have to jump through hoops with the bank and DOT to get it corrected. Don't go here. They can't even achieve the bare minimum.

I was pre-approved with my own bank so the transaction was quick and easy. My only issue was I lived far away from the dealership and Ryan assured me that if I got my inspection at a shop closer to me, I would be reimbursed for the fee(They use a certain shop and cover the inspection fee if you get it done there.) I tried contacting him after sending over the inspection paperwork and no response. Other than that everything was okay not anything spectacular.

Just recently bought a Toyota Camry from Midway Auto Group. Had a phenomenal experience. Sean Amir was our sales person and even stayed past closing so we could come see the vehicle! He made the process easy and answered all of our questions. 10/10 experience and if I ever need another car will definitely be buying it from here.

I bought a Ram truck from Midway recently. What a GREAT experience! Jason Martinez was our sales rep and he bent over backwards to help us with everything from financing to vehicle warranty. The facility was very clean and all of the trucks were in excellent condition. If you're looking for a good vehicle, honest salesmanship, and excellent service, Midway is the place to go. We drove 1.5 hours to shop there and it was worth every minute.

I don't usually write reviews on the internet. But working with Sean at Midway Auto Group was the best experience I've had buying a car, and I've bought many. He was friendly, professional, and flexible to my needs as a customer. I could've kept shopping around a bit more, but Sean made the experience so simple that I just decided to stop and buy from him. Will buy from him again when I need my next new car.

Very unprofessional business who is not willing to make any deals. JASON MARTINEZ was rude and belittling from the get-go and unwilling to help. I would never do business with this company solely based on the fact that this person works there. Maybe with some better management and a lot of hard work this business could be much better, but due to the fact they do not care about customer satisfaction or needs, I would rate this place -5 stars if I could.
I've read multiple bad reviews on this place, and every single one of them was right! This man could not provide help to a bling guy even if he tried, and willingly gave up our business. We will be taking our money to a local competitor.

Had a really awesome experience buying a 15 F-250 from Midway Auto Group. Ryan was fun and enjoyable to work with, quick to contact you and not pushy as is the way with so many sales people. Due to my lengthy drive I was going to be there after closing and he stayed late and got everything done smoothly. Great service. While there saw a very nice selection of different used vehicles. Would definitely recommend this place. Thanks Ryan!

This was the most pain free purchase of a vehicle in my life. I have purchased over half a dozen vehicles and this was by far the best overall experience. My biggest surprise was finding a whole set of brand new tires on the truck I purchased. The free tank of gas was also appreciated. Mr. Amir, I want to thank you personally for doing business with me and the quality of the vehicle I purchased. Thank you!

My husband and I visited Midway Auto Group to purchase a new car for him. The car we chose was a very well maintained 2010 Chrysler 300 in great condition. Midway Auto Group was easy to work with and accommodating. It's a small dealership with less pressure. We appreciate that. Sean and Ryan were very nice and helpful! Both were highly professional and personable. My husband and I are both extremely happy and satisfied with his new car! Overall it was an outstanding car buying experience.

IMPORTANT NOTICE BEFORE GOING HERE!Went to go look at a car, couldnt look at it b/c "until you have the money you can see it" i know im young but i know how to work unlike these fools. Some lord farquard long hair white guy asked what my method of purchasing the car was and i stated "im just trying to see if its to my liking" as anyone else before you buy a car youd like to see it right?
He proceded to bug about my purchase method when i simply wanted to see it before making a decision on a vehicle, he then asked again what my method was to purchase and i said "cash" as i did with my 2016 escalade from a REAL dealership, that he did not notice i was in. He stated "let me see your bank account no one buys cash" does lord farquard guy wanna see my nuts too?
I replied with "i cant show you that information" and he said "well until you have the money you can come see it", i walked away from the conversation as he seemed to be stereotyping looks, young n dressed in a polo t shirt n starched jeans n fresh 95s nikes. When hopping in my LAC THIS FOOL LOOKS SURPRISED OR SOME S***! I rolled my window down n yelled at him as he walked to the service department n yelled "me la pelas puto!" He turned around looking quiet idiotic.
After busting a u turn i see him heading back inside the dealership n i yell "f*** you p***y sticking the finger out. DONT GO TO THIS JOKERS PLACE, and dont judge ppl by race ethnicity or clothing. Sorry you get payed commission farquard n never experienced paying something CASH and avoiding INTEREST. Fuck your shitty lot dealership, took myself to galleria chevy instead! It's been a long minute but thought I'd give my review now. Purchased a Toyota Celica from this place and not even a day later had to return for them to "repair" my car. They literally took a hammer to it. Turned out to be a lemon. Sales person was terrible, company overall is terrible. Wish I could give them a zero rating. Don't come here.

Misled us about condition of car. Claimed it was in "good condition." Must have a "good friend" at the inspection station because we couldn't get the engine light to go off shortly after we drove it off the lot. Expensive repairs. Sorry we stopped here. Would not advise anyone to trust these clowns.

Bought a Porsche Cayenne from these people was told it was in good working condition. Less than 5 days later it has a repair which could cost upwards of $5,000. When I told this to the manager he laughed at me and told me I signed the as is agreement Hopefully we will work something out and I will have more to post or I will be able to change this to a positive review however until then. Beware buyers

Ryan and staff were excellent. For those of us that aren't experts, buying a car be nerve wracking. I had reservations about buying a luxury hybrid, and Ryan was helpful and accommodating throughout the whole process. Ryan didn't used pressurized sales tactics, which I'm thankful for. Thanks Midway Auto Group!

Buyers beware! I purchased a Ford Escape from these guys back in 2015. The first negative is that they claimed that they couldn't allow me to use my capital one financing. They said the financing had to be through them. They wouldn't really negotiate with me, they barely took maybe $100 off the asking price. They didn't ask me if I wanted GAP, they just included it without telling me.
The moment we finished the transaction the guy who sold me the car asked me if I could give them a good review on google right then and there on the company computer. I refused. But that's not even the worst part. So it is now 2018 and I'm trying to buy a new car at a different dealership. When I offer up the Escape as trade, I got a really nasty surprise.
It turns out that the carfax shows that the Escape had "structural damage" from an accident that happened 02/2015. I bought the Escape from Midway on 10/15. They showed me a clean carfax. Midway mentioned nothing about this damage to me. If they had, I would never have purchased the car. I don't know if they tampered with the carfax or if they forged one.
Either way, they never mentioned the damages. And yes I clearly asked if the car had ever sustained collision damage. So I am now basically screwed. I still owe on the Escape and the dealerships cannot offer me even close to what I owe. This is bad business and I am consulting with my attorney about recourse. Stay far away from this dealership. When purchasing a car, get your own carfax.
Do not trust these guys to be truthful. I advise consumers to read the google reviews, you will see they have done this several times to other people. Midway, if you read this, just know that what goes around, comes around. Complaints will be filed.

Mark and his team were very helpful in making my shopping experience as best as possible, I normally do not write reviews but feel that they were honest and forthcoming with the condition of the vehicle, its a used vehicle so obviously there are minor issues but nothing that you wouldn't expect. Thank You Midway Auto Group

Been looking for a Wrangler unlimited and had it narrowed down between Midway and another dealer for basically the same vehicle. Midway Auto group got that sale because they let me buy the car my way. I spent 1 hour at the office. That included test drive and paper signing. Mark was great. We hashed out the loan and payment over the phone before I made the trek from East Denton. I gave him the target, he hit it without the haggling. No wasting my precious weekend time, no "I'll have to talk to my finance manager." 10 of 10 would buy from them again!

THEY WERE GREAT! I am not going to lie and say initially I was not scared coming into the dealership after reading a couple of the reviews on here but I am so happy I went in. They were so friendly and generous to my husband and I. The gentleman that I worked with completely honest with me about each car which is rare to find in this business. I also found out that they have hired a staff which I was delighted to here about after reading previous reviews.
It shows that they do care about the quality they are giving their customers. If you were to get anything out of this review is that don't judge them by their previous reviews.

I've had an amazing experience here! I went in just for looking purposes and the gentlemen were very friendly and helpful. They have vehicles for everyone's range. Not many dealerships have a variety in their prices and cars. Extremely affordable prices! They've kept in touch with me ever since. I would recommend them to each and everyone - excellent cars and excellent service!

Could've been better, the guy didn't know too much about the cars, I wasn't offered water. He seemed scattered and lied by saying the vehicle I test drove was never in an accident when I later found out it had been in two accidents. They need to work on their professionalism I didn't even feel like they wanted to sell a car they were like ehh if I hear from cool if not oh well smh

Purchased a Lexus SC430 from Midway in late February 2016. After receiving it, I found It needed a few repairs and Sean Amir (the owner) stated he would pay a very small amount to make up for a few items that the salesman originally stated it didn't need. I accepted a small amount of reimbursement just to move on because I knew based on Sean's reaction he wasn't going to stand behind his vehicles.
Six months later, no reimbursement, he doesn't take phone calls or answer emails. Sound like what you want to deal with when you purchase a vehicle from a dealership? Don't walk but run away from this dealership. Why would you want to deal with someone like this when purchasing a vehicle?

As others have stated they sell wrecked vehicles. I bought one from them today that had a "clean" record. But upon inspection once I got it home, it's very clear to see. It is extremely disappointing because they clearly mislead you. Somehow they have figured out a loophole in the system and take advantage of unsuspecting buyers. These people sold me a wrecked car and deceived me from the start.

Had great service! Shawn was really up front & car is GREAT! Selection was good; all cars/trucks in the lot & showroom were pretty sweet. Don't really budge on price, but mine was priced under Kelly Blue Book SRV.PLUS they take care of all paperwork transfers. No hassle & no DMV! Recommend! Was my first experience purchasing from a dealer & it was pretty painless! :-

Stay away from this dishonest dealer. I bought a car for $20000 four years ago. When I tried to sell it, come to find the car had frame damage when I bought from them. They did not disclose, the auto check report was clean. How can you not disclose as the auction place sells with frame damage disclosure upfront.

Dishonest company, DO NOT BUY from them! My brother in law purchased a Ford F250 from them and they assured me it had been checked out with no issues. Within the first week the EGR Valve went out among other issues that cost me $1800 worth of repairs. A Ford mechanic stated that if the truck had truly been checked out by a reputable mechanic, the issue would have been caught.
We contacted Midway Auto Group back to try and make it right and they gave us the run around and then refused to help in any way with the repairs, even when I asked to split the cost with them they refused! DO NOT BUY from this company, they are not honest and its unfortunate that they would take advantage of people like this.

Midway Auto Group does not stand behind their vehicles. Not long ago I purchased a Ford 350. I was told it was a solid truck, and even though the ABS warning light was on, there was nothing wrong with the brakes. A few days after I picked it up I took it to Princeton Diesel (best guys around for Ford PSDs) for an oil change and some basic diagnostics.
I was shocked to learn the oil cooler was bad, the head gaskets were failing, and of course the ABS system was shorted out and not functioning. The total repair cost was over 5k. I contacted Midway and told them about the problems, sent them the repair invoice, and asked if they would be willing to cover 1/3 of the repair costs (an offer I considered to be more than fair).
I got no help from them whatsoever. The only "advice" I got from them was that I should have demanded a pre-buy inspection on a vehicle they told me was solid. Well, here's my advice to everyone else. Don't buy from a company that sells diesels (or any other vehicles), that tells you they are good running autos, and then turns around and blames the customer when problems are discovered.
