Very happy with Lewisville Volkswagen service department. Tim was able to accurately diagnose a surprisingly rare transmission issue that ended up being under warranty. Took care of it and kept our family informed on how everything was going. Took less time than expected with the supply chain problems we have been seeing lately.

I received a call from Heather when I did an inquiry of my car's trade-in value. She was very pleasant over the phone and not at all pushy to get me to come in to the dealership. I decided to visit the dealership and Heather was even nicer in person. She was very patient and answered all of my questions. She went over my options without any pressure to buy.

I felt like she was a long time friend and we just happened to be talking about cars. I would definitely recommend her as your sales person for your next vehicle purchase. The actual dealership is nice, clean and has plenty of "amenities" to make you comfortable while making your car buying choice.

I found the car I liked, called and verified the price, discussed my expectations and we were able to come to an agreement over the phone. When I got there they tried to offer me other options however I let them know that I wanted to stick to my original plan. They were able to agree to hold the car for me while my bank sent them the instructions.

I love my new car! Ivan Leon was the person helping me and I'm so thankful for his honestly! He didn't try to pressure me or trick me like other dealerships I've dealt with. He followed through with exactly what he said. I recommend Ivan to be your salesperson he was very straightforward!

This car dealership was a great experience for me and my son who purchase his car for the first time. They were courteous, patient and extremely respectful. I know that they sell cars all the time and that it can be a simple business transaction but to some people it is a lifetime experience it is an experience that they will never forget and that was the case for my son and they made this day very memorable. I had an appointment on a Thursday for a check engine light. Ryan was amazing with keeping me updated and being transparent! I was initially told my car won't be ready till Tuesday, but I told Ryan I had an important appointment to make on Monday. He called me on SATURDAY letting me know my car is ready! Wow! Very great experience here. I will recommended Ryan from service!

Fantastic. Sales was excellent in terms of price and professionalism. The finance specialist was first class and not pushy or use tactics during the process. The vehicle is excellent and delivery was smooth. Compared to other dealerships Lewisville was head and shoulders above the rest. The 2 hour drive was worth the trip.

I received a coupon for service in the mail and like most, I find myself needing service before a long holiday trip so I decided to give this dealership a try. Having had a terrible experience at a DFW VW dealership before, I decided to take a chance. Not only did they squeeze me in on same day for appointment when calling, but taking a chance paid off immensely.

Everyone I met or came across what polite and kind. You had sales folks such as Lee Clowers willing to just chat and take a moment to genuinely say hi. Service Mgr Keith even came to say hi. You had attentive service support staff like Melissa who cared to give updates and answer questions. She was completely transparent in time expectations on phone and in person.

I waited a few hours and did office work while in their waiting area. I didn't mind the wait because the amenities were excellent and plentiful. Such a clean waiting area and the bathrooms were super clean! My only note would be fix the lock on first stall and make sure all soap dispensers are full. Still can't get past the courteousness fo everyone I passed along the hall regardless if they worked in an office or on the sales/service bay. When needing future service, I'm coming here.and if we decide to buy another VW.I would consider coming here. Thanks VW Lewisville.

I wrote a great review the day I purchased my VW convertible. They were all very accommodating on sale day. One day later my car was back in the shop for a week, no real help, apology, extra effort. Fast forward 2.5 months and my driver side visor comes off. I speak to someone and they ask for pictures, oh and it won't be covered unless I pay or use my warrant.

Thanks Lewisville VW for your impeccable service. Well, I took the time sent pictures have waited over a week, I did send a follow up email. No Reply! Now I was supposed to get a call this morning from the Service Manager, I'm hungry so it must be lunch time and no call yet. The service is AWFUL! I bet I really won't get a call back now.

Called Lewisville Volkswagen about 6 hours before passing through the area on a long road trip looking for a spare tire set for our Jetta- they had what we needed in stock (tire and the metal part of the wheel) and they ensured us they would have the tire mounted on the wheel for a quick pickup when we stopped through. We gave them our credit card number and and all they needed for processing.

When we arrived, the tire had not been mounted and we ended up waiting about an hour. Fairly annoying, considering we were on a tight timeline for our next stop. The customer service was friendly, but perhaps a bit lacking in skill and follow through.

If I could give it less stars I would. I had my oil change this morning and they didn't even refilled the washer fluid.or checked to see if my car needed anything else. Ever since the new management took over things have seriously gone down the drain. I'm on my Third vw. and i have bought 4 cars from there a Touareg, Jaguar a gti and a jeep liberty. my current Tiguan was bought at the vw Mckinney.

I also received a txt from them saying they were in great need of inventory from a Scott. We confirmed the appoint with him the day before and Scott did not show up for work today. After an hour of waiting they assigned a new guy name Chris. He was supposed ro get my 19 Tiguan appraised. He told me the used car manager was going to take a look at it.

The used car manager (I don't know his name he is a dark middle eastern maybe Pakistani looking ) finally came over abs look at my car he didn't even say hi or anything the rudest person. Low ball me at 19500 when the black book Aveeage is 20650. I was asking 20k not even a ridiculous amount but just be alert people. Es flags all over this dealership is no longer what it used to be.

Called to make an appointment for an oil change. Since it was around 60,000 miles, they suggested that I do the 60,000 mile service. Was quoted $629 for everything. When I got there, a different service tech came out and showed me a tablet that had a price of $489 for everything. I figured the lady from the night before must have made a mistake. I dropped the car off and was told it would be about 4 hours.

They said they would call amen it was ready. 5 1/2 hours later, when I hadn't heard anything, I called. Got the lady from the previous night and she said she was just about to call. Car was ready and the charge was $589! Third different price for supposedly the same service. I was told that both of the quotes I was given were from the previous owner of the dealership and therefore didn't apply.

I asked how that was possible and was told they don't even do all they services that they quoted me anymore. They also forgot to reset the service interval reminder for the oil change with I can only assume they did. Total incompetence as far as I'm concerned.

Had a great experience here this morning. I needed some coolant, other dealerships closer to my house said they would charge me/would need multiple days to run diagnosis. The Service center here was quick, efficient and very kind! My sister had a major issue with your car a couple years ago, she brought it here and they took great care of her. Definitely recommend!

Purchased a Used Vehicle, was told by finance guy Jason Easy Care would cover keys(main reason I purchased warranty), and all of the above to find out, that is not what was purchase or covered. Was not even offered different warranty packages. Sales person Bill has not tried to help or offer any solution. They do not return calls and leave you with leaving a voicemail as the only option. Do not shop here, will not be referring any business.

The price of the car was great! I used cargurus for basic information on the general price of the car. The sales guy.well that's another story, I have bought my share of cars and I felt this particular sales rep style was pushy almost bully like, so the first time we met, I had to walk away for his sake and mines, he touched on my last nerve.

This guy was trying to Talk me into agreeing on terms that were more appropriate for a person with challenged credit. I my self take good care of my credit and I'm aware of my credit score, hence there was no way I was going to take this deal. The second time we met he decided to act more civilized and have a conversation on term. The financial office representative was awesome, he was very polite and professional. Would I buy another car here? Maybe, but if I do I'll get ready for a fight. The two stars is strictly on sales encounter, not the business.

Horrible Covid practices. This is the second time I've been to the dealership in the space of 30 days. The service dept wears masks but literally no one on the Sales side is. We are in the middle of a pandemic with cases spiking even worse and their staff can't be bothered to protect their customers? Everyone in the service side has been fantastic but their parts clerk and sales can infect them just the same. How is this being tolerated and allowed by their management?!?

This is my second car purchase at this dealership. I had a fabulous experience with Pete Hodges and if you are buying a car, please work with him. He is an honest, no nonsense kinda person and he was super easy and respectful to deal with. Pretty much, he showed me the car on line, sent the car fax, offered a price, we agreed - and we bought the car. Couldn't have been more simple and pain-free.

All told, I think we got there at 2 and left at 4 with exactly what we wanted, expected and were promised. Just like the first time. I have four kids and that was car #3.one more to go and these nice folks are on the list to close out that last car for my youngest. Also, we had a great experience in Finance. We didn't need/want anything, but as you probably know, sometimes you get the hard sell on stuff you really don't want - which basically wastes everyone's time and end up leaving annoyed after an otherwise good experience.

This did not happen to me and I was VERY happy about how we closed it out. The dealership was very efficient! Thanks Pete, you're a class act and I appreciated our transaction today!

Horrendous. False advertising, lies and a complete waste of time. I spent half of a day working with an incompetent salesman, waited three hours for "numbers", just to have him add over $1,400 in items I didn't ask for, and charge me for a spare tire a salesman assured me would be thrown in to make the deal. After pressing to get the car for the price they advertise online, I was told that was "below what we own the car for".

When I asked for a manager, I was then told the car was just sold. Couldn't be a more frustrating experience, but at least they reminded me why people hate buying cars. Avoid this location unless you have no other choice.

This was one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. I emailed early in the morning, received a reply from Jorge soon after. He was busy with another customer when I arrived, and set me up with Judd, who did a great job. After a test drive. I filled out a few docs and was in to see the finance guys, who have this really cool desktop that made it easy to sign all the papers.

Great options, great pricing, and the got me the 0% deferred financing. I drove out in a new Tiguan less than two hours after I walked in it was EASY! On top of that - WOW - the VWs they have on the lot are great. The Tiguan is sharp, but it was hard not to jump into a GTI or a Jetta.

I'm the worlds pickiest buyer and I must say Bill is the best salesman ever. I have been through so much drama trying to find a car a like and Bill made it very simple just to view the Atlas, discuss some options and get some pricing. The car was upfront and waiting for me it didn't take forever to see anything and they didnt spend hours asking me questions.

It was a great experience. I didn't leave with a car today, but I will be back to get my Atlas and I hope Bill is still there when I return. Thank you Bill and Lewisville Volkswagen

Pros: Leo Cons: Everything else I went in to check out the VW Atlas. I was upfront about trading in two cars (one of which has fully repaired hail damage). I was given a signed offer, which was then revoked when I went in to actually purchase the vehicle. I ended up working with a different VW dealer in the area (didn't end up buying an Atlas though) who reviewed the deal, honored the vehicle price, offered me more for my trades, and said that it was a good thing I got out of there because it was "very shady." Everyone seemed nice and helpful, and the owner supposedly reviewed my deal personally, but I am not a fan of the bait and switch. Future buyers beware of deals that are too good to be true. because they probably are.
