Rebuttal: I expected a response like what was sent, as Earth Motor Cars continues to play the victim. Let's look at my position for 4 months with no clear title. Why was this vehicle even being put up for sale? Because if they had no clear title, they were not even sure if they owned it. Right? They purchased a vehicle to try to push it off on me, explaining it would be a swap not a reapplication.
This is because the lender demanded they pay for the vehicle as there was no title for them to place a lien on. And the reason they did not want me to notify the police is so they could quietly make this go away. I have noticed several complaints online regarding their mishandling of customers and failure to provide title. There was never any discussion of a lawsuit by me so why after their mishap am I being forced to sign a document claiming I will not sue, unless you know I can, and I will.
Since they have been in business for 20 years then why not do the right thing? As "their" fault per their lender and the police which I recorded them saying verbally. That they should have just said here is your funds so that I could use those funds to get another vehicle or for what I choose. And if I choose to stay with one vehicle after this mishap is NONE of their business to comment on. Favorable they say? Sir, seriously? Favorable is me going with Gensis, NOT them as I am assured to get a vehicle not Overpriced and sold to me through dishonest means.
As a business owner, my first priority would have been to make it right. They were only concern was and is their 'reputation" and that they were now out 78 plus grand and a vehicle. So, to try and manipulate me into another was to keep them from losing money is an injustice to me. And their "person", as their resident spoke person stated was "already" at the auto auction.
I was advised to let them try and replace the vehicle with another. Not that I would be having to reapply, have a strike on my credit as it would be pulled multiple times, when I am in the middle of another investment property purchase. Why do I have to bend, when they are at fault? Why do I have to have my credit repulled? And regardless to what my other vehicle was worth, they were not forced to take it in.
They did so for the "sale". Ruin your reputation? Sir, I could have been as their person also agreed, stopped for a felony stop and handcuffed while being thrown on the ground. I was humiliated at the police station and treated like I did something wrong at one point. I am out 2 vehicles and my down payment. So, returning my down payment was more than fair.
I owe you no signing of nothing and will NOT remove my review until my down payment is returned. I will continue to seek higher levels to get my funds returned. Instead of making it right, they were more concerned with their reputation, which would have been fine had they treated me like a valuable customer who purchased a stolen vehicle from them.
My question to them is how is it that the police could search the vin, the one you cannot see and immediately note it was stolen? How is it that I called the DMV the same day they notified me from their dealership and immediately on the fake vin they knew it was stolen? How did I call the police and immediately they too knew it was stolen? But you knew nothing?
How is it that the lender called to tell me that they were notifying Earth Motor Cars the deal was invalid and would be voided if they did NOT show a valid registration and title? And for 4 months? Yet, their "rep" only response was I used it four months so oh well. He promised to return my lease payment and my down payment initially. Perhaps they are used to shady practices, and this is what they do. Seeing some of the other complaints online, it seems this IS what they do.
I have been more than calm, gracious, and willing to work things out. But you WILL not force me or strong-arm me to protect you, never even considering what I lost. And TRUST ME I AM ORDERING A NEW CHEAPER GV80 FROM GENESIS, WHERE IT WILL NOT BE STOLEN! SO, their "rep", need not assume what my plans are when he does not know them. Like him, he suggests of me, he heard what he wanted to hear.
Return my funds and I will remove this complaint, or it stands as it is true and valid and my right to speak on what happened to me. Thanks, America, for giving consumers a voice. I have a video of the officer stating it was a felony stop, and images of when the McKinney police department confiscated the stolen vehicle from me. I was devastated, to say the least.

Great service and companies that pursue the passion of their buyers would have made it their mission to make sure the customer was happy. Not suggesting resolutions that would only benefit them.

Lukas was amazing! Very knowledgeable and laid back. Walking into Earth Motorcars I felt no pressure whatsoever. One of the most welcoming and refreshing car shopping experiences I've had. I had a wonderful experience working with Earth MotorCars! We live a couple hours away and most of this purchase was done by text with Sonny, who was very friendly and prompt. I was honestly quite pleasantly surprised when I arrived on site to see my vehicle and complete the deal. This place has some of the COOLEST cars and RAREST vehicles in the market right now and I had no idea!
I purchased a fairly rare Ford Excursion and worked with Sonny who made the entire process very smooth, convenient and easy. I bought a Porsche Panamera via internet. The first contact made was from sales rep Eddie C. He was extremely responsive in sending videos, pictures, and zooming to answer questions. He promised the vehicle would be delivered on time for a special event, and it was delivered on time. One pet peeve of mine is lack of communication from some dealer reps after contracts are signed.
This was not the case with Eddie. Go with him and you'll never be left hanging. Juan in finance was easy to work with and made the most stressful part of car buying painless. I love my car and recommend Earth Motorcars.

Leo Sivri was my salesman and I'm I glad he answered the phone when I called. I had spent days chasing salespeople at another dealership and out of frustration called Earth Motors and Leo had me in my car within hours! Originally just planned to look around but ended up trading in a car and driving home in a new one the same day. The whole process was super smooth, customer service was outstanding, the cars are beautiful, the whole operation is just top notch. I really enjoyed my experience and best part is driving home in my dream car. The decision to renege on our agreement was made by the owner. My salesperson, Tony tried on two different occasions to have Frank keep his word but it didn't happen. I've found another blazer that is a much nicer car for 10k less!

I just wanted to take this moment to say my experience with the earth motors has been very pleasurable. Sunny Red was our salesman and was a pleasure to work with. I first purchased a 2000 Corvette which had an issue. Earth motors the next day picked up the car and was going to fix the problem, I then saw a 2005 Corvette and ask them if I could trade for that other car and get the 2005.
They were very helpful and worked with me and I got the car that I wanted. I would recommend earth motors to my friends and anyone else that I know. They have an eye for detail and will work with you with any problems you might have. I'm sure I will be seeing them again in the future.

Beware. They say they check every vehicle and go through it. Yet, we buy a vehicle from them. Having issues now. Take it to manufacturer and are told the vehicle has a junkyard engine in it and the VIN on the motor doesn't match the vehicle. We contact Earth and they said too bad. Once we drive off the lot it's our issue. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE. You will regret it

He was happy to send additional pictures, videos, answer any questions and help set up transport. Judging from the selection of cars on their website we were looking at one of their cheaper cars and were treated as if we were looking at a very expensive car. He is an extremely knowledgeable and loves to teach! The finance team is the bomb as well! David Carr is a true professional who LISTENS to the customer and works to create solutions, rather than excuses (rare in the car business!). Arthur and Earth Motors have been terrific! My husband and I had searched for a 1956 Thunderbird and found it at Earth Motors! Arthur was the best, and we received great customer service. We took our T-Bird to our first competition last Saturday and won the Mayor's trophy out of 71 entries. Earth Motor is the best! I bought an F80 2018 BMW M3 Competition package from Earth back in April! About a few weeks later, the CHECK ENGINE LIGHT came on! I don't drive the vehicle hard at all and barely drove the car around because Ive been so busy. I was told that my vehicle still had the manufacture warranty up til 50,000 miles or until mid 2022, I believe, before it would expire.
I took my M3 to Classic BMW and found out that my vehicle was once TUNED, therefore, it voided my manufacture warranty! The issue that needed to be fixed would cost me around $2,000. I called Earth and asked if they would be willing the fix the issue on the M3 since they did tell me that my vehicle was still under manufacture warranty When I made the purchase.
They declined! At this point, I am furious and didn't want anything to do with Earth! So I decided to take my vehicle to a local performance shop for upgrades since my warranty has been voided (why not at this point). The local performance shop that serviced my vehicle found a bunch of loose bolts and screws underneath the M3. Also I have to mention that, a week after I took the M3 home from Earth!
I took it back to Earth for an E-brake repair! I believe this is when they failed to fully secure or tighten the bolts and screws underneath my car. I'll admit that I made the mistake of not fully inspecting the vehicle before I bought it! Also my M3 was missing a carbon fiber struct brace! I didn't realize it until I purchased the vehicle!
Anyone looking to buy an F80 M3 or F82 M4 from Earth, please make sure that you fully inspect the car and please make sure that it has not been tuned! I worked with Idean at EarthMotors. He was very knowledgeable about the cars and really easy to talk to. The experience was very positive and very fast. Their cars are priced with thoughtful consideration of the market and they obviously select their cars very well. I had never heard of EarthMotors before, but Idean and the team were excellent!

If there is anyone that should be writing me is the people I mentioned in this review and that would have actual knowledge of my frustration with the dealership and who I actually engaged with, You were not apart of any conversation AT ALL!
No need to butt in. But lets get a few facts straight btw. As for the gas station receipt, an 8x11 sheet DOES NOT COME OUT OF THE PUMP RECEIPT. No the finance person did not show me the bank call sheet but he definitely was able to shave off 2% afterwards. I never declined the DEEP scratch on the rim if you read my review, I already addressed it. I don't know if the correct gas was added CAUSE THE PUMP RECEIPT IS NOT BEING PROVIDED TO ME. but how about you tell me what could have happened with the engine light coming on 2 days later?
You strive for 100% customer satisfaction? Ha! Then why so many bad reviews? As for the owner emailing me. I'm apologize, it wasn't Brad hansing, IT WAS FRANK CORTESE. I worked with Ivan while purchasing a Bentley and trading in my S-class. The car is in excellent condition. The car needed a switch replaced, a new wheel bearing, and an indicator side light (cosmetic). Earth MotorCars, Ivan and Martika (service department) stood by their product and customer service through and through. They replaced everything necessary to get the car in tip top shape. Loved working with Alex at Earth Motors. He was so professional and really made it easy to do business with. We're from the Houston area and saw a couple cars on their website that we were interested in learning more about. From the moment I called Alex first thing in the morning until we ended up purchasing, he was nothing but friendly, knowledgeable and really seemed to enjoy his job.

It's almost a year since I purchased a 911 from Arthur with Earth MotorCars. Here are my key takeaways: a.) As it was at the height of the pandemic, they followed protocols of safety (wearing masks, social distancing, appointments only and test drive without assistance) b.) The vehicle they sold me was in fair condition. They didn't disclose other defects such as front&rear suspension condition, brake life remaining, etc.
These things you won't really catch by test driving the car for a few minutes so do your due diligence. Do a pre-purchase inspection! I shouldered close to $6k a few months after the purchase which I would have used to haggle with Earth. c.) Their after sales is close to non-existent or more like a joke. Good luck scheduling with their service department.
After 2 months of follow-up with Arthur, I never heard back from them. D.) If offered an extended warranty, be very cautious. I was sold a 3rd Party Warranty, Integrity, that is far from its namesake. None of the repairs were covered by them even when listed on my plan. They denied all claims. Obviously it is a clear NO! My wife and I were in the market for an additional vehicle 8 months after our purchase at Earth. They would've won our business again if they at least responded.
These things you won't really catch by test driving the car for a few minutes so do your due diligence. Do a pre-purchase inspection! I shouldered close to $6k a few months after the purchase which I would have used to haggle with Earth. c.) Their after sales is close to non-existent or more like a joke. Good luck scheduling with their service department.

I will have to say that my first experience here will be my last. I buy a lot of cars and as my process with the sales team and finance was seamless the car was definitely not looked over before sold. I bought a Tesla that when I left the dealer didn't even make it home. I was stuck down town with no battery charge. From there the problems only grew.
I think that out of the 4 weeks I owned it I had it for about 8 hours. As Earth did try and help me with the problems and working with Tesla (who by the way is the worst manufacture known to man) it still had problems upon its return to me. I loaded it on a trailer and dumped it the next day. What all of this told me was that they don't check their cars.
I know this because the vehicle I traded in had numerous issues and they cleaned it, took photos, made it look good and sold it within a week. Goes to show they didn't look at my car either. I am done buying used cars forever after this experience. Beware when buying that you may want a third party to look over the car before sitting down with finance.

Bought 2 cars from them - a 750LI and a G550. My wife needs a car and I call up and fill out credit app - the guy lied about who he was and told me it was who I dealt with a couple years ago. I called back and told them what we needed and he told me he'd call me back. A week later I call, no help.2 weeks later.no help again. Place used to be really good but the customer service is horrendous. Would hate to buy a car and there be a small issue.

Don't buy from this dealership. They broke the terms of my purchase contract but not fixing a broken component on the car I bought from them, and then they didn't make it anywhere near right. Buying a cool car from them was supposed to be something good and fun and rewarding; They ruined that for me. I bought a 2002 Porsche Targa from them in early December of last year.
When I test drove the car there some issues; The biggest one was that the sunroof called the 'targa' was not working. I was prepared to pay more for a car with this feature working, and that was the reason I had traveled to Dallas to see this car. Eager to close the deal, they agreed (contractually in writing in the 'we owe') to fix the car's clunk and the sun roof.
I even spoke to their lead mechanic, the General Manager Sonny (spelling) and my salesman LJ about the issue and was delighted they had agreed to fix the roof. I closed the deal and they agreed to ship me the car when it was complete. Fast forward to early January; I have called at least 5 times asking about the car and when it would arrive; They claimed that parts were taking a long time to arrive, and finally after about the 5th call, they said the car was being shipped today and that they 'needed to get it off the lot'. Expecting the issues fixed, I sent the car straight to my mechanic to have a preventative item done to the motor prior to receiving the car.
When I picked up the car, I excitedly tried to open the targa roof to drive the car home. As a reminder, this was the main feature I was excited for on this car and the reason I was willing to spend more money getting the engine in ship-shape despite the fact that I had just bought it and already paid a considerable deal to do that. The targa roof was in EXACTLY the same condition it was in when I saw the car at the dealership; NOT WORKING!
This was obviously a disappointment, and so I called the dealership the next day to explain the issue and spoke to a manager. The manager said he would get back to me and never did. I had to call every day for nearly two weeks to get a response! In that time I spoke to nearly all the managers at the dealership. Finally, after about the 5th discussion with yet another manager, a 'customer service manager' named Martika Garner called me and advised me to get a quote to fix the roof.
Over the phone with me Martika read her service records on the car and admitted that they DID NOTHING TO THE ROOF! My mechanic found that the roof had serious issues and would require a roughly $7000 bill to get working. This was in stark contradiction to the mechanic I spoke to on the day of purchase at earth who indicated he was an expert in these vehicles and said that he could fix the roof with a simple part; He was obviously not the expert he claimed to be.
I shared the quote with Martika who basically told me that Earth was not going to do what it took to make this right, and that I would have to find another quote that was cheaper. At this point I searched throughout Austin for companies that could perform this work; I also spoke to my mechanic for weeks over the phone trying to figure out what the issues were.
After weeks of wasted time and effort, I was forced to give up. I indicated I would accept a cash repayment to try and deal with the problem on my own. They offered me $2500 and said this was the best they could possibly do and there were no other options, indicating I would have to basically sue them to get more. Exhausted by fighting for what I was owed, I accepted this and hoped that a skilled sunroof expert in Austin could fix it.
The labor to take this roof apart to do any fix is $2200 and the parts are expensive. It turns out after trying to use the $ to fix it, that the roof cannot be fixed and is permanently damaged. Earth sold me a lemon, told me they would fix it, and then reneged on their promise. They ruined something that was supposed to be good by forcing me to spend literally hundreds of hours on research, phone calls and effort trying to fix their violation of my trust.

Please see Garret Lamusga if you're looking to buy a car. He went above and beyond to ensure that my experience was amazing. I had a number of cars to look at other dealerships, but Earth MotorCars was my first and last dealership I stopped by to purchase a car for my wife. I had one of the best car buying experiences ever at Earth Motorcars. I had been shopping for a Porsche 911 for over a year when I saw one listed here. Sani, the sales representative was quick to get photos and video of the car for me which was greatly appreciated because several people were interested in this car. I was able to put down a refundable deposit which held the car until I could get to Texas.
The car was beautiful and I purchased it. The radio had quit working when the car arrived and I was assured that it would be taken care of when I got back home and it was. Jon, the customer service representative was great at making sure everything was being taken care of and kept in touch during the process. I was treated like I had bought the most expensive car on the lot and all of my concerns were promptly addressed and everyone I spoke to was happy to help.
I even received messages from both owners offering to help which was greatly appreciated. These guys are top notch and know how to treat customers. Thanks to everyone who helped with this purchase and service after the sale, Sani, Arthur, Jon, Frank, Brad, Jonathan and Damian. Sincerely. Kevin

Bought two cars over the years from Earth. All were clean and mechanically perfect. There are no junkers on their lot. Lots of 2-6 year old European cars, as well as trucks and the odd antique car. One missing a manual? Tell them and they'll get one for it. No cutting corners or sleaze here. Salesmen aren''t pushy at all, they're quite busy with internet and foot traffic.
Walk in, grab some coffee, and walk around without anyone approaching you. Test drive any car you want, no issues at all. I almost bought a mint M5 during my last walk-through. Their "internet pricing" doesn't mean you can't haggle. But not by much, as their cars are competitively priced if you do your internet research ahead of time on cars-dot-com.
