I wish I could give no stars. These people are greedy and will take advantage of you by damaging your car during routine maintenance to make you pay more out of pmocket for their own personal gain. AURTHOR PINA HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE, JOHN IS JUST AS SICK AND EVIL AS HIM! Stay away from this company or YOU WILL REGRET IT!

Got a good deal on a car here over a month ago, but zero communication after the fact. My dealer tags expire in a week and no one has called me to tell me my plates are ready. I have tried calling several times and not only does no one pick up, but they have no voicemail to set up so I can't even leave a message. Update: weeks later and tags have now expired, no one answers my calls, still no option to leave voicemail, I am now driving with expired tags thanks to this dealership. Ridiculous.

I'm honestly not even sure where to start with this dealership, and we were there for all of 15 minutes. Sales staff was uninterested in doing anything besides the absolutely bare minimum ("here's the keys, take a look"), and when we asked if we could test drive, the response was, "are you ready to purchase today?" The car had damage that was not visible in pictures (repainted with what honestly looked like interior home paint) and the back tires were beyond bald. When we asked about the tires, the manager said that's just how the car would be sold. Buyer beware, this place needs help.

I purchased my car back in December 2020 and here we are in August of 2021. I have had to take my car in 6 times for a check engine light issue. Every time I would take my vehicle in I would get a run around on the issue and then once it was claimed to be fixed a day later check engine light would come right back on. I had purchased an extended warranty thank goodness, but my time spent has been exhausting.
So here we are my check engine light is now back on and I have had to take it back to the dealership, and they are now trying to charge me diagnostic testing and having to now drop my fuel tank to check lines on the car. I had words with the owner of the dealership who said, "he is sick of dealing with it and I will pay this diagnostic fee." Excuse me what?
Why am I out the expense and my time once again for another check engine light issue? He then hangs up on me. This is so unbelievably crazy to me. He told me that I could not have my car until I pay for the diagnostic which when I dropped the car off was never told that I would be charged for that. Explain why the last 5 times I brought the vehicle in was I not charged for a diagnostic?
His response was because we are sick of dealing with it! I am warning anyone shopping for a vehicle stay clear of this dealership! They do not care about their customers, they will not get back with you in a timely fashion, they will sell you anything at your expense and all the problems that go along with that.

Lots of cars to select from, pricing seems neutral to fair, some are priced really good. Now for the loss of 2 stars that is due to the service. I can't even begin to say anything because there was no service. The only cars I was interested in they just pointed at me to go look at them. And they didn't have any info on them. I walked back through the shop from the back and got more service from their repair guys than the sales people. So, thank you sales guys for helping out and working on cars all at once.
The lady that did approach me and directed me to walk the back lot alone really should work on trying to be more giving with her time, I felt like I was invading her precious time, yet I'm the one looking to drop ton of money on a car so my time is more valuable and should be treated so. I left and went to BMW right up the street. Better select, better service.

Go and do business with these guys not thinking twice! Great dealership, extremely well presented and friendly service and most important, extreme quality vehicles for a very affordable price. I loved doing business with Passport Motors and am extremely happy with the new BMW 230i series I have just purchased. These days it's very hard to find a company that provides both: honest and friendly agency with an amazing quality vehicles. Well, Passport Motors checked both of these boxes off for me, as I am completely satisfied and loved every second of doing business with them. Keep being great @PassportMotors!

Found the car we are interested in. Communicated with Ben S. Said the place would be open until 7PM today. Drove the 45 minutes to take a look at the car. Door locked, no one inside. Tried calling no answer. Called back to leave a message, emailed Ben specifically. Waited about 30min and then left. If we can't rely on them for minor details how can we trust that the car is really what they're saying it is?

Purchased a vehicle from here along with the warranty. Don't do it. If you have to get your car serviced, you are bound to deal with understaffing, no one ever knowing when services are completed, and them not being transparent about their work. When you call, the receptionists will take your messages, but you will never get a call back. They kept my car for 2 months. No loaner car. I do not recommend conducting business here.

I purchased my car from Passport Motors in February 2020. The experience was great. No pressure and the overall sales experience was quick and painless. Fast forward to this week.my check engine light came on and since I purchased the warranty, I called Passport Motors. Arthur checked the car and it appears to be a recall issue. He reached out to a local dealership about the recall and sent me all of the information. I have been overall very happy with the Passport Motors.

Bought a nice car 4 years ago. Have not had any issues at all with it. Easy transaction and Ben Sadr is awesome. You save 20% off dealers price so you not paying for there new taj mahals. He buys clean off lease vehicles still under warrenty that the dealers buy and call them "certified" up the price and smile while they bend you over so you can pay for the luxury facilities. No thanks!

Okay, let me start by saying I have never written a review. After my experience here, I absolutely had to. This is the best dealership I've ever been to. The people at Passport Motors are so understanding and helpful! They really do a good job of not making you feel like you're in that classic sales debate you get into at popular dealerships. Ben is the general manager and one of the nicest people I've ever met in my life. Arthur is in charge of all services that may be performed on the car. If there is ANY issue, they will take care of you. A very honest and straight shooter. BUY AND SERVICE YOUR CAR HERE.

We went into the office sat there for 15 minutes before being approached. The manager walked in and out without greeting anyone in the office. The car had dust that he claimed was paint issues and was $3500 below what everyone was offering for appraisal. I called to speak to him he refuse the worst car dealership I have ever come across.

Came here to look at two bmws. They won't budge from their price listed. We asked for 1k off and it was a flat no. Sales person wasn't super helpful but she was present and tried calling owner twice to ask for any discount on price. But zero budging. They didn't even ask for our number for follow up or anything. They didn't seem to want our business at all.or even try to negotiate at all. Disappointing experience but I can only guess it's because they feel their prices are reasonable so I'll tell y'all now so you don't come there thinking you can get any kind of negotiation in play and waste your time.
If you're fine w price that's listed then it's worth the time to come. FYI; after owner read my review he was rude and said i was abusing my privilege as a reviewer.but I replied back saying 3 star is a mutual experience, not good nor bad. Just seemed so unprofessional for an owner to be that way; especially since I did not give him a 1 Star but now I wish I did (just to be spiteful Hahahaha!) but I wouldn't do that simply bc it's truly not deserved.

There are dismissive salesmen and then, there was the salesman I dealt with at Passport today, lol. Came out of his office yawning and acted as if he could care less about earning my business. Perhaps it was because I was in tennis shorts, knit shirt, and tennis shoes. I dressed for the 95 degr temperature and drenching humidity but I guess I didn't meet HIS idea of a semi well off potential cash buyer. Tah tah Passport, you ain't the only dealer in town selling luxury used vehicles.

Don't come here unless you call to see if the car is actually there from online. There were ten 5 series available on their website and other websites try work with but only had three. All of which were not the greatest options. Super annoying and waste of a trip. Oh and the lady helping seemed like she wanted to kill herself. Not customer service friendly.

Coming to passport is always a great experience everyone is always welcoming and ready to help they make you feel at home. I've been coming to Passport Motors for over 10+yrs, they have amazing lux car deals! I sincerely recommend no one competes with their prices! just bought a Mercedes GL350 and I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase they really do go up and beyond to satisfied there clients. I purchased a 2011 BMW 528i from this company in 2015 and never regretted it. Great customer service; wonderful people and a great car. Arthur is a guy who understands the mechanics of BMW. He walked me through many minefields and today, I'm a happy BMW owner. I drive miles from South Grand Prairie just to get help from him. It's far and not easy, but its worth the journey. You deserve more than 5 stars.

I bought a BMW from this dealership on December 28th. (Fortunately I purchased an extended warranty) As we are driving off the lot the sales person, Rosy, stops me to tell me that btw they have not gotten the State Inspection done because the car has been sitting. I'll need to do that and "she will reimburse me". Felt like that should've been done? Heres the awesome service you can expect from Passport Motors.
I live in Austin and had to use the air conditioner on January 5th. The air conditioner does not work. I call them and they inform me that I will need to use my extended warranty to get this fixed. They offered for me to drive to Dallas to have them "look at it" but any expense is on me because they sell it "as is". Shame on me for not thinking that a car fax and their own "guaranteed service inspection" of a $45k car included a working air conditioner?!

This is the first time I ever bought a used car and this was my best buying experience EVER! Great price. Great selection. But it was the people that made the difference. No haggling, straightforward and easy to work with. When I am in the market to buy again they will be the first place I go. Love my car.
