In 1978, Rick Bolus started Weekend Rides working on Porsche 911s, doing mechanical work and collision repair while a student at Penn State University. Weekend Rides began to purchase salvage Porsche 911s from Insurance company losses in 1980, and this led us into specializing exclusively in 911 Porsches.

My car was in Rick's shop because of fuel injection issues. Had the car out yesterday for some spirited mountain driving and the engine performed flawlessly. What a pleasure to drive. I wouldn't hesitate to take the car back to him and will be working with Weekend Rides on some future upgrades and enhancements. Well done!

I own a 930 and the car deserves to be complete and correct in every way, however I was missing a few key items. Dealing with Weekend Rides could not have been easier. They knew exactly which version of each part that I needed and they were able to provide them. The quality of the parts exceeded my expectations, as did the service. We couldn't be happier with our experience purchasing a vehicle from Weekend Rides. Rick offered a great car for a fair price. He was very knowledgeable about the car he sold us and has been generous with his time. Communication has been great, even calling us after the sell to make sure we were satisfied with the purchase. We drove from nine hours away to take a Saturday delivery and Rick made sure all the documents were ready and helped us get on our way in a timely manner. Courteous and Friendly Service. Rick Bolus knows Porsches better than anybody I know. At Weekend Rides, parts are catalogued and well organized. I ordered a caliper for my 993 a while ago and had it shipped to me. I had it within 3 days of the order being placed. Recently, I needed a few things, so I ordered them when I got home from work, and Rick called me the next morning and told me they were ready.
I asked if I could pick them up so we set a time for me to meet him. I got a tour of his facility and got a first hand look at his inventory. All I can say is this is a place every Porsche owner should visit
