The best used car dealership in town. Lou and Chris are real people. They are honnest and they have the best deals going right now on quality used cars especially sought after and reliable Hondas. We bought three vehicles from them and have continued to get our maintenance done here. They use high quality OEM parts and do everything in a timely and professional way.

By far the best auto buying experience. Chris and Lou were very attentive to my personal needs and matched me with the perfect automobile. So, this review is somewhat very very disappointing and upsetting. I work down the street from this garage and one day leaving work, my brakes completely gave out. I was very happy this garage was 600 ft away from the parking lot I was in. I walked in and talked to Chris. He told me to leave my keys and he'll look at my car and call me tomorrow. When walking in that Friday he was telling me " what was wrong with my truck" he proceeded to tell me he had no idea what was wrong with it and he's 80% sure it might be my master cylinder but still said he doesn't know.
When he pulled me over to the desk to talk to me about pricing he said a new master cylinder with labor charges would come to about 700 bucks or so. He asked me if I have a credit card or if I get help from anyone and I told him I was on my own. He then told me for that day I owed him 80 bucks for him looking at my car. I asked him why I owed that much when he did absolutely nothing and he doesn't even know what's wrong with my car.
He told me "any place you take it to won't know what's wrong with it, and that he was a mechanic for 30 years" and that anywhere I went they would charge me a "copay". I got super upset and angry so he said " okay how about you pay me 40 bucks and you take your car and go" now my car doesn't stop because my brakes gave out. He didn't give me my car back and he held my keys until the price was paid.
I ended up getting a tow truck and taking my car to my best friends car garage. A couple days later my best friend ( who owns the garage) texted me and said " the tow truck driver told me that Chris from the garage was scamming you and making you pay triple because it was cold out". I've never been so upset in my life that some mechanic I wanted to trust with my safety and vehicle was trying to scam a 22 year old women who gets no help. The real feel outside was -16. This place is the biggest scam. I would never go here ever again.
