Multiple shortcomings with this dealership. 1.) The only human being at Tom Hesser Chevrolet who actually answers their phone when a customer calls is Savannah. you should give her a raise. Both Jim Melody and Nicole not only do not answer their phones, they will not return my calls either, not even after multiple weeks. I have to take time out of my day to drive down to the dealership just to speak to someone about my vehicle. 2.) After waiting two weeks to bring in my vehicle for a scheduled appointment, and after waiting an entire month (4 weeks from May 21st to June 21st) for "work" to be completed, absolutely nothing was done on my vehicle. it sat in the lot.
Despite having an appointment in May, the only story that the service manager (Jim Melody), assistant service manager (Nicole) and part-time mechanic (Tim) could come up with was that they were "trying to save me money by picking at my vehicle between jobs." If I had an appointment in May, why was my vehicle just being "picked at" for an entire month? Is that how appointments work at Tom Hesser Chevrolet? 3.) Both service manager Jim Melody and part-time mechanic Tim were extremely unprofessional.
Besides ignoring phone calls, Jim just lies to your face, creating reason after reason on why your vehicle has not been touched for a month, as well as acts bothered to even have to speak with a customer. After asking Tim "in the past month, has anything been fixed on my vehicle, " he replied. "At this point just take your vehicle, you're getting on my nerves, " translation: nothing on your vehicle has been fixed in the past month, we didn't even touch it, it just sat in our lot.
Great way to speak to a customer. Amazed that these people still have a job. If Jim and Tim spent as much time on my vehicle as they did smoking cigarettes in the lot, my vehicle would have been finished weeks ago. Save your time, and your patience, and take your business elsewhere.

All of the people we dealt with were nice, polite and accommodating. Because of them I would return or send another person to your dealership. But, I must tell you it was stressful and frustrating waiting for a vehicle to arrive at the dealership. There has to be some resolution to the problem. Thank you, Jane

I purchased my car from the Tom Hesser dealership and had to go back twice because the moonroof was leaking. I had an 8am appointment to get it fixed a second time on June 1st and waited until 4pm to to get it back. The stains on my seats due to the leak were not properly removed and I will NEVER go back to purchase a car with Tom Hesser Chevrolet and I will NEVER use the Tom Hesser service center to have my car serviced. My worse experience to date and I have purchased many cars with many other dealerships and this was the worse.

Needed my car serviced before a trip, and I waited till the last minute (not advisable!). The people at Tom Hesser Chevrolet we're awesome. They found the time to get me in and out of there very quickly. They did a thorough job and it was one less thing I had to stress about. I am very grateful. Keep up the good work guys!

If I could give no stars I would. My car was in about 2 months ago and needed fuel lines a few other things and was told about 2 weeks. Could not get a call back from them and on the day the cars supposed to be done I get a call saying that all 8 engine lifters collapsed. There is no chance that this happened when I was driving the vehicle and they didn't notice when already looking at the engine.
The shop I also go to says not possible as they looked at the car day prior. Terrible customer service and sneaky. Luckily Chevy themselves helped out with my warranty but do not take your car to this dealership

Best experience I have ever had buying a new car. Shaun Bartlow went above and beyond with showing me everything about my new Chevy Traverse. Wasn't pushy one bit and he made sure I loved the car before we even talked and went over numbers. Best thing a salesman can do is go over the vehicle first to make sure it was the perfect fit. Shaun was also always very responsive when I would have to call him with questions I had. Will definitely be back again when my lease is up.
