Reasonable amount of time at a very reasonable cost for inspection and a dealer quality oil change, and throw in courteous too.

Honestly, I have had such a bad experience with my 2015 Jeep Cherokee Laredo that I had gotten from Milford Chrysler. I have had nothing but problems with it and I haven't even had it for a year. My Jeep is continuously overheating after their service dept. 1. Replaced the Thermostat at the first visit & 2. Replaced the Radiator at the second visit.

As of this morning 1/14/22, its overheating AGAIN and the heats not working. (Mind you this is in a 5 month period) The service dept. has not called me back yet, I spoke to them this morning and was told they would call me back soon, tried calling back and I had to call for 30 mins straight for anyone to even answer the phone, to be told that they would have to call me back because no one in service was available to talk. I am quite frustrated at this point, and honestly feel as if I am getting taken advantage of.

Casey in Service was coughing and looked ill, she refused to put a mask on even after my wife explained very politely that she is high risk. Casey was rude and just said NO. This dealership doesn't care about people's health at all. If you want to get sick and catch COVID then go to Milford Chrysler. Horrible experience.

Upon arrival the service dept. Couldn't find my appointment or even my personal info. Not a big deal as they still got me right in. They are a good dealership to work with.

The person I spoke with was very nice and explained everything. However they could of told me via messenger that they had no inventory to suit what I was looking for. Drive an hour to be at the dealership for 5 minutes. Even though they were very professional could of saved me a trip

I just bought a 2019 Ram from Dave Sobel. Dave was so easy to work with, he took his time to explain everything about the truck. Honestly I felt so comfortable with this dealership. Great experience!

Only giving 3 stars because I took my 2020 vehicle in for its first service (oil change, fuel filters and tire rotation), the bill for this was around $580.00. This amount apparently did not cover tire pressure adjustment for the tire rotation of front to rear / rear to front (reason for the 3 stars).

Came in for service. Everyone was friendly and my service went well. I've read some other reviews but did not have their issues. This will be my regular service station for my family's vehicles. Was nice to see they had a small area for children to play.
