Me and my brother walked in very excited for a prospective trade in and walked out upset at the level of lack of people skills here. They laughed at us for asking a simple trade in question on an older car we have. I understand that the value of my car has depreciated over time, but that's not how one should respond to customers. Very put off, will not be recommending.

This dealership has been my go to for years. My family and I have bought several cars from them and never had an issue. I've had a lot of great service reps in the past but recently Danielle helped me out with an issue I was having. She went above and beyond to make sure I was getting the best car possible. I had a great experience at Sunrise Toyota. I had the pleasure of working with Eric C I'm finding a new car. I wasn't sure if I wanted to buy new, used or lease. Eric carefully and thoroughly went throw each option with me and we decided a lease was the best option for me. Eric got me a great deal on a lease for a 2022 rav4 prime and I would say an above-average value for my trade-in. Eric didn't try all the typical "salesperson" schemes.
He was straight and direct and gave me the best deal he could right out of the gate which I appreciated. As a result, the whole process was incredibly fast and easy. The whole process took just over 2 hours and there weren't any hiccups. I will definitely be returning in the future and I will be referring all my friends and family to him

2022 SALES UPDATE That sweet Eric Chandler did his magic on me again! But this time it went even smoother. Is that even possible?! Smooth & Car buying. Is that an oxymoron?! Hahahaha. Even though I was planning on buying out my lease. I liked my car. It fit my lifestyle. It fit me. But that Mr Chandler always has other ideas that he insists I try first.
And like before I'm so glad I did. So one short test drive later I find myself leasing a new vehicle. Wait! What?! Isn't there a shortage? New cars aren't available, isn't that what the news media is saying? What's happening?! A RAV4 Prime is what's happening. It looks like my 2019's fraternal twin. The only con is the fabric seats.
My lifestyle isn't conducive to fabric seats. I have dogs & work in dirt, mud, axle grease & diesel fuel. Eric says no problem we'll order leather seats and have them swapped out. FOR ME?! Really?! I thought it'd take a week or so. NOPE! Eric called me the next day! Drop the car off after I get off work and I could pick it up the following day. Done!
And done! It was like a perfect storm of fantastical events. All orchestrated by Eric. Thanks E for your exemplary salesmanship! Keep doing what you're doing Sunrise Toyota! I'm a huge fan! RAV4 Prime leased on 2-6-2022

I normally hate going to car dealerships but i had a great. experience buying here. Eric updated me throughout the time spent waiting for the truck to come in and answered all my questions. Orlando and Ben were very courteous and professional. Orlando was patient and showed me about 5 different Camry s. I was able to test drive them in order to make an educated decision. Ben helped with the financing and made sure I received the information needed to make sure my investment was protected with a warrantee that work for my needs. I was very pleased with their friendly and professional manner in how I was treated.

I went there for a simple inspection on my new truck and the "mechanic" slaps on the inspection sticker on so crooked that it looked like a diamond shape! Showed the service rep and he had it removed and. replaced. Now it overlaps the registration sticker. Are you kidding me?!? It looks like a child put this on. And when I complained again all I got was a shoulder shrug.
Very poor service. here. I can't believe I have this issue. I WANT THIS FIXED. This might seem like a small issue but it was like it was brought back to the "mechanic" and he was spiteful about it when " correcting" the issue. This left me extremely aggravated when leaving the dealership

Exceptional experience i had at Sunrise Toyota.better then the sales service i had at Hyundai dealer.this is my first pre owned Toyota a 2018 RAV4 everything went smooth i didnt have to sit there for hours they are def on top of everything that is a great experience. My brother and i bought our parents Tacoma for their 25 years of marriage anniversary. The assistance and help provided we left with the car in an hour! The experience at Sunrise Toyota exceeded expectations. The entire process was seamless from initial contact to driving off the lot in my new car, thanks to my sales rep Tom Case and the staff at Sunrise Toyota. Wil Diaz, Anthony Antonetti, and Anthony Cruz were great in the process of buying our RAV4. Wil went as far as driving a car from another place over to Sunrise (during his lunch! What a trooper) so that we would be able to see and test drive it. There was no pressure in the process and plenty of understanding in terms of what we were comfortable doing.
We were surprised at the constant sense of urgency, but urgency is also a great thing at a dealership when you want to take a car home ASAP, so it wasn't necessarily a bad thing! Thanks Toyota Sunrise! Jon & Kyara

Hello Again, I am happy to say we are back here at Toyota Sunrise. Six weeks ago or so I was here with my Youngest Daughter and we picked up a 17' Rav 4, Wednesday, March 24th 2021 we picked up an 18' Rav 4 and our Sales Rep Wil on both occasions was phenomenal. We appreciate his attention to detail and how he pours it all in from start to finish. Overall this is our fifth time buying from Sunrise Toyota and 5 Stars. See Ya'll Soon!

We just purchased a Toyota Camry 2018! The process was fast and easy and wil diaz was friendly and made the experience good! we got the car we wanted! But we're not pleased with the 16.6 % interest rate! on the car. Its far too much we've been to many other dealers and the interest has never been that high but oh well the finance man told me i wouldn't get approved anywhere else. So we ended up Settling for what we could.

I would give this place zero starts if I could. Second time dealing with this STEALERSHIP. First time around I come in and they quote me 10k over what the same truck is listed for at another dealership. They lure you in and they expect you to pay their price since you are already there. Just now I came here again for a part because it was the closest place to me. Called yesterday they told me a price I said ok can I pay with credit and order it.
They said no you have to come in person and pay for it. Now I drive over here sit in morning rush hour get here and they are telling me it is twice as much as what the told me it was on the phone. literally the part is listed for 395 online and they are telling me 871. more than twice the price! The guy helping wasn't even helpful at all and said it is what it is this is our price. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. THIS PLACE IS A RIP OFF!

Lauren Sessa Assistant Service Manager is incredible Working with Bruce Rabin she helped us out in a crunch time wise. She is a great listener - very accommodating with a positive attitude. If I could give this place 10 stars I would! Everyone at Sunrise Toyota in Oakdale is awesome! Their workers from front desk associate to managers and sales associates are so friendly, helpful and patient. This is the second time I've had to get my car repaired and I have been astounded with the results. Although it's a bit of a trip for me I would never think twice about going to a different dealership. Bruce Rabin who is the General sales manager is the best! He answers all of my questions and gets any job done efficiently. P.S very covid- safe. Never felt uncomfortable as tables are spread apart and everyone has a mask on. :

Such an amazing place and amazing staff. They pay attention to detail to what you need and work with you. They made me feel like family. Especially Bruce Rabin. Sat with us and really took his time to work with us to get the best car for the right price. I would highly recommend buying or leasing a car from them. We will never go anywhere else.

Racist owner refused to appraise my toyota when he realized i wasn't white. poor customer service. the company baited and switched products. worst experience ever. will never buy own or lease here again. I am also posting my video as I recorded my interaction w the owner as he says he will snap on me. after he realized I was recording his actions he asked me to leave the property and called the police on me.

Just went in for my first servicing and wow am I dissapointed. I was there for over an hour and a half to have my tires rotated, fluids checked and to look at a tire that has a small leak (which I chose not to replace). I got there for my appointment at the scheduled time of 1:30 and didn't get my car back until 3:15. I've had the same work plus an oil change done to my car at a different mechanic and it took less time.
When I asked the attendant if this was normal wait time or if they got busy he said they got a little busy in the afternoon. I was surprised to learn that everyone that came in had made an appointment so it seemed as though they over scheduled. I have another free servicing so I will try again and see if it's the same, but for now it doesn't seem worth it to get service done here.

Finally my review for the SALES DEPARTMENT! Sooo. I had come in for an oil change. But I've been looking at new SUVs because my lease was about to be up soon. I've never leased a car & got bamboozled at another dealership I won't mention. Honestly I was looking at 3 other vehicles and I got a good price on one but I wasn't happy with the service department hours. I've been a customer of the service Dept here for 3 years & they have exemplary service.
What I love about Sunrise Toyota is their awesome flexible service hours. I work kooky hours 7 days a week so it's hard for me to get appointments for anything anywhere. But Sunrise can accommodate me & for that I am grateful. While I was waiting for the oil change I decided to browse the sales floor. This time around I was assigned to Eric Chandler as my salesman.
He was kind & patient & never once made me feel under pressure. In fact he recommended something I would never have test driven on my own, a Toyota Tacoma. And it turned out I actually liked the ride. Almost bought it but I really liked the sporty look & ride of the new RAV4. Vehicles were driven, numbers were tussled about and in the end, I got what I wanted. Eric made a sale & Lois & Meredith were a pleasure to do business with. I'm a girl who hates shopping.
Clothes & Cars are at the top of that list! Did I get a great deal? I don't know. What I do know is that I'm happy with my car & my experience in buying the car. Especially the nice touch of putting the keys in the wings of their mini stuffed mascot. For a car dealer, each of my experiences here have actually been pleasant. I purchased my RAV4 here and have been coming to the service location ever since. I hate looking for a new car, like most people I'm sure. After going through many disappointments and lies at other dealers I finally stumbled upon Sunrise Toyota and was in and out in under 2 hours start to finish.
It was such a nice change of pace from every other spot I visited. I even recommended my younger brother here for his first car and he had the same no-nonsense encounter. I religiously go to get my oil changed and inspections completed here with rarely ever an issue. This is still a dealer service location though so they've tried to make a couple small problems seem a little bigger but asking questions and using common sense saves me a few bucks. Now that the car wash is up and running there's no reason not to come here.
