A relative of mine bought at this location. I had a bad feeling about this place and warned them but they really liked this particular car so they went ahead with the purchase. It feels like they take advantage of people with limited English (as was the case with them) or who feel like they can't get a car elsewhere. Within 2 days of driving the check engine light came on and it would not go over 20mph. Expect to be taken advantage of. So appalled by these scammers who just rip off people instead of running an honest business. STAY AWAY!

Absolutely the place to go with limited credit, i went in there hoping for the best but prepared for the worst but within minutes i knew this place was doing all it can to get me in the car i wanted that day, and they did just that, gave my info and the nice girl in office told me to give her a little time and with 15 minutes she came out "well you are approved" i was very happy as i really needed this van for the family, i signed a few dotted lines, paid the DP, tax and before i knew it they had my insurance switched and plates on the car i picked, their vehicles were very clean and they all ran and drove perfectly, they don't sell junk at all and they have an outstanding service dept. i would recommend them to anyone that has limited or tainted credit history because they will do all anyone can do to get you approved, and treat you with respect unlike some other places i stopped where the cars were beat up and the staff treated me like a bit of a low life because i didn't have a extensive credit history, now 2.5 years later my credit has skyrocketed (make all payments on time!) and thanks to this car loan i am getting pre approved offers from banks and dealers for just about any car i want at super low interest, best thing i have done in many years was stop at Alines.
I just wanted a minivan and i came out with that and much more! Thanks Alines i would recommend you to anyone! great people! Actually sending my Mom and sister up to them next week!

************PLEASE READ************ I bought my car from this company on April 16th, 2019. I traded in my old car for the new one I got from Aline's. Upon buying the car, I transferred my license plates from my old vehicle to the new one through insurance. I was also given a temporary registration until Aline's could get me my real one. Turns out, 500 (it was really 3) temporary registrations later, it is now July and I received a letter in the mail from the DMV stating that my license was going to be suspended due to driving around with EVERYTHING ON MY CAR being completely wrong. Aline's star employees "Liz" and "Rick" tried to blame it on my insurance company, and a million other things besides her lack of capability to do her job.
Throughout the duration of the three months I owned the car, I was also called there to get a new inspection due to them giving me the car with a title that had something wrong with it. This was also one of the excuses for me not having a real registration 3 months after I'm already making payments on my car. My insurance company also explained to me that they were trying to add my old vehicle I had traded in to my policy without my knowledge so they could save themselves.
Well they failed and now that I've caught them miraculously they're CLOSING PERMANENTLY tomorrow as of 7/10/19. These people are completely shady. When I called yesterday to try and rectify my situation ONCE AGAIN I was put on hold because "the manager, Rick" was smoking a cigarette. I asked if they could go and grab him and they laughed as if a suspended license when I work for the state was funny.
Bottom line, they're sketchy, shady, they started back pedaling once they found out I caught them in their lies, and they deserve the worst. Again, they're apparently "closing permanently tomorrow, but I thought I'd let everybody know.

I'm shocked at some of these reviews. My sales rep Walter was as good as they get which was excellent. My Caddy ATS was purchased over 3 years ago has been nothing but a dream. I have seen several other rating sites where Alines got so many wonderful reviews. This review by Stephanie U. from Ronkonkoma says they closed up. Not so. She must have her dealers as mixed up as she is. You see Walter and tell him Jeff H. sent you and I am positive you will be delighted.

My girlfriend and I financed a vehicle with Alines Auto Group and we were extremely satisfied with how simple and smooth the process went, considering I live in CA and didn't have to fly out to New York in order to make it happen. A representative named Alavaro was eager to help us in our search for the perfect vehicle and he gained our trust almost instantly due to his charisma, patience, and overall sincerity. Initially, I was worried about acquiring a vehicle I hadn't test driven first, but I was reassured that the vehicle was in excellent condition and that there were no problems with it whatsoever.
Of course, we took the risk and I was surprised when the I finally saw the vehicle in person after having it shipped from New York, since it was everything we were promised. Before we had agreed to anything, Alvaro would consistently stay in touch with us through texts and phone calls, making sure we never had any doubts or worries unanswered. Alines Auto Group was kind enough to spare us the trip across the country and instead made us feel comfortable and positive about the entire experience. We thank them and hope to do business again in the future.

BUYERS BEWARE!The biggest scam in town. They financed a car for my son. Did everything from DMV etc. let him take home the car he was so excited to have his first car!then 9 days later called and said he needed to come in to dealership to sign another paper. When he got there they said his financing didn't go through and that in order for it to go through they had to up his interest rate and his payment was going up another $60 a month.
When he was already paying a stupid amount of money a month for a used car. If he didn't agree to the new terms they were going to take the car back! It's called a SPOT DELIVERY SCAM. look it up. It's just disturbing that these people can do this to young first time buyers. How do these salesmen sleep at night knowing that they are scamming vulnerable people? KARMA. I guess these salespeople haven't heard of it. I just hope it comes back and bites them in the ass!

A good friend left his Beautiful 1964 Riviera there to have work done, A/C, vacuum lines, water pump and driveshaft. His car was there for 5 months and the A/C is still not fixed. He picked it up this morning. The mechanic who was working on the car quit. He quit due to the fact the owners cleared the lot of all the used cars and told no one they were selling the business to Barron Auto Group.
They left his car outside and bumped him for other cars. His paint has suffered from being left out and the car is leaking coolant all over. Stay away from these creeps. They closed up shop and wiped out the lot and failed to sell the business to Barron Auto group in a bad deal. The mechanics quit and the lead guy only worked on his car on Saturdays.
Real low life operation there. He had to pay in full for a car that is not properly fixed and now has more issues. Not a good company and a real shady way to treat a paying customer. I know as a friend if it were my Riviera I would have been down there with a real bad attitude. My friend is easygoing and too nice to make a scene. I am posting this so other know it's a lowlife operation and they do not do quality service.

I purchased a beautiful truck from these gentleman. All of their vehicles are like new, regardless of mileage. They are not overly ambitious and they don't linger while you are browsing. They accommodated my income situation and even came out to get me and replace my battery when I was in a bind. I plan on buying from them again in the future.

These people are the worst. They sold us a lemon. After a few months it was leaking oil. Over heating. The car has been in and out the shop since we got it. went to to pick it up today after over week being there and there was a pool of water in back seat. Then said the water was there when it was dropped off over 10 days ago. When we said we was gonna call the cops.
They punch my son and a couple of guys tried to jump him. Pulling on the car as he was trying to leave. After they told him to leave off the property. I would not recommend this place to NO ONE!

Me and husband spent the last 3 days at this dealership thinking we were gonna a 2016 hyndai elantra. We spoke with sales guy Dave who seemed nice but got stuck waiting almost an hour to meet with the finance guy Tim on the first day. My husband and i both said we couldnt do more than 200 a month as payment for loan.he said ok 200 and gave us list of bunch of cars.was all ready to buy the elantra yesterday and after my paperwork was put in told it would be 398 a month.
I argued with him saying you told us 200 a month.he denied it and said no cars there for that.prior to thay being called in yesterday to speak to financial guy they had pulled the car out for me to test drive, luckily that never happened because we got called in to find out how much we would have you pay a month.how dare you guys try to sell someone something you know people cant afford and on top of that let us fall in love with the car and left us leave feeling heartbroken.

If I could give less then 1 star I would. Sales team was nice enough at first but turned out to be unbelievably disrespectful. Very disorganized. Trying to get my vehicle deposit back was hell. They were vet shady and a complete waste of my time. Would never recommend anyone to go here. My experience was a terrible one.

This is the worst dealership I have ever purchased a car from! I bought 1 car in January and brought it in twice to have it serviced and it still left me stranded on the side of the rd. I didn't feel comfortable in that car any more so traded it in for a different car that was advertised as having new tires. The inspection was done there the same month I bought the car and passed.
The car was shaking and didn't feel right so we looked at the tires and the outside of the tires were new but the inside were so bald that we were told it wasn't safe to drive and that the alignment was so bad they didn't even think they could fix it and there was no way this car would have passed inspection 2 weeks before. The car was able to be fixed after I had to pay another $620 for the new tires and alignment!
They are scam artists they don't even clean the cars before selling them. I had to go home and clean it myself which I think is pretty shitty considering they crush you on the price of the car and don't even sell u a clean car or a safe car. They knew I had young kids and was 8 months pregnant and had no problem selling me a car that we could have all been seriously hurt in

The guy was nice and helpful, wanted to sell us something, just didn't have what we were looking for. We wound up getting robbed by a guy down the block anyway. Really wish Aline had the car, I much rather would have bought a car from him instead of the cigarette infused one we got. Gnna cost like 2 grand to get all the interior redone give or take. Anyway. I haven't bought from alone but they are nice, not too pushy, and local. You just have to luck out with what's in the lot.

I went to this dealership to purchase a car and the salesmen told me that the mileage on the Honda Civic was 90k but when I checked it showed 145k on the odometer when I asked for my 100 deposit he refused and I told them I better get my deposit back or I'm calling the police and right after I said that this little man comes running up to me (owner )and grabs my cell phone and smashes it on the floor and next thing I know there's about 7-8 of them against me I ran across the the street to an auto part store and the auto part store called the police and I recieved my deposit back but this place is very shady and would not recommend them to anyone! This happened to me years back and to this day it still bothers me!

The first time I went to Alines, in January of 09, I had a tiny 92 Toyota Paceo. like a two seater and totally inappropriate for this two week old baby I was about to bring home. I pulled into Alines, and was met by Frank, who listened to our story.everybody has a story.and within a couple hours, yes hours I drove off in a Dodge Caravan! That baby turned 6 January 16th, and we still have the van!
And I have had hardly any problems with it, and its a 98! I couldn't get what I think its worth, but it sure has been so great for us now that our 6 year old plays soccer, baseball;l, gymnastics, and dance. So once again our needs changed. I called up Frank, and 24 hours later, all we had to do is sign and drive, with pre-approved loan. The Equinox 2010 was everything and more then we expected.
In mint condition, clean from head to toe.for a used car go everywhere and end up at Alines, or skip the others, save time, and drama, go direcrly to Alines. They are listed with the better business bureau, and they really will work for you! Thanks again to Alines and to Frank!

I purchased a 2006 Caravan at the end of March that I was told passed inspection with no issues. 2 weeks later I went for a brake inspection elsewhere to get an idea of when to replace them. I was shocked when the mechanic told me my rear wheel cylinders are leaking a lot, and my rear brakes are completely worn out. When I notified Alines they told me the mechanic probably doesn't know what they are talking about and gave me an attitude.
I brought my car to Aline's own mechanic on site and he confirmed the same exact issue and said he replaced everything. I'm not sure how that managed to pass inspection, since more than one mechanic told me it's an automatic fail. Secondly, two weeks or so after that I brought my car to my own mechanic for an inspection of the suspension system.
The whole time I owned the car it was bumpy, making odd noise, etc. Turns out, the rack and pinion was leaking, the front wheels were able to move back and forth on the lift and loose, shocks and struts were going, wheel alignment was way off, and BOTH my rear tires had unsafe patches of dry rot and shifted belts. They needed to be replaced immediately, as did the front tires.
My own mechanic did most of the work under my used warranty I purchased. I contacted the business to reimburse me for the amount not covered plus all 4 tires which were unsafe. They refused and said "well the car passed inspection", and "well, it has high mileage, it's an old car." Old car or new car, my tires shouldn't be damaged and a safety hazard.
Nor should I be at risk for a brake failure. I find it really hard to believe this car suddenly developed all of these issues as soon as I purchased it. Most of the issues had very obviously been going on for quite some time and would be very hard to miss on a thorough NYS inspection. I am very unsatisfied with the lack of basic maintenance on this car.

I am a hard working 28 year old woman with no help from anyone. I totaled my Honda and went 6 months without a car. In this 6 months time I struggled to save enough money for a down payment on any car at Alines. Not only did they smell the desperation from me, but they used and abused me. I paid $5000 for a car worth about $500! But what do I know?
I needed a car, I was on the verge of losing my job and I couldn't afford to take out a loan. I purchased a 1998 VW Beetle and was assured that the car was in tip-top shape despite the age of the car. I trusted them! Not only did the brakes go 3 days after buying it, but all 4 tires needed to be replaced! I bought the car in the winter so I had no use for the AC and the heat was working great.
Come summer, the car was a sauna!. The AC was completely busted. It has been a year since purchasing the car I so desperately needed and I have spend nearly $8000 on repairs! The electrical is completely shot, sensors are burned out, and the car trembles like a 90 year old woman with Alzheimer's. I went to Noah who sold me the car and he basically gave me this look like "haha that's not my problem now sweetie".
I cry every night wondering if my car is going to start in the morning and I cry whenever the check engine light comes on and I cannot afford to fix it. I HATE Alines and I can only pray that no young girl gets tricked and treated so cruelly by this disgusting family owned business.

If I could give no stars I would. I bought a 2010 ford escape on 6/24. Not 5 weeks later it was getting a rebuilt transmission. I continued to bring it in with the same issues even after the transmission was rebuilt. They said nothing was wrong with it. Finally I called them last week and they said I need to bring the car to them. They are in patchogue I am in Freeport and a single mom.
They refused to give me a car why it's back in the shop. I took the car to my mechanic this morning and he only confirmed what I said. I called them again and they said I refused to bring the car into them so there's nothing they can do. However I did get a 2 year warranty but they have yet to pay the warranty company. I plan on contacting consumer affairs and possibly an attorney. They can not get away with this.

Im a young guy at college over at Stony Brook. I worked every penny i had and saved it all up to buy a car from them. Finally when i got the car every week something new would break. I financed the car only putting down 2k. the car was about 12k. After 2 months of owning it the engine blew up and it was my first car. I had no car for a while. The owners didnt care and told me its my problem. Till this very day i still have the car 9/12/13.
Its sitting in the corner of my yard as i fix it piece by piece everyday with the little money i work and also while i goto school. I bough the car and drove it for 2 months and never drove it again. I still make payments on it and guess what. soon the loan will be up and i would have payed out for the car and that 12k down the drain. These guys can go TO HELL they ripped of a 18 year old kid. im 20 now and for 2 years i got stuck with driving crappy $200 cars off of craigslist. They RUINED MY LIFE!

I've purchased a vehicle through Alines, my parents have bought an array of cars from Alines, my sister recently purchased a car from Alines and others in my family have bought from Alines. Every time I walk in it's a warm welcoming from the Alines team. They're super helpful, and will go to great and extensive lengths to ensure that you get a good deal and are satisfied with your purchase.
I recently wanted to get an extended warranty for my vehicle that would cover the duration of my loan. I initially went to Ford since I was getting other warranty work done there. The woman sat me down and looked me in the eyes and stated, "$3,500." Well, it was close to that amount for the warranty. I was so close to just going through with it. I know Ford is reputable, but that's a lot of money to toss around for a possible issue with a vehicle.
I decided to excuse myself to call Alines outside to see what they could do since I got the vehicle through them. They said they could do a third party warranty for less than 2/3 the price. Keep in mind that the vehicle is in good shape, but I just want to be safe. There has been an issue with the Ford Fusions and their transmissions, and I'd rather not pay for a new one since my Power Train Warranty just expired.
I went down there and purchased a warranty for an additional 5-year, 60,000 miles for less than $2,000. To top it off, the Ford dealership was pretty terrible in assisting me with my warranty fix, since I had to bring it back twice before calling another Ford dealership to get it done in a day, but that's another story for another review. Overall, I suggest shopping for vehicles at Alines. You can also check out their website (Google it) to see what is in stock.
