Had a great experience with the two people from the dealership we worked with. CJ, a car salesman, was amazing. He did everything to make getting the car in the color and trim I wanted possible. He was always quick to respond to my questions and concerns. Additionally, Louis/Lewis who helped from the financing department was also great to work with. While I did end up buying my car above sticker price due to supply-and-demand issues, I am so glad to have done business with these two people.

Have a great experience with Choudhry Javaid. My wife and I just looked around to get a feeling for the car market since my wife just started to work and we might need a second car. We just plan to buy either Toyota or Honda. Because Smithtown Toyota has higher review score than Nardy Honda and more views, we directly went to Smithtown Toyota. On this website, it shows the sales for "Qualified lessees can lease a new 2022 Sienna Sienna LE AWD 8-Passenger Hybrid CVT Model 5403 for $419 per month for 36 months with $2,999 Due At Signing. Based on 10,000 miles/yr.
Security Deposit waived. Lease excludes tax, title, license, registration fees, and dealer options and charges." It turns out we need to add another $7500 on the top of $2,999 Due At Signing for the dealer charges. It is just insane. We left and do not bother to talk to them anymore. On our way home, we just pass by Nardy Honda. My wife said, "shall we also check this one since we are there." When visiting Nardy Honda, we did not expect its performance better than Smithtown Toyota and it turns out the entire opposite of it.
It has more space than Smithtown Toyota. The salesperson is more professional and honest. We ended up lease its Honda Pilot SE AWD. The following is the huge difference on the offer between Nardy Honda and Smithtown Toyota. At Smithtown Toyota, for 2022 Sienna LE AWD with MSRP: $36,710, we need to pay $419 per month for 36 months with $2,999 Due At Signing + $7500 dealer charge + tax, title, license, registration fees (the amount I do not bother to figure out).

After buying 3 new cars from them over the years and living walking distance, they give us a price higher than than their very own advertised price. When confronted, they said they would get us a better price because of loyalty, which they knew before. We left. Bought a new Honda from Huntington Honda. Better inventory, crazy, more than fair price, salesman and manager really did a great job. I bought one new car from them before. Nardy, never again. Less than half star.

Go to any other honda. The saleman frank doesn't explain what you are signing, and just throws paper work in front of you. They dont help you get a deal or even select a color for your car. They make you take out a cashiers check which no other honda in my 10 years of leasing from honda makes you do. Finally they make you sign a form that says you cannot buyout the car and you must go back to nardy when the lease is up.

Outstanding out-of-state experience! We could not find what we wanted in our state after visiting nearly 10 dealerships (and watching dozens online). We had found something close to our ideal and at a good price, but not the ideal. So when the ideal model, trim, color-combo, etc. showed up at Nardy Honda on Edmonds, I texted the dealership the next morning.
Throughout the workday Charlie worked with me to get me all the information I'd need to justify driving over 2 hours to see it: they put it on a lift and sent me photos of the underside (to check for rust), they sent multiple vehicle history reports (CarFax and AutoCheck), and they discussed realistic numbers in terms of our trade-in, fees, etc. So we drove out it after work to see if it was too good to be true.
It wasn't! The car was in outstandingly good condition and the dealer was able to give us a competitive price. So we bought it. Disclaimer: We've had it for just 1.5 business days since the weekend purchase. We don't even have the registration, plates, etc. So things could change, but currently this seems like an experience worth recommending.

Bought a new car from here. It was in good condition. Enjoyed the process representatives were nice, wish they had clearly explained the insurance policy but besides that everything else was great. Cj was our rep, he showed us some cars for our family and we were able to pick a car that suits us. The process was quick when we picked a car of our liking, Honda Nardy also offers insurance from their facility as well, which is nice. Ultimately we had a good experience and enjoyed the process. In the end, we decided on a 2022 honda pilot for our family!

Would never return here. Walked into the showroom and was immediately told by a salesman that I should 'expect to pay $3000+ over sticker due to what's going on in the world' before I even had a chance to sit and look at any vehicles. He then proceeded to aggressively tell me I would only have to pay $900-$1000 if 'I even knew how leases work' when I told him that was ridiculous. Insulted isn't even the word. I would not recommend giving this dealership your business.

They are very attentive and make sure you have a representative from the minute you step into the showroom. CJ and the team made sure my first car buying experience was as smooth as possible. I took the week to think about the car i was shown during my initial visit, and CJ checked in with me regularly without seeming too pushy. When I was ready to come in and buy, CJ was very good at multi tasking two clients without making them feeling neglected. CJ was very understanding and accommodating on the day of purchase considering I came in without an appointment or warning.
The team as a whole was very welcoming to my large party and everyone left a nice impression. I only knocked off a star due to the wait between departments and me having to give pushback in terms of the pick-up date, although I'm pretty sure it was a longer wait since this was my first car purchase. I came in ready to walk out with a vehicle and the Nardy Honda team made it happen.

Feb 2022 - Another excellent experience with getting my truck serviced at Nardy. Frank is a terrific service advisor and I appreciate the young fellows checking in cars and the cashier staff as well! Keep up the good work everyone. I purchased my 2017 Ridgeline here in July of that year and had a great experience. I have also been very satisfied with all servicing done since then.
Recently the experience was even better when just before a trip down to Virginia, the emissions system error light came on and I was able to get in for it to be checked that night since they are open until 7:30 pm. Stephanie assisted me promptly and was so helpful. Thanks so much for letting me travel knowing that all would be well!

Tom Panebianco at Nardy Honda is a great guy. He made the leasing of a new truck simple and easy. Tom was a gentleman from start to finish and by the end of the transaction, I felt like I had met a new family member I didn't know I had. When I need or want a new Honda, Tom is the only one I would contact and deal with. On the service side of Honda, Frank is the man to deal with. Frank has always been straight forward and has never tried to get me to do any kind of service that wasn't necessary.

We recently leased a car from this dealership, and had the pleasure of working with Tom Panobianco. He was a real friendly salesperson, not pushy at all like most car salespeople. He went the extra mile to make sure we finally got the car at a price we found acceptable and within our budget. We were also impressed with the finance person, Lou, who was a pleasure to deal with. Great Dealership. Just purchased our second certified Pre owned Honda from Nardy. The whole experience was great. Our salesperson, Mark, was helpful and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured to buy. We were super pleased with the first car we bought from them and never had an issue with the car for the 6 years we had it. We had to replace it when it was involved in an accident. We would definitely recommend this dealership.

For five years I've been taking my 2016 Honda Civic 1.5 T for AC malfunctions. Car has only 11,100 miles. Every summer the ac doesn't blow cold air. I take it back and leave it for week or so then same thing next year. I've asked the repeatedly to check from top to bottom for cause. All they do is refill Freon and pass it along. I've told them to check the compressor which is under extended warranty. No success. All they do is refill Freon and return it. Scam.

Went on the website to make a service appointment. The appointment app was nonfunctional. Used the text app. Needed an oil change. Always like to use a dealer instead of a quick lube. Was texted back that they would "try" to get the car back to me the same day. For an oil change? For the most fundamental service next to an inspection? A possible two day job to change oil? Insane. I must mention that I was attempting to make the service reservation 5 days in advance.

During a difficult time to find a car Nardy was fantastic. We basically did the deal on the phone. There were no surprises when I arrived to sign and drive. No bogus extra charges, no added on accessories to pad the cost and was in and out with my brand new CRV EX in an hour. INCREDIBLE! We went this morning with all intentions of buying a new car. Well well well. the sticker price was 39,000.00. They up charged the car 11,000.00. He comes out with a payment of 798.00 a month. That was for a lease. We wanted to buy it. No lease. 10,000 miles a year. The car came out to be over 50,000.00 dollars. the sales manager acted like he was doing us a favor.
This dealer needs to be out of business. Taking advantage of the pandemic. I can see some what of an up charge because of the chip shortage. But not 11,000.00 dollars. So we laughed in his face and left. Go to apple Honda but baron is even better than apple. keep what you have until this crap is fixed. Beware of Nardy. The sales manager is a heartless jerk. Just keep shopping around or wait till this chip shortage is resolved.

Ok. So I spend 27K on a car. Hit a pothole. Have it towed to Nardy. $906 dollars later for the new tire [which was all I asked for]. I see a new tire and wheel I stalled upon arrival. NO PROB. I ASK for the old Rim back, and I'm told for another $50 I can have the bad one. WHAT? DIDN'T I buy the rim when I bought the car? Zero Care for the customer. I hope I'm contacted on this matter, 800 of my CO-Workers will hear this story Monday.

I know Nardy Honda through a friend, whose recommend me to trade my old car and get a new car from this dealership. I thought the process would be slow and stressful but I was wrong. All the Sales persons are friendly, especially Mr. Aldo Graziano, the sales consultant that helped me with the trade and showed me some of the new car. After spent less than 2 hours I finally decided to trade my old car and get a new Honda CR-V. So what's the need for an appointment? I had an 8:30AM appointment for a simple NYS inspection. I actually arrived at 8:15AM. At 9:50 AM I was told the physical inspection was just completed and that I was next to get onto the "machine". This was a simple tast. This should have not been a lengthy process. I should have gone to Mavis or Firestone. I would have been home already.

My car was towed to Nardy Honda in Smithtown today because I hit a pothole and got a flat tire. Apparently hybrids do not have spare tires. I called before it was towed there to say that the car was being towed there and what do I need to do. that was my first message at 12:48 PM. Then I called again after it was towed at 2:28 pm again I left a message.
I called numerous times after that but didn't leave a message. I know they can be busy. But a phone call would have been appreciated. Apparently their service department closes at 3 o'clock, well Huntington service department closes at 6 PM. Finally, I decided to call sales because they always answer the phone and I spoke with the sales manager and he said there was nothing he could do the service department opens again on Monday morning at 7am. So, I'm without my car until Monday over a flat tire.
They didn't even have the courtesy to pick up the phone or return my messages. I can't give them any stars because to me that service is a zero. I would not recommend them at all.

After looking on line my husband and I went to Nardy Honda to see a 2017 Accord. We were greeted by Mark Gonyea. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicles and pricing. After deciding on the car the purchasing process was very quick and easy. Went back two days later to pick it up. Love the car! Once we got home I noticed a small chip in windshield.
I called Mark about getting it fixed. Without any hesitation he had us in and out the next morning. You can't even tell it was ever there. Over all this car buying experience was fantastic from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them and come back myself. Ask for Mark. He was the best!
