This was my first experience with Volkswagen, Kenny and the team made it so fast and easy to get the car I wanted. Friendly, knowledgeable, took time to explain everything and to listen to my concerns. I used to live in Long Island but moved a while ago. I traveled 2 hours out of my way to get my car from this dealership and now I travel 2 hours for any type of servicing I might need. They're so amazing here that when I was getting things out of the loaner trunk to pack into my car, one of the mechanics ran out to help me with the bag!

Not all Volkswagen dealers are created equal - they are top of class. Kudos to their entire team! When I'm ready for my next car, better believe I'm a loyal customer and this is where I'll go. So first off I want to say that the buying experience in this place is superb. Sales rep Vinay is absolutely great to deal with. Seemed very honest in his approach and was very personable. Quite honestly I'm happy so far with the car that I purchased from here. Got a decent deal on it as well being that car prices are through the roof these days. The biggest gripe that I have though is the service department; Firstly the sales rep had told me that they needed to keep the car for a couple of days to make sure to check everything and detail it. Remembering when I checked out the car the previous owner must have owned a dog, because there was lots of dog hair everywhere.

Upon taking the car home all I saw in the back was dog hair. Pretty gross. You guys can't just get one of those sticky roll things to pick it up? I had to do it myself. Secondly I had a concern about the car's battery. I had asked if I could swap with my traded in car since I had recently bought a new battery. Being that it would have been a pain I was fine just leaving it as is.

Next time I saw the sales rep he had advised me that the service guys were able to swap out the battery for a better charged one. Upon taking the car home I popped the hood and noticed the OEM battery still there. This afternoon it completely died on me and I was stuck in a parking lot and needed a jump. It would have been nice for VW to give me a new battery or at least have their service department warn me to get a new one asap. Lastly I never noticed but the car came with a missing rear floor mat.

Would have been nice if they gave me one out of an old traded in car or something. TLDR; Vinay is cool. Buying is fun. Take everything everyone says there with a grain of salt. The service department will do the very minimal cleaning and check before they release your car, be warned! I still need to change my rotors because I can hear they're warped. Thanks VW!
