We thought these guys were good before. wait till you go through the purchase process with them! Mark calls us 2-3 times a day with options. He is never pushy and always tells us not to settle- he even says" I love this process so take the time to make the right choice- it's fun for me! When "DickIde" said they could not see my daughters car that we bought for 2 weeks or more called Universal. Hunter took my call actually took my daughters car in took care of her right away. no one would do what Universal did. Go get your car taken care of by Universal. Hunter is the best. The Hudson's have been with Universal Imports since 2004. I think we are on 15 cars bought and traded in with Mark. As well we have always taken our cars into Universal for service or repair. The service is of the highest quality. The integrity and transparency of buying and trading used vehicles is unparalleled. I would be remiss to not explain that we met Mark and Universal in 2004 when we were temporarily in Rochester but have dealt with Universal since 2007 out of St Louis MO.

We have three sons, all of their "beater" cars in college were from Universal, (we still have one a 2009 Volvo wagon "the beast") We also bought Nissan and Toyota used cars for the guys from Universal which are serving them well.recently we upgraded our 2016 Audi Q5 to an 2018 with which we are thrilled! Thanks Universal, to the family, and the whole team including the third generation! We would never go anywhere else.

Mike and the team at Universal Imports have gone above and beyond to assist me with both of my vehicles. When the local dealership for my Land Rover would not service me promptly because I did not purchase my Range Rover from them, Mike and his team were right there to help me. And my vehicle was serviced within a week! I totally trust Universal Imports.

Since 2012 when I started going to Universal Imports for servicing of my '99 Mercedes E320 wagon, I have only positive comments. I have always received courteous, professional treatment, and any work being performed has always produced satisfactory results. In February 2020, I decided to give up my 21 year old wagon. Mark offered me a beautiful 2017 Audi Q5, and I purchased it - my first SUV and first used car.

The paperwork, transitioning from my old wagon to the Audi was taken care of by Mark and Erin. The handling and ride of the Audi were extremely comfortable. By January 2021, I had acquired another giant breed puppy, and as he has grown, having to lift him up into the cargo area and help him down was becoming difficult for me. I asked Mark if he could locate a Mercedes wagon in great condition with relatively low mileage.

Between his efforts and Erin's, another 2017 vehicle was located. I liked the appearance on line and the description and agreed to their acquiring it. I am now back to a Mercedes wagon E400 with low mileage and in almost excellent condition. For me, a wagon is a lot easier with a very large dog. This factor is the only reason I changed from the Audi, which had been very enjoyable to drive.

I expect to continue as a very satisfied customer; I like the location, the staff and the eight years of good servicing that I have received. They are attentive to their customers!

They were professional and also really friendly. They explained clearly what work needed to be done, without pushing. My battery was ok, but they gave me a sensible time estimate for when it would likely need replacing (I replaced it right then, but didn't feel pressured to). They did great work, and prices are competitive. They have a fantastic waiting area with fast wi-fi, and one thing that I noticed is how well they all get along.

We were in town visiting family (drove cross-country) and Universal was recommended by neighbors and friends. Very friendly and helpful staff. They performed routine maintenance on our Audi Q7, but just before we were supposed to drive back to the west coast, got a huge set of windshield cracks. They fit us in last minute, and had the windshield replaced and sensor calibration done.

When I picked up the car a bunch of warning lights were on, and unfortunately we didn't have time to get it resolved. When we got back to Oregon Universal still helped facilitate getting everything taken care of. Highly recommended, because how they dealt with the problem speaks volumes about their commitment to customers.

I've worked with Universal Imports for about 3 years now. They were recommended to my by some Physicians that I work with. I was told that they were fair, professional and efficient. They're that and more. I take all 3 of my BMW's over for service. They do a great job and if something isn't delivered back just right, they are quick to remedy the situation. Great group of Guys that know their stuff!
