Never thought I'd actually appreciate receiving a call from, you know, a used car salesman, but a follow up call from Corey led to me getting the uncommon hybrid model I was looking for. I was hoping this particular car would show up locally, so I could save the $1000+ I'd end up with in delivery fees. I had been told they don't come around often. I'd settled on this car after a few weeks of test drives and Googling. My first test drive had been in Victor with Corey, but was early in my efforts, before I figured out what I really wanted.

I was having a hard time trying to find the right car for myself and have been told nothing but positive things about these guys. I wished I had went here sooner. James helped me get a 2016 Ford Focus that I had my heart set on! He was incredible throughout the entire process, he was patient, thorough and made sure everything was done the way I wanted it to be. After a car accident, I was in need of a car ASAP and looked through quite a few websites, I remembered hearing good things about Auction Direct from other customers. I took a look through their inventory and found a Ford Focus that was a great match for my needs. The same evening of my car accident, I called Auction Direct to set up a test drive and they were able to accommodate me the next day.
I worked with Franklin and he was very straightforward and helpful through the entire process. He was very thorough in explaining their warranty options and their inspection process. I ended up switching to a newer model year Focus after seeing it on the lot and I was informed it wasn't quite ready yet but Franklin pushed to get the car processed faster than normal before my insurance stopped covering my rental car. Auction Direct ended up exceeding their previously established timeline and had the car ready two days early.
When I got there, all the paperwork was clearly explained to me and the whole process took hardly more than 30 minutes. I never felt pressured to buy the car and everybody I came into contact with at Auction Direct was kind and helpful. I will absolutely come back here when it is time for me to get another car, and I will be sure to recommend Auction Direct to anybody I know in need of a car.

As someone who has very little credit I didn't know if I could get a new car. I had my trade in, some cash down, and a job. That's all James H., Jason, and the rest of their sales team needed to get me in the car that I wanted! They did all the leg work while I sat back and waited.
