I called Toy Barn about a vehicle I was interested in and within 24 hours my salesman Pavel dotted the I's and crossed the T's to close the deal. The vehicle arrived days sooner than they said it would. The ceramic coating was beautiful. The car arrived looking just like the pictures. Highly recommended you use these guys for your car purchases and I'll definitely be back.

Toy Barn contacted me and offered to purchase my 2019 C7 Corvette on an agreed price. During the exchange of information, the purchasing manager texted me and said that they had changed their offer to a low-ball offer. I sent him the information showing where we agreed on the amount but only to get another response of the low-ball offer. I recommend not ever doing business with Toy Barn and for others to be aware of their scam to lure you in and then not honor their commitment.

The staff at Toy Barn is the best in the business hands down. I have purchased dozens of high end cars across the country, been in hundreds of dealerships and never have had an experience like whenever I stop in Toy Barn. Simon, in specific, has helped me out from the start and has sourced many cars for me over the last year and every experience is at the highest caliber of first class. Lifetime customer for sure!

I drove from Pennsylvania to purchase a car. I can't just speak highly of one individual because from top to bottom the entire staff is a true team of trained pros. A beautiful and wonderful experience and I will not purchase a car anywhere else. First class all the way. Thank you all.

I worked with Jeff Warrington to buy my Porsche 996, and the process was near seamless. Got the car for a DEAL, and they even replaced the clutch for me before shipping. Jeff was always super responsive and made sure everything worked out, even when there was a shipping snafu (that's on the shipping company, not Toy Barn's fault). I bought this fully online, never saw the car in person and everything worked out great.

A small item, but I really liked this, they included all the fees inside of the total price I offered. So the price I asked for was the price I got without the nickel and diming. THANK YOU. Another thing I really liked - almost all dealerships I have ever bought from did this thing when I put in an offer where they said "wellllll someone else is interested in this currently so.[insert sales pitch here]". Jeff never did that, THANK YOU again. Note: if you are an out of state buyer - Ohio is an electronic title state.

If your state requires a paper title for registration be prepared to do some legwork! I live in IL and OH was super fast in getting the title to me physically, I just had to jump through some hoops to get the thing. I really appreciated the honesty from Jeff, and will definitely come back again. Thank you for making this such a wonderful experience!

Mark Caudill was great to work with as a buyer. I dealt with so much BS from my online ads. Was nice to work with a real professional and a professional organization. I got a VERY fair price for my Ferrari California T. This is my second transaction with ToyBarn. The first was buying my kevlar Starwood customs Jeep that I still have. They had me that vehicle in 3 days from purchase. When I bought a BMW elsewhere only 3 hours away, that took 27 days. Can't say enough positive about this dealership and brand.

The staff and customer service here at Toy Barn is top notch! This was the most laid back car buying process that I have ever experienced. If you have ever thought about buying a car from Toy Barn. GO & ask for Corey Hicks! Corey will take great care of you, treat you like family & make sure that the car is right for YOU. IS250F-Sport Crafted Line

I purchased my Audi A6 from The Toy Barn. I have had all my service there as their service is exceptional. I recently had an APR tune, new tires and brake work, it feels like a new car. Their shop rate and parts are reasonable. I recommend them for Sales and Service.

Car was listed 11/12/2021 at around 11:00AM Car purchased 11/13/2021 - Drove 4 Hours from Pittsburgh to see the car. The car was delivered on 11/19/2021. The vehicle was a Nissan GT-R. My experience purchasing a vehicle through Toy Barn was both efficient and enjoyable. Brandon did a great job at keeping in touch with me and answering any and all questions with the process, customer service was great!

My only complaint through the whole process was the financing paperwork. The individual doing my paperwork went EXTREMELY fast, it was my first time ever needing to finance something and I was zipping through the paperwork way too fast for my standard. All in all it was a proper USED car buying experience. I will definitely keep an eye on Toy Barn's inventory and would do business again.

Toy Barn had a nice BMW at a fair price. Got pre-financed for a loan before going in. After a quick test drive, bought it, and drove off the lot an hour later. Noticed the tire pressure was low and remembered that Travis reminded me to follow up with the service department for an initial maintenance service. They ended up putting new breaks and tires on the car for free. I didn't even ask them to. Treated very well throughout the process. I sense that because I was cool and easy on them, they were cool and easy on me.

Horrible! Bought a Ferrari from Salesman Greg McDevitt over the phone / internet and there was no reponse to questions and issues that arose. I asked for a paint meter reading which I never received. There was a disolored window switch that was supposed to be replaced before it was shipped to me - never happened. I had to call 5 or 6 times to get him to ship it to me.

When it arrived, it was filthly and even had the stock # still in grease pencil on the car. After 5 months, Greg shipped me the "window switch" which turned out to be the plug in harness- completely wrong part even after I supplied him with the correct part #. Finally, after 7 months of endless emails and unreturned phone calls, I finally received the correct window switch that was supposed to have been replaced before the vehicle ever shipped to me.

I had it installed at my expense. I'm still waiting for a copy of the service records of service they performed with my calls / emails being ignored. Highly recommend you find a more reputable dealer and avoid these guys - they'll take your money and you'll never hear from them again.

Purchased my first hatchback and couldn't be more satisfied. The service at this place was AMAZING! I work in Ashland KY and Toy Barn is located 2 1/2 hours away. I didn't get off work until 5, so I got there after closing, but Chris Scott waited till I got there even after hours. The car was cleaned inside and out. The service at this dealership is like no other! I highly recommend! And ask for Chris Scott! Thank you again for a great experience and will be recommending to all friends and family.

Don't get your car serviced here they will put dents and chips in it and then say it was you not them. I bought my A8L here 2 years ago have always taken it back for service ever since. Recently I got a simple inspection done on my Audi went to dust it down the same day I got it back as I do everyday noticed a huge chip in my door which was not there 100% sure before I took it in.

I then Took it back and Ron (head of service) said there is no way it could have happened at their place and I was being unreasonable and would not service my car anymore and to take my business elsewhere. Nobody in Mngmnt would help me either. VERY VERY DISAPPOINTING FOR A "higher end" place more like a chop shop is the real feel.

I just purchased a 2014 Audi RS 5 Convertible. I worked with Pavel Mikhaylyuk. He was one of the nicest sales people I ever met. He was very polite and professional. I would highly recommend him if you are looking for a car.

If you are a young guy with money, I would NOT recommend going here. Im 20 years old and came in with the intentions of buying an Audi S4 or a car of that sort. I asked for an ex salesman apparently and they began mocking him and didn't help me pick out the car I wanted. Not to mention I drove all the way from Cincinnati for this. and leaving 10 minutes later was a complete waste of my time. If anybody reading this has any suggestions on where to go for a nicer Audi S4, please let me know.

Terrible experience over all. False advertising (difference in mileage from adversed number on 500 miles), price increase after deposit was already in place, car not at the dealership but being personally used by owner even after deposit was accepted and was informed about all that 6 hours before my flight to pick up the vehicle. so off course car was not serviced and detailed waiting on the new owner. WORST DEALERSHIP I HAVE DEALTH WITH - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

***BUYER BEWARE! These guys are greedy CROOKS! I called them about a 2011 Gallardo that they were asking 142.5k for. Spoke with the GM Chris Scott (who pretended he wasn't the GM), he said we can't do 137k, but we can do 140k, I AGREED and told him lets move forward and I'll pay for the shipping. Then I told him I'd like to take the car for a PPI (pre-purchase inspection), that's when you heard his voice tremble and Chris Scott tells me "oh you don't need a PPI, we already inspected the car at our shop its good" and kept going on and on about why I don't need a PPI and how I should just trust them.

I insisted and told him that I am buying the car 100% and if you already inspected it then you shouldn't fear the PPI and if it comes back clean then we will move forward. He said he would call me right back and never did. (Basically anything to avoid the PPI). The following day (today 4-21-21) I call again and eventually they agree and send the car to the shop I chose for the PPI.

The shop called me for my credit card and said they would call me with the report when its ready. About 30 minutes later the tech calls me and says, I've never seen anything like this, but they just came back and took the car, said they got another offer. These guys have a very dirty business practice, then they wonder why I don't trust their in-house inspection.

Don't take your car for service here. They do a very poor job of diagnosing the problem and do not give you a complete picture before the repairs. I took my BMW 335i for repairs a few months ago for an oil leak. They diagnosed it as oil pan gasket leak but it was not bad enough that I could not drive the car. When the leak got bad a couple of months ago I took it back in.

They said they needed to replace the gasket and some spark plugs. I got the impression that it was the same gasket. However after the repairs I found out that it was some other gasket that was leaking which they fixed. They did not think it necessary to tell me that it was a different leak from the one they had diagnosed earlier. I paid $1600 to get the repairs done and had to take the car back in again within a week because I saw oil on my garage floor.

This time they said it was the oil pan gasket. WOW. If indeed there were two leaks (one of which they knew about a few months before) why did they not quote me for both repairs. I decided not to get the new repairs done with them. Finally when I picked up the car after 4 weeks of non-communication from them and a sustained refusal to respond to my text messages (that is how they want you to communicate when you give them the car for repairs), I found out the car is making some weird noises while driving which it was not doing when I brought the car in the 2nd time. They have practically destroyed my car. It will go the the junkyard now. Do not take your car here if you care about your car.

Extremely Unethical dealership! As an out of state cash buyer of a Porsche 911 4S, I actually canceled another deal where I had put a deposit in order to purchase Toy Barn's Porsche. During the final confirmation phase of delivery, paperwork etc, the salesman delayed in responding. All of a sudden, I noticed that the Car was marked as SOLD on their website.

I sent messages to the salesman & manager (who was aware of my deal), asking what happened? NO ANSWER from either one of them. At the very least they could have "man'd-up" and indicated that they received a better offer or a local buyer came by and it was an easier transaction.somewhere along those lines, but didn't even have the courtesy to call or message me back.

It was a blessing as I hadn't read all of the reviews regarding this dealership and many other people have had similar experiences to mine. With that said, we are very lucky to be living in this online world in which there are so many car dealerships across the country that you can buy and have a vehicle shipped to you. Many are reputable and I was able to find one & had my car delivered in an enclosed transport without issue.

The competition is getting high for these dealerships and I would urge anyone with a negative experience to voice it on any of the online boards to alert future buyers.perhaps not to keep them from buying from that dealership but at least to give them the background so that they can ask the right questions to protect themselves. Also, I would advise future buyers to be patient and not to be impulsive as there are so many dealerships out there.and you can shop across the country! Zane Illinois

Shout out to Bill Reilly for perfect (COVID) service. He was spot on w his responses to my questions and est a (safe) test drive! He made the entire process easy and showed real concern for customer safety, both were top priorities. There's nothing better than great customer service- nothing! Knowledge and real understanding of customer needs and issues! Give, Bill a shout out if you're in the market for a new or gently used automobile.

When COVID first started, my car broke down and my mom began the hunt for a new one for me. Since car shipments weren't happening at the time, The Toy Barn actually had a used 2013 Civic that was at a great price, with only around 72,000 miles. We test drove it, and we heard a weird noise coming from the right side. They fixed it overnight and let us know that other people were interested in getting the car, so we got it right away!

It meant a lot that they went out of their way to fix the wheel bearing. The only issue we had was with our information, they had issues with the bank that gave us our loan, and they kept contacting us for more information, and my parents were getting really frustrated. My car is still doing great!

Just bough a vehicle from the dealership, through Sales Manager Chris Scott. Overall, the experience was great. I needed some time to check out and drive various models before I settled on one, and Chris helped me every step of the way. There was no pressure to buy everything I drove, and once I found the one I wanted to buy, the rest of the process was very smooth. Overall, I'd recommend the dealership to anyone with interest in the types of vehicles they sell.

As far as the car, I've only had it for 1 day, so I will update this review if there are any issues down the line. Chris assured me that their inspection process was very comprehensive, and that my original manufacturer's warranty would be very much intact. If that holds true, this dealership will have my business for life.

I had been shopping for a Maserati Quattroporte for several years but had not located one with a quality and price to my liking. Then an e-mail from CarFax led me to Toy Barn. I called for an appointment to discuss a car. When I arrived it had been pulled by the front door, ready for inspection and a test ride. The salesman Andrew K. was knowledgeable and very low-pressure.

We discussed price and options and by the next week I had a beauty of a car in my garage. So far the attitude at Toy Barn staff, from sales and finance to service have been exemplary. I look forward to years of positive interaction.

My partner and I bought a used wrangler from them, about 2 weeks later the "check engine" light came on. We took the wrangler into the service department and Zach took care of us. We figured out that it was the transmission that was going bad later that day, they said that they will take care of us. They will make sure to get the insurance we purchased involved in everything and see if they cover it.

First we were in a loaner car that was a sedan, and it was great so clean and nice. But Our only concern was that the light came on In The wrangler about 3 days before a big trip to Tennessee into the mountains. Zach said that wasn't a problem and he would work something out. The next day they gave us a car OFF THE LOT that had AWD to use and take to Tennessee.

No questions asked. We are blown away by the amount of customer service Toy Barn has to offer. Not to mention they saved us money after reviewing the paperwork we signed. I would highly, highly recommend Toy Barn to anyone. Not only was the service department perfect with everything, the salesman we worked with was stellar. Chris was so fun and so down to earth.

I stopped by to look at a 2007 GT500 and was thoroughly disappointed with my experience at the Toy Barn. Like many others have stated, no salesman greeted us and we had to go inside and I asked a salesman to test drive the vehicle. The salesman told me that the dealership essentially only permits test drives to buyers who are "serious" and that are looking to purchase the vehicle that day.

This perplexed me as how is one supposed to be "serious" about their purchase without having driven it? Their local radio ads also state that customers are encouraged to come in for a test drive, but they leave out the bit I was told in person. Nonetheless I asked the salesman to start it up and take a look at it. Upon walking out to the vehicle I immediately noticed multiple water spots and bird droppings (which can damage paint) all over both the paint and vinyl striping. Additionally the rear bumper did not appear to be lining up and fitting the rest of the car properly.

I asked the salesman if this car had been in an accident and he brushed it off stating that when he sees that he typically thinks that the bumper must have been painted at some point. This made zero sense to me - why would a car with 14,000 miles have the bumper repainted for any other reason than damage to it? I expressed my concerns to the salesman and also let him know that based on both the KBB estimated value and experience in speaking with other GT500 owners that I felt the vehicle was several thousand dollars over a fair price.

He refused to hear anything I had to say and kept stating that because the car had low mileage it was worth what they're charging. In my opinion, this is short sighted, as vehicles devalue every year regardless of mileage and this was an 11 year old car. Not to mention the cosmetic concerns I had and the fact that newer mustangs can make the same power numbers as this vehicle with a few aftermarket parts for a fraction of the price.

At this point the salesman suggested we look at some projected financing numbers and I agreed just to see what could come of it. He ran the numbers and even with a 72 month finance the monthly payments were more than I was comfortable with. I informed the salesman of this and during this discussion and he essentially tried to encourage me by saying that getting my dream car would be worth it.

I told him I needed to run this by my parents to get a second opinion and he said that was fine and that he'd be right back after assisting another customer. I stepped out to make said calls and after 15 minutes I decided against the purchase. After waiting 20-30 minutes, the salesman finally returned and I informed him of my decision. At this point a manager stopped over and introduced himself and he and the salesman I was speaking to began engaging in dialogue about how great the car I was looking at was.

The salesman at one point stated that the vehicle I was looking at was a"$600 a month car" and that the price I wanted for the vehicle was "pie in the sky." Feeling insulted, I courteously wrapped the conversation and left. This review is simply my experience and opinions based on said experience, but if someone asked me if it would be worth stopping over to this dealership, I would advise them against doing so. Their inventory is incredible, no doubt, but if your experience is anything like mine, the customer service is anything but incredible.

I came in here looking at cars with a very good friend. We looked at several cars and was given the keys to a few to hear them run. The level of cars we were looking at are not just hop in and take for a test drive type cars when you consider how many we sat it, but I will say the level of customer service we were provided while on property was second to none.

If I were in the market for a high end sports car or even a used whatever car and they had it in stock or not I would consider them. They will find the car of your dreams and make sure you are happy. I can't say too many dealerships of this level exist, but this is one of them.
