The receptionist at the desk of the new sales building was fantastic, a pleasure to talk to while waiting on a salesperson. The showroom looked great especially with the vette and green pickup. Trying to purchase a new vehicle on the other hand was not so great. I was, sort of, working with salesman Michael Brown who chose to lose a sale by trying to help multiple customers at the same time.

This led to me being left to "check out" a vehicle by myself multiple times (outside in the hot weather without the key) because he had other things to do. Waited 20 minutes for him to make a copy of my license and decided I was over the whole situation, went inside to get my license, and left. The manager Tim gave me a call shortly after I left to smooth the issue. He was a nice guy, very pleasant. I would return to Byers Chevy for future needs with a different salesperson.

My car was totaled a week ago. Browsing Cars.com, I found a used Honda CR-V in excellent condition, with low mileage for its age. I sent a request for more information to the dealership, Byers Chevrolet in Grove City. Within five minutes, Byers Sales Rep Hunter Needham called me. We set up an appointment for a test drive. A true professional, Hunter was welcoming and cordial, but also efficient.

He made the buying process go smoothly and quickly. And he was a delight to do business with. Thank you, Hunter (and Byers Chevrolet). You took away the stress of finding and buying the right car for me!

Go down there and see salesman Nate if you want an honest, hardworking salesman. I bought my vehicle online through Byers and with the help of Nate it couldn't have been easier. He gave me all the info I requested upfront and went the extra mile to make sure I was satisfied with the deal. Very professional and cordial, something you just don't see anymore today. I highly recommend and wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again!

We had an urgent need to replace a vehicle. We had shopped around online and decided to check out Byers Chevy and a "famous" competitor. We wound up being disgusted by the attempted "voodoo economics" we were being given at the competitor and could not get to Erica at Byers fast enough! This was the first time I had ever been to Byers and overall my experience was wonderful. I found everyone I spoke to to be honest and down to earth, which speaks volumes as someone who was shopping alone. Leul Mulualem was my salesperson and he was beyond kind and understanding. Knowing my situation meant that I may not have left with a car that day but he was optimistic and patient as we went through the process.

He made it painless, quick, and even fun when I got my approval. He was attentive to everything and didn't seem bothered by any of my questions. I would definitely recommend him as well as this dealership for your car needs. I am now a proud Chevy Equinox owner.

Leased a Chevy Silverado 150 LTD with help from Sydney this week. Sydney was AMAZING! She was so knowledgeable and patient with me as I chose my first truck. The truck itself has so many kore gadgets and electronics than I thought. It was very clean and ready to go. Sydney had everything ready, taking my documents over the phone and teed it all up so I was only in the office for about 45 minutes.

She was so thorough will the "welcome tour" of the truck and really took time showing me all the features and walking me through the MyChevyApp (which is an incredible tool BYW!). I will definitely be choosing Byers Chevrolet in Grove City again in the future and highly recommend o friends and family!

We had a great experience with our purchase from Byers Chevrolet. Eddie Castaneda is a fantastic salesman who you can trust and we couldn't be more pleased with our 2017 Chevy Bolt. From start to finish, it was a great experience!

The dealership experience was amazing. Erica did an amazing job. I will definitely go back when purchasing another vehicle. I am however not happy with Chevrolet. I love the truck but Chevrolet will not allow a factory brake controller to be added to the truck. Instead Chevrolet recommends installing an aftermarket brake controller. it makes no sense that Chevrolet will not make this an option.

I had a Ram 1500 prior to this and I was able to install the factory controller into the truck and all the dealership had to do was turn in the parameter. It is absurd to me that I paid over 50,000 dollars for a brand new truck that is equipped with a hitch and I cannot install a factory brake controller in the truck. Instead I will have to drill holes in the dash to equip a brake controller. Again this is not Byers fault they were amazing to deal with. This is a design flaw on Chevrolet.

Bought a Tahoe from Ben last weekend. He was very quick and proficient in all communication. All pricing was done via text. The entire process was as easy as it could be. Vehicle was ready when promised. Vehicle was clean and ready to drive back to Cincinnati. Thanks to Byers and Ben.
