Always Great Service At Graham Ford. So what has happened in the past 6 months or so. Grahams has gone from excellent service to some of the poorest service I have ever received from any dealership. The last couple of times not only can't we get our vehicle in for routine service, but we can't get it back with the work completed even after they have had the vehicle for a week.
This last time they didn't even have a record of the appointment and service needs written up when we brought the vehicle in. Guy behind the counter had to get a smart snotty attitude on top of their mess ups. Really thought we had found a good dealership to work with. A dealership is no good to me if they don't service my vehicle in a timely manner.
This is twice in a row that we have had problems with the service department here. Never a problem since I got this vehicle new in 2017 until now. Once is a mistake/bad day.two consecutive services messed up and service people are rude is a pattern. You're fired, no third chances. Sorry folks. I'm done. I will find another Ford Dealership to service the vehicle or do it myself. Really disappointed in how Graham's seems to have gone down hill recently.

This was without a doubt the worst customer experience I have ever had. On 04/29 I had a 10:30 appointment for an oil change. I dropped it off at 10:15 and left. I went back at 1:00 and it was not it was not it was not insight, so I just drove by to finish running errands. I returned a 2:30 (4 hrs later) and it was just going back to be worked on! Sometime after 3:00 I was told that I had some lug nuts that needed replaced ( I have never had one replaced in 50 yrs, but I agreed just to get out of there.
It was done at 3:42 (5hrs after I dropped it off) and I was charged an extra $42 for 12 lug nuts. One of the worst things was the service dept person had the attitude of so what and never offered an apology. I ask her why she never called to say it was going to take that long and never received a response. I have bought trucks at this dealership, but I will never return. Gary Thomas

Worked with Jim Hertzler and bought a New Maverick. Jim was awesome and very informative. I drove 3 hours to get to the dealership and arranged everything via phone and email. I was in and out in 30 minutes when I arrived. Jim handled everything wonderfully. Thanks so much for making this the easiest purchase ever. There is nothing that I would have wanted differently, it was perfect!

I would not even give them one star if I could. I was lied to from the beginning! About what would be told to the warranty company and then. Paid for parts that should have been under warranty. Then the car was not ready on time. I constantly had to call them for the updates. ( then to hear rude comments about customers before they hung up the phone) definitely not a place I would recommend to anyone.

Graham Ford needs to get their schedules straight. Especially for suggested auto checks. If I make a 2 o'clock appointment there is no reason 4 other (no exaggeration) 2oclock appointments should be there. Scheduled maintenance is important. Also. You do not legitimately check everything. You scored windshield wipers green and they were literally falling apart.
I'm glad I was aware already, sheesh. You spend good money you should get the services promise for that money. That visit to you I spent hundreds of dollars and got $50 worth of services, in my opinion. Oh.but nice waiting room. That's why u got 1 star from me at all. It should have been zero. I normally don't leave a place and feel owed. I usually tip well too. Not today!

Graham Always does a good job on my Sonata but wait times are sometimes excessive. Nice clean waiting room with charging ports and tables if you want to sit. TVs in sitting area but usually on something boring and unable to change station. Staff are always super friendly. They used to have coffee but I think Covid ruined that for everyone. Restrooms are clean.

Attempted to buy my daughter's Escape at lease end. Staff more interested in sending vehicle to auction (mentioned Arizona) than making an immediate sale. Seems to me that costs incurred would significantly erode margins, causing higher sales prices. Policy and procedure needs close examination. By the way, no one ever thanked my daughter for her business.
