Called ahead to get items done on my vehicle. I got a call towards closing that it could not be done because of 'a mixup involving one of items I needed. So instead of what I was told, it would take another day. Thankfully I did not need my vehicle or I would have had to charge your dealership fo the need to rent a vehicle.
