Kerbeck Corvette

I Over the years I have bought many Corvettes from Kerbeck, including the latest 2020. When the policy came down for the ZO6 in November, I put down $2000. Then there was another phase to put in another $3000 and I wired that within 10 minutes of the proposed acceptance time. Statements were made that I would not receive a car for 2 years after requesting a reservation for months. i sent an email in April to refund my $5000.

To date, they claim the check must be lost and they will be reissuing another check. WE'LL SEE! All this through email. There has not been no communication with anyone personally. Very bad business. Would not do business with them again and would highly recommend to anyone ----STAY AWAY.

I purchases my first 2022 Corvette at Ciocca Corvette and the whole experience from beginning till the end was excellent!. My sales rep. was Paul Zwick a very knowledgeable and experienced sales rep. He walked me through the whole process from my first deposit till when I placed my final order. When I placed my finial build at the dealership the process was flawless and enjoyable especially for my two kids where Paul gave them each posters and t-shirts and showed them all the different color combinations and options of corvettes at Ciocca. Paul was always available when I called or texted him about any question. I highly recommend Ciocca Corvette and Paul Zwick if planning on purchasing your new Corvette. Thanks Paul you are the best!

Bought my 2022 Corvette from Ciocca. Paul Zwick was my salesperson. Very accommodating and friendly. He told me it would be 9 months to 1 year from the point of putting my name on the waiting list. It turned out to be exactly 9 months to delivery. I would text Paul with questions and I always received a quick response. Everything was perfect. While there's a huge demand for the Corvette and there are Chevy dealers trying to take advantage, adding up to $20,000 over the MSRP, Ciocca is charging MRSP. I would highly recommend Ciocca and Paul for you Corvette purchase.

My salesman for my 2022 Corvette was Paul Zwick. He went above and beyond with his service and good communication throughout the process. He really came through when my transport truck came a bit early and he got my car processed extra fast. Thank You Paul

Awful experience with the new ownership. Left multiple messages and never received a return call. When I finally was able to speak with the salesperson, he was very short and abrasive. Offered no apologies. The other top two Corvette dealers in the country will actually speak with you and have a conversation and don't make you feel like a bother. I would recommend taking your business to one of the other top two Corvette dealers, who in my opinion care more about their customers. I was a former customer with Kerbeck and had great experience buying a Z06 but I would never do business with any Ciocca dealership after this experience.

Bought a used Nissan a year ago. Had an issue immediately after I got it home and reached out to my sales rep the same night. This man who couldn't have been more wonderful and responsive and communicated with me via text instantly every time I reached out, totally ghosted me when a day after I bought the car home, I had an issue. Turned out, he couldn't give a **** and did not want to be upstanding and give me a bit of guidance.

So I took the car to my local Nissan dealer who figured out the issue immediately. Lesson here is, if you want Kerbech to give you incredible customer service, only expect it on the front end. Once you drive away, you are on your own even less than 24 hours later. I didn't write this review immediately since I wanted to give them every chance to make good, then my busy career got in the way but this has been bugging me for a year since I am a huge "shop local" proponent. So please, shop local, but take reviews into account.

Inventory is second to none for corvettes. Tried to work out a deal a few different times and they sold the car I set a meeting for with no notice. Was told after they sold and never got the numbers for my own deal. Solid people and cars speak for themselves. Circumstances didn't work out. Could've been communicated better.

This is my first time using this dealer and I couldn't be happier with their service. I ordered my 2022 corvette in march and Paul Z got it in my garage by Christmas exactly how I wanted it. Keep it up!

I brought my 2020 corvette for its first service at Ciocca. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about what needed to get done. I traveled 1.5 hours just to get my car serviced there because i heard it was the best and i see why people say that. Save yourself the headache and go get your corvette serviced at Ciocca if possible!
