Not one positive experience here. Was treated very poorly and the staff acts sleezy and only cares about unloading a sale onto you, not providing information and helping you out with such an important purchase

This place stinks. I never write reviews- this is my first one actually - but I have multiple stories about how this place is bad. - The told me my father who was a double leg amputee was "not normal". - They reneged on 3 handshake agreements, even though I was knowingly paying over the blue blook value (my wife loved the car, even though it was over 10 years old). - They absolutely refused to give me my credit card back despite me saying/insisting they do over 10 times and only did so when people in the show room started looking at us.

I believe that actually may be illegal. I have more stories as well. There are a lot of places to buy cars. Don't make the mistake of going here. Nothing but bad, if not insulting experiences. I want to give no stars but I cannot make this post without giving at least one it seems.

Great experience here everytime we purchase from them. Time after time. Also others we know of same experience. Rick Alessi & Rich Healy are the best managers I have seen or dealt with in about 6 decades on earth. Met them today again and Awesome dealership as well as auto mall of 19 other dealers they own by Staluppi Organization. The absolutely best. Barnone!

They beat everyone across the board and if you go somewhere else you will lose! Anyone writing bad reviews on here have to be competitors and/or nuts! Try them out and see for yourself. They beat every price out there and have great sales and service. The best!

Spoke with a sales representative which was very helpful, then was transferred to Debra the manager and she was so busy boasting how they are number one and talking over me. And then arguing about pricing. I saw a listed sale price on thier website then she's telling they would never list it for that meanwhile I'm looking right at the web page. Avoid Debra.

Everyone should know the incident that took place here years ago. They took a employee's kidney then fired her within a year. This place is full of narcissistic people that would act like they would treat you like family but really just want the money you can bring them. If they would take an employers kidney just imagine what they would do to you.

This place should be shut down and everyone involved in the incident should be in prison. This place is sick and full of stuck up people. Even though I was not involved in the incident they still ruined someone's life for there financial gain! Please stay away!

Altantic Auto Mall deserves no starts and no business twice I went in with add or a mailer that was mailed to me and no one knew what it was about. I was told both times they did not hv that car and knew nothing of it! What a bunch of crooks I am going to contact Better business bureau they should not be in business

Wanted a kidney as down payment; I only have one kidney. Tried to negotiate my appendix and half a pinky finger- even offering to cut it out myself with my plastic sandwich knife, but was denied service. Never going back again!
