This is our second vehicle from Toyota of Vineland. The sales managers Felix, Leo and Steve were amazing and helped make the sales process super easy! Recently purchased a vehicle from here. My sales guy was okay but customer service, especially from the receptionist, is so bad I wish I never bought from there. All I have is some general questions and the guy is acting like he doesn't have time for me. When I asked to be transferred to someone else (my sales guy wasn't there), he transferred me to my sales guy.

I asked to be transferred to someone I can talk to. They guy thinks he's funny, I think there's something seriously wrong with someone like that. Goes to show you what kind of dealership hires a guy like that. This is actually my second call with this bitter man. The first time he was giving me attitude when I asked general questions before I purchased the car. This man is just bitter to his core. Sad.

Everyone we encountered at the dealership were welcoming and friendly. Our salesperson Pete F. helped my father who was buying his lease through the process. Pete was courteous and very knowledgeable. Definitely ask to see Pete at TOV

Super amazing team, I purchased my first car with the help of Gerald Lewis. He made me feel super comfortable and explained every little detail. Janet was the most incredible partner walking me through this process! We had some hiccups, but the entire staff was SO extremely accommodating, understanding, and helpful. Even the gentleman that walked me through my warranty & coverage information was straightforward and made everything easy to understand. It was also super nice to have people working here that still knew my area of NJ - some even live in my neighborhood!
