Wayne's Auto Sales

Completely Fraudulent! Made listing like it was an individual. A fake profile was made as Natasha Johnson. Truck I was looking at was junk and 4wd didn't work. It was all fake! Profile was deleted after I complained.

I bought a 2013 raptor from Wayne's auto and soon as i hit the interstate it started shaking really bad. Took it to the mechanics and found out I need rotors, ball joints, and brakes. I mentioned this to John that works there and he stated his mechanic changed the brakes. As much as I'm paying for a used truck it should be in perfect condition.

I've never been here. I just wanted to let you know that I won't consider being a customer. The absolute two worst things you can do, in this day and age, is not putting prices on your vehicles online and NO photos. That's not the way to get customers. Catch up. 2021 is knocking.

I had all great things to say about this lot until today's events. I'd been in continuous communication with one of the sales reps Don for a few weeks. I'd purchased a 2011 Mustang from him in March and I've enjoyed the vehicle. I reached out to Don based on some life changing events saying that I'd need a bigger vehicle his response was receptive stating I would only need to return my vehicle and put the difference down on the new one of choice.

Perfect I came back to the lot twice with my spouse having been told everything is still good to go. I show up today 8:27/19 after taking off from work to close the deal and pay only to be told suddenly oh we can't make the deal. Not only was it inconvenient for me but also my spouse who also took off work. Now I'm out of a military leave day and she out of 8hrs Of pay for what to them to retract all information they had previously given.

I'm disappointed in this after this vehicle is done I won't be returning I went with them because of a house buying process so no credit check was ideal. But now I'd rather just go through the hassle of having my credit run in order to get what I need.

Found the exact truck we were looking for. Super clean Toyota Tundra, excellent out the door price, super nice people to deal with. Wayne and his staff were very nice.

Do not!. please trust me! Do not get a anything here. I bought a truck and within a month it was in shop. The warranty they offer will not want to pay for anything. Within another month had to replace motor! That was AFTER around 2500 I had already put in on other parts that broke. I took it to the shop they recommend. yup and had the motor replaced.

Which took them 4 weeks of going back and forth with warranty I paid for. just for them to keep denying and calling for different test after test. Then 5 months later the motor they put in dropped a valve and had to replace head on the used motor they put in. Another 850 dollars out of pocket. I bought my truck and it's paid for so this isn't an angry customer who couldn't pay and just bashing.

Look they are terrible cars. They buy them from auctions and never even look over them. They shop they send you too will have about 10 to 15 cars all from Wayne's already there. Don't believe check for yourself. Ride down the street to JC Max and see how many of their cars are parked there! Just sayin.

Purchased a truck from them, no problem! Then they sold my loan to a finance company, after me signing the slip of paper saying not to give my information out! They bought the contact back, but it still showing on my credit report that the financial company takes the payments! I called and asked for a letter so I could clear it up! They said they would but they didn't know how long it would take to type and email me a letter!

The customer service after you sign the contract is horrible! And they attempt to talk to you disrespectful! I will never send anyone else there, and I will never do business with them again! Even after I wrote Wayne a letter and dropped it off, his office staff still remain disrespectful and unorganized!

My husband and I brought a car from before Wayne's everything was nice. Our second round for a car was not so good we'll Kristina attitude was so nasty. We ask how much the down payment was on the an we was cool with. Then when we go look at the car with her she every excuse about the two car was traded for a pick up truck the other was someone paid cash and they was coming back weeks later look go back by there and the car is still was there. Mind you we had the down payment and we won a law suit an we was going to pay the car over soon as the money came. But big thanks to Tom William BMW I have my five series

I can't say enough great things about Wayne's Auto Sales. I've purchased two trucks from them and they have both been awesome trucks. They have great customer service and treat you like humans and not a commission. Christina was our sales lady for the last truck and she was great and funny. I would definitely recommend them to anyone interested in a truck or car. They have a great selection and fair prices. Thanks Wayne's and Christina for another great experience.
