The service department sucks. I booked my car to go there 2 days back I told them what was going on and why it was there and they just let it sit for days and never looked at it. they are very rude and when I called to get an update they said they were not touching the car at all for reasons unknown and I wasted my time and money to have it towed there. I am not happy at all with this location and its service.

I don't do many reviews, so it takes a lot for me to waste my time writing one. Whoever is answering the phones in the service department is one of, if not the rudest person I've ever dealt with. Just scheduling a service is infuriating. Nothing but attitude the entire time. Edit: 6 months later: my tire pressure warning lit up, I check the tire, and find a tire patch sticking out.

I've never patched a hole and have only used Mazda for maintenance. I'm guessing they punctured my tire during service, patched it, and NEVER said a word about it to me. So scummy.

I must begin that I HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAPLE SHADE MAZDA! I had the most fantastic experience buying a new 2021 Mazda CX-5 Carbon Edition, AWD, and Turbo with Red Leather seats that I could have hoped for. I purchased the vehicle on 12/31/21, with the car coming into the Port of Baltimore on 12/30. Dealing with the sales team there was unlike any car purchase I have made in the past 43 years I have been driving.

They were courteous, knowledgeable, professional, and most of all, respectful of their client! They sold the car to me at MSRP, no more, no less. I found this incredibly ethical given that most other dealers I had spoken with were using the Pandemic to charge insane prices above MSRP. In deciding to buy the CX-5, the value across the board for the Mazda Brand is phenomenal, and every time I drive it, I am so thankful and happy with my decision to have purchased it.

And the fact that Maple Shade Mazda did not try to gouge me, or any other customer, has earned them a client for life! I am now waiting for a new Mazda Pick-up truck to be added to the product line (they have them in Australia). My simple advice. GO SEE the TEAM at Maple Shade Mazda (Alan Fine, Brian Golin and Mark Betterly) ASAP if you are considering a new vehicle purchase.

They are simply the best, and they have a very happy and appreciative client because of their fair and ethical dealings, which is reflective of their owner! Thank you again Maple Shade Mazda!

I bought my Mazda CX3 about 8 months ago and it currently has 6500 miles on it. The car has a 3 year warranty an I've been experiencing turn signal problems so I made an appointment to have it checked out at Maple Shade Mazda since they are only 5 minutes from work. When I arrived at the dealership the service advisor informed me that it would cost $180 ( the hourly labor rate) in order for them to diagnose the problem.

I explained to him that the car has a 3 year/ 36k mile warranty and this problem has been going on since I purchased the car. He was adamant about charging me for the diagnosis and suggested that I take the car back to the dealership where I purchased it (which is a 2 hour drive away) and they will fix it for free. Needless to say I didn't get my car serviced at Maple Shade Mazda but contacted Mazda USA about the problem.

They verified that the car is under warranty and the dealership should have taken care of the problem. Mazda contacted another dealership and they were able to diagnose the problem and ordered the replacement turn signals assembly all at no cost to me. Maple Shade Mazda will never see my car again as their customer service deserves a negative rating.

Never been to this dealer but I am currently shopping around for a new Mazda. Of all the Mazda dealers this is the only one that has "call for price" under every vehicle. Im trying to avoid mark ups but a call for price situation points to me assuming they are changing prices daily. Oh well, Faulkner here I come

All modern turbo charged cars need fully synthetic oil to manage the additional heat the turbo creates. This dealership seemed to know that the first time I had my oil changed but the second time they put regular in. They said it was fine. It's not fine Mazda maple shade not even close to fine. Maybe your mechanics need some mechanics training.

Maple Shade Mazda staff is awesome! Everyone is helpful and knowledgeable. Tom was great, he listened and found us the exact car we were looking for! This is actually the second Mazda I purchased from Tom. I purchased a Certified used 2016 CX-5 and love it so much that I came back to purchase a new 2018 CX-5. There is a Mazda dealership in my town and I drove over 60 miles to purchase my Mazda from Tom. Mark, Brian and the owner also contributed to make this a great shopping experience.

The dealership is so warm and welcoming. The owner is on property, this is not some huge mega store. I will definitely purchase my next Mazda from Maple Shade Mazda! 413301JC

Great car shopping experience. I went to the dealer looking for a nice well priced car for myself. I was showed a nice red Mazda 3 that had extra features like a moon roof, 9 speaker bose system, blind spot monitoring and automatic wind shield wipers. Marta was really kind and she was very knowledgeable about the car. All my questions were very easily answered. I love my new Mazda 3.
