Matt, from the Echelon Ford Service Department, was excellent! He kept me up to date on everything. When I had to make a decision about different tires for my car and if it would make more sense to replace them all now (the treads were getting really worn down and they would all need to be replaced within a month or two). He gave me price ranges for at least 10 different tires and which would be both good and stay within my budget.

He took the time to make sure I had all of the information I needed and he never rushed me. His kindness and patience was greatly appreciated. I will definitely go back there specifically because of him.

We bought a F350 Diesel from Echelon and had a great experience with them. They were very knowledgeable about the features of the truck and took the time to help set up.
