I just purchased another Subaru but this time I went to Subaru of Cherry Hill. I have purchased several Subaru's from other dealerships but my experience at Cherry Hill was top notch. As soon as we walked in the door the staff immediately made eye contact with us and were truly interested in helping us. Our sales consultant, Scott Bregman, was professional, friendly and engaging.
He made sure everything was how we wanted it to be. Our positive experience continued with our time with the finance professional who had important business to conduct but was very pleasant and happy to assist us. Our delivery specialist Nick was patient and clearly explained everything about my new Outback. I'm confident that if I need to contact him with a question, he would be happy to help. Everyone from the owner to the sales manager to the gentlemen who gave me a thumbs up in the parking lot as I drove away gets 5 stars from us!

Easiest car buying experience ever. Vince, our salesperson, was great at helping us find a car. They didn't have one we wanted on the lot, he helped us order a car. Vince kept in touch while we waited, the car came in super quick. He notified us when it came in and the process of picking it up and taking it home was the quickest ever. The total time was probably 30 minutes in the dealership. Quick and easy. This was our 2nd car from Cherry Hill Subaru and I would definitely recommend. Great customer service.

My first car buying experience back in 2019 was impeccable. The team at Subaru of Cherry Hill were attentive, upfront and laid all of their cards on the table for me to see, they were transparent and I hadn't felt this confident in a purchase for the past 4 cars I bought from other dealerships. Not only that, but the team at the time were willing to help me with the process of registering my vehicle since I'm out of state.
My most recent car buying experience was a stark, 180 degree turn, and I feel that the spark I once saw in this dealership's sales team has now dwindled to nothingness. I came in looking at a vehicle that I was extremely interested in, and sadly, that's where the downfall started. After running the numbers, they didn't think I would do my research and see that the car I was interested in had to have an 8 year, 150,000 mile extended warranty due to defective components, yet tried to tack on a 4000 dollar extended warranty. Further, the sales manager felt it incumbent to offer me 4000-5000 dollars less than what my trade in is worth, since it's modified.
After an inspection of the parameters of what needs to be done to make a car CPO, everything was in parameters, which seemed like another ploy to make more money. I understand they have a business to run, but as long as the car can be returned to stock, which it can, it can be CPO. It should also be noted that the car I was interested in had multiple rust spots on the body, and a deep gash, which hadn't been addressed. Additionally, when it came to registration information, the sales manager kept pushing me to get NJ registration which I do not want. Finally, when I told the sales manager that I wanted to mull this over and look at the numbers, he became visibly frustrated and asked "what is there to think over?" You could tell in the tone that he wanted to make the sale, but I walk into everything cautiously, and do not like to be rushed. Unfortunately, if it ever came to a sale again, I don't think I would go back to the Subaru of Cherry Hill sales team again and may take my business elsewhere.

I have leased my last 2 vehicles at this location. This time around, Angelica was the consultant who took care of me. My experience with Angelica was great. She was attentive, and made sure she went above and beyond where other salespeople may not have. From start to finish, the entire staff (especially Angelica) made it as stress free and simple as I could have asked for.

My experience at Cherry Hill Subaru was wonderful! Mr. Thaddeus "Tee" Sellers is a great sales consultant, he took his time in showing me and family different Subaru make and models and once I decided on the one I really wanted, I test drove a similar model, which I must say it was my time driving a Subaru and there's a lot of safety features! Mr Tee, then went over all the safety features, trim-levels details to make sure my new vehicle was everything I wanted, and pricing.
My next step was ordering my vehicle; which again during the entire process Mr Tee communicated with me in a timely manner to provide updates me on my vehicle delivery date (we ordered a brand new vehicle, so there was a little wait, which was not long).The day I went to pick up my vehicle and sign paperwork, again Mr. Tee made sure I was taken care of and that I left there know everything I needed to know about my new vehicle including how to work all the safety features, where and when to come for service, etc.
I must say my experience here at Subaru of Cherry Hill far exceeded my expectations. Mr. Tee, is friendly/personable, will educate you on credit, pricing everything you need to make an informed decision, he even offered to come in on his day off to work around my schedule (he didn't have to and I get this is a sales job), but he truly loves to help his clients and he's very flexible. Mr. Tee's politeness, patience and genuine personality will make any client feel comfortable doing business with him.
I am big on great client/ customer service and he embodied everything that one would expect as great service. Thank you again Mr Tee, for such a great experience in purchasing my very first Subaru and to everyone I engaged with at Subaru of Cherry Hill including the manager Thank you!

We were looking for a 7-8 seater 3-row SUV as our family is growing. We settled down on Subaru Ascent as it checked the most boxes for us and Subaru's safety features reassured us the most in comparison to its competitors. Our search for Subaru Ascent ended at Subaru of Cherry Hill in October 2021. Since the market was competitive and supply is scarce, we were lucky that they had a brand new Ascent 2021 in the lot.
We reached the dealership and were received by Pete, who is just amazing. Pete is a seasoned salesman whose experience clearly shows in his dealings. He is very considerate of customers needs and unlike most salesman, he did not push anything on us. Rather, he was extremely honest in explaining everything to us. He took his time in giving us demo of the features of our new car, and then helped us schedule an appointment with Nick, tech specialist, whose command on the car tech is commendable.
There was a bluetooth sync issue with my new car, Pete and Nick both helped me getting to its resolution. I had a very easy car buying experience. Paperwork was quick and driven by best technology. Really thankful to Pete for helping us with our financing and insurance needs.

I was thrilled with Cherry Hill Subaru for the purchase of my new Forester. I walked into the showroom a little over a month ago and was greeted by Scott. He was very attentive and professional. He paid attention to all my questions and was very patient. The road test we did 100% sealed the deal as he pointed out all the safety features. With Covid I had to wait a few weeks for vehicle to arrive but Scott kept me updated. Thank you to Scott and Cherry Hill Subaru. I am very happy with my new purchase!
