I've been struggling for years with a car that constantly would break down and have issues so I was on the hunt for a new reliable car since I commute far to and from work. I was very anxious about finding something that would fit my needs and be safe and reliable. We went to Burns Hyundai and had the pleasure of working with Ronnie. She made everything so easy and comforting I couldn't have asked for someone better to help me.

She really went above and beyond for me and my mom to meet our needs. I'm so grateful we got to work with her I highly recommend going to Burns Hyundai and meeting with Ronnie. I really can't say enough good things about her so go see for yourselves how amazing she is! Thanks again so much Ronnie!

Sales person Darius was great. When they appraised my trade in and came back with the numbers (did not run a credit check yet) numbers were extremely high compared to other dealerships. No negotiation at all. No "let me see if you can do anything else to help" nothing. I will not recommend nor will I come back to this dealership ever again.

It's rare that I commend car dealerships, but I've just experienced the exception. I need to commend Mark Weiss of Burns' service department. He provided exemplary service and is trust-worthy. I brought my car in for what I thought would be a $1K+ repair bill - it sounded like a loose timing belt. This wasn't the case. Mark was honest and very helpful.

I experienced a very seamless interaction with my salesperson Vanessa. I was contacted by several dealers to pay off my lease and put me in another car so I contacted Vaneessa and her and her team made it happen. Jesse was very knowledgeable about the features inside and outside of the vehicle. Great experience. Thank you! Love my vehicle.

Purchased a new Hyundai palisade calligraphy. Great car, good service, happy with the price, zero buyers remorse, great training on the car, no hard sell. The usual dealership stuff to say no or yes to. Ask for Dylan and Russ they will take car of you.

I ordered a car they explained that there is a markup of 5k on all cars due to the shortage. I looked at the cars coming in and I put a deposit down. Upon looking at the finance paperwork I notice a error of $100 nothing to cry about but if he or the sales manager are dishonest over $100 what else are they dishonest about I asked myself. SO I decided to mystery shop them twice!

Both times sales people told me there was a $5k mark up but I could save thousands if I qualified for any discounts. WELL let me tell you I did, 2 discounts one for being local (which I am) and the second for Servicing the vehicle with them, which I intend to do as they are a mile from my home. I am upset that I would be over charged by 5K. Update: Russell the general manager. Resolved this swiftly.

We continued with our purchase and I am happy with how quickly and efficiently they processed the paperwork. They even booked a training session on the technology in the car so we know how to use it! Overall I am happy with my purchase so far.

This is the second time I have leased a car at Burns Hyundai and the experience was top notice. My salesperson Megan was very knowledgeable and spent a great deal of time going over the new features of the Sonota. Very pleased from start to finish.

I went to Burns Hyundai for the first time last week and left having leased a 2022 Kona SEL. Chris Solorio was my Sales Rep and he was fantastic. He listened to what I was looking for and was able to direct me to the perfect car for me. I LOVE my Kona and look forward to working with Chris and Burns Hyundai for future purchases/leases. Maaan Burns Hyundai is tops in my book! I originally went to this dealership to visit the Genesis part of it but a higher power had other plans, and sent Hyundai salesperson Vanessa Tassi my way. Vanessa was awesome! She was polite, professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and she really did her best to get us a great deal. Long story short, I left with a 2022 Hyundai Palisade Limited aka Sadie and I couldn't be happier. This is my 1st brand new vehicle and I'm glad I had the experience with Vanessa & Burns Hyundai. If your looking for a place to buy a vehicle, this is your location. I have heard nightmare stories about buying used cars and the pressure behind dealerships. They usually say expectations lead to disappointments, Anthony C. did not disappoint. I purchased the vehicle in the said photos. Anthony made sure to get me multiple quotes for financing as well as different down payments.

He even ordered me new floor mates and a new plastic lower bumper covered. He had a welcoming and laid back spirit and took me a hour earlier then my appointment. 10/10. Ask for Anthony C. Thank you Burns.
