DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! The "inventory" they show on their website is a lie. As soon as you step inside they make you fill out a form "for credit check", without even asking what kind of car you are looking for. When you ask about the car that you saw on their website, they they you don't have the car.

I have to say it was a really great experience trading our car. Jude our sales representative was very kind and helpful. Meagan also was very helpful. I would definitely recommend DCH group.

Have been trying to get refund on the extended maintenance plans for months (per the contract) and just keep being passed from one person to the other. Clearly a scam operation.

DCH BMW OF FREEHOLD IS THE BEST. PLEASE READ Definetly recommend bmw of freehold for many reasons but there are 3 tops reasons, i will always go to this dealership regardless of how far i move from here. Top reason. Nicholas Lichaa, honestly the most honest, professional, and helpful car salesman you will ever find, he doesnt just sell cars he actually builds relationships with customers.

He is honestly a true asset to BMW an he definetly deserves a promotion to be a manager or and type of reward for his excellent customers service. 2nd reason is the General Manager Dori Dado he is trully an amazing manager and he is doing a great job of assisting customer to his best ability. Dori has helped me out numerous times and honestly knowing he is the Genaral Manager at this location i feel very comfortable and i can buy cars with confidence. 3rd reason is the Finance manager Michael Monteleone, very professional and very very helpful.

He actually cares about the customers and take his time explaining the benefits of the warranties offered. Micheal explained to me how important the tire and rim insurance is and he was right. The night i bought my car i hit a pothole and cracked my rim and tire but i was lucky enough to be covered and to get it fixed because Michael offered me the insurance.

I am truly grateful for these 3 bmw employees, Nicholas Lichaa, Dori Dado, Michael Monteleone. Thank you for everything guys. You guys are a huge asset to the entire BMW brand.

Matt Morano amazing! Yesterday had to get some work done and here's Matt to the recuse. Super knowledgeable and extremely courteous. In 4 hrs my truck was all fixed and ready to go. DCH Auto Group you need more service Advisor like him thank you.

Not sure how my review was removed but I'm back. Still waiting for a call from the corporate office about the horrifying customer experience I had a few weeks ago. The post was there and they kept asking me to call and discuss. I did and left messages. No one called. I guess they figured how to remove the post. Read my experience on bbb.org.

Both Sam and Nitin are part of an exceptionally talented and professional DCH Auto team. It was a pleasure to work with them. They made the process of leasing a car easy and we walked out of the dealership in less than 2 hours!

One of the most professional and best managed dealer groups I have ever worked with. Plus they have several community outreach programs going on in collaboration with organizations such as SADD, and the Flagship DCH Auto Group promotional campaigns designed to prevent teenagers from engaging in distracted driving. When I visited the DCH Auto Group headquarters, their lobby area contained several display cases and the walls were lined with J. D.

Power and Associate consumer satisfaction awards, Independently judged Dealership awards, and a variety of other credentials that DCH is rightfully proud to display. While working with the DCH dealership General Managers on improving their digital marketing activities, I was surprised to learn about the many systems they have put into place to both monitor and assure customer satisfaction in their sales and service departments.

I am very familiar with the way car dealerships are managed and operated and can confidently recommend the DCH Auto Group dealerships as amongst the best in America when it comes to their commitment and execution of customer service and satisfaction monitoring processes.
