Don't go to this dealership. I left my car to change the oil at 8:45 am it took them 6 hours. I have called 3 times to find out what happened to my car. When I told the manager my concerns he just says sorry they were very busy. I would never leave my car with them again. I don't know what is happening to these employees. Before they were all great.

I have been their client since 2006. Bought two cars from them. Someone could at least call me and tell me that the car would take more time than expected. Very disappointed.

I went for a wheel alignment and my car isn't aligned at all. It is the exact same way as it was before. It is as if no one had done any work to it. I went for a wheel alignment and was offered 4 other things that the service department recommends for me to do (over $2500 of work), but the work that I needed/wanted was not done or came out incorrectly! Waste of money!

I want to write in and give the reason for my review. Your rep who was in charge of contacting me, although forgot to reply at one point, was actually amazing. I brought my vehicle in to figure out exactly what was wrong with my vehicle. I do my own repairs with my mechanic. But finding out exactly what was needed saved me time and extra money. However, after getting my vehicle back and starting my repairs based on your technicians findings, we discovered three parts which were actually broken that were not at the time of drop off.

So this forced me to repair/replace three items which were not broken when I dropped it off. That is the main reason for my two stars. At this point I have replaced those items with one more item to go which I should have done by Friday when the part comes in.

I drop my vehicle off for service today at 7:00 am and was home by 7:25 with Volkswagen driver. Service rep, Greg was excellent to deal with ask if there were any issues going on with car and he will call when finished. I received call around 8:30 and car was ready to be pick up, dealership seems to be very responsible about all your concerns, thanks to all, have a great Easter

I purchased a spoiler from these folks and they lost it. But, they charged me and didn't tell me they lost it. I called them 7 times. Left messages with the parts and service manager. I left a message with the GM of the dealership, no one returned my calls. Mind you, I pre-paid for this part and during the ordering I was standing in the parts shop and heard the service guy tell me that he quoted the wrong price (under charged by $50), and he changed the quoted price without telling me.

I heard him say this. Directly. Then, after calling 7 times, writing 5 emails to the service manager.the only way I got my money back was to dispute the charge with my credit card. These guys lied about the price, lost the parts, and then never told me about, and didn't return any of my calls. If you can, find another place.

Our experience at Three County VW was nothing short of amazing! Our sales rep Matt was so kind and helpful. We came in only looking to see our options not knowing if we'd leave with a car. Matt really found the perfect car that met all of our personal needs! The entire staff at Three County VW was very nice and inviting. I would highly recommend anyone looking for their new car to visit this dealership!

Very easy purchasing experience here. I went to see a pre-owned car and worked with Matthew Tiritilli. Very friendly and knowledgeable. The price ended up being a little higher than advertised, which seems to be the norm now, but the additional fees were reasonable, especially compared to what other dealers are charging. The car is in very good shape and was priced competitively. Matthew was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process, which was quick and painless. Probably one of the easiest car buying experience I've had.

Has to be the worst experience I've ever had with a dealership or garage. They had my car for five weeks. There times I've been told that my car would be ready "that day." Meanwhile they ordered parts and did repairs I didn't approve and they didn't tell me about. Apparently they asked to work with me on the price. Two days ago I told them I would pick it up today. I'm currently there. It's not ready and when I asked why they said they didn't know. I'm now waiting for them to finish my paperwork and "make sense of it." They don't even understand this own paperwork?! Never come here! Hopefully I'll get my car today but pray for me!

I just want to take a minuteTo rate my experience at three county Volkswagen. As you can see I gave it 5 stars. This was a very smooth process from beginning to end. More specifically I would like to give a high praise to my salesman Matt. Not only was extremely genuine and a gentleman But also a true professional. I did not want to walk in at 6:00pm on a Wednesday night intent on leaving there with a deal on a vehicle, but the more time I spent talking to Matt about my situation at the time the more inclined I became.

His experience of knowledge in auto sales was far superior to that of the sales man that I encountered at other local dealerships. His approach is quite relaxed and there was no pressure from him at all! Matt Found a way to make it work in my favor and I couldn't have asked for much more than that not only did I get to leave three County Volkswagen with a brand new atlas, But I also left with my dignity still intact. Thank you Matt! Thanks also goes out to the sales Manager Joe for his Assistance and for making it a breeze! thank you so much!

Got a letter from Volkswagen for a recall on my 2019 Volkswagen Jetta they gave me an appointment for 10 o'clock in the morning I called at 3 o'clock in the afternoon and my car will still wasn't in for service very upset about this there's no reason for this I could see being in one hour behind this is five hours I've been waiting for my car and it's still not in service very unhappy with 3 County Volkswagen

This dealer fraudulently charged me for 60,000 mile service. I say this because my oil lamp light came on and battery died within 2 weeks of the visit. Great sales people but the service here is atrocious and ownership is just as bad. The service manager Matt became irate with me when I explained the situation and told him that I should not be paying for services on 2 different visits when all of this should have been covered during the 60,000 mile visit the month prior.

Normally when you go in for a visit that takes 9 hours, you would expect them to catch all of this. He even slammed his fist down on the desk and had the nerve to yell that I will not be getting any more services from them. I would not advise anyone buy or seek services from this business. Management is horrible and incompetent or will get you to pay for services that they will never perform. Still waiting for upper management at Volkswagen/Three County to respond to my email, voicemail, calls. NOTHING AS OF YET

Car was towed to their lot after they had done a repair as a result of a check engine light. Second trip in I was told car needed $4000.+ Worth of work. I told them I did not want to have all that work done just to find out the engine is shot. They called me back and said the engine was not the problem. I approved the work. Car was driven 35 mile when the check engine light came on AGAIN.Had car towed to another VW dealership.

The car's ENGINE is shot! Paid $4000+ to drive the car for a couple of miles. Refused to respond when I contacted them about the Engine. A complaint has been sent to them from Volkswagen Corp

If you have kids and care about there safety don't buy a car here at 3 County. I bought a brand new car here had only 300 miles and someone at the dealership loosen the break fittings Were it was a slow leak.had no breaks on the highway with my 4 year old and 3 year old in the car. all they did was try to shift the blame around. lucky for them no one got hurt. please stay away from this dealership if your reading this alot of shady stuff goes on there

Worst service and most expensive ever. It took 6h to run a scanner (connect a computer to the car) and report the diagnosis. The cost was $138 USD and the CSR (Gregory Deo) confirmed in front of all the people that he know beforehand that the dealership is robbing its customers. Please don't visit these inept.

Took over two hours for an oil change after making an appointment a week in advance. They removed my parking permit from my windshield and then my car got booted. The place is dirty and poorly staffed. Don't ever go here.

This is a typical dealership. They'll neglect to check the basic stuff to fix your car, and then say they need to charge you thousands to do unnecessary work. We took our MK7 golf for a leaky sunroof (common problem) to see if it would be covered under warranty. They said they needed to change the sunroof seal for ~$2500. We said no thanks, took the car, and honestly they were nice enough. However, once I got home and snooped around online, I realized they never even cleaned out the sunroof drains before recommending the huge job.

I removed a bit of plastic cowling in the engine pay and did the damn job myself. I'm just left thinking, what is the point of this place? I was happy to pay them to solve this problem for me, but they had to try to upsell to a ridiculously overpriced "solution." $2500 and a week without your car, or 29 worth of weed wacker line and 30 min of work? I'll be back for warranty work if need be, but definitely not for anything else.

So if I could I would put zero stars. THE WORST PLACE EVER. PLEASE STAY AWAY.They gonna charge you for nothing. I paid 2000$ and after one day my car had the same problem like before. When I sent my car to fix, the Manager of this place said it's going to be 2000$ and he told me the issue. I kinda knew and tried to convince him that I don't think that the part that he wanted to change was the issue because that part was already changed from another place month ago, but I told him okay if u think it's that part than ok I'm gonna fix it, the next day I gave him the money cash.

So I let my car and after I pick it up the next day I had the same problem! I went right away and they did nthg. No help no problem solving, nothing. So long story short, I paid 2000$ for a part that was already changed and now my car is still not fixed. PLEASE STAY AWAY!

Horrible service today. I asked my son to take my VW Jetta from our home in Beachwood NJ to Lyndhurst to replace a tire that had gone flat. The distance is significant - but I had paid for the tire warranty coverage, so felt it was worth the trip - or so I thought. My son made the appointment for today and received a call back from the service department confirming the appointment and the validity of the tire warranty contract.

He drove up this morning - checked the car in - again confirming his coverage. About an hour later - when the car was on the lift and the tire was removed - they brought him to the counter and told him the policy had expired and he needed to pay almost $200 to get the tire replaced! I called the service department once he got home - explained all of the above and got 'we're sorry - nothing we can do'.

After I informed the Service Advisor that wasn't acceptable - and he lost my business - he ended the call. Nice job Three County VW - if you had been straight with him from the start - I could have saved a lot of time and money and just had the tire replaced locally. I have purchased a few cars there over the years - that's done too.

Matt the service manager is terrible. Refused to fix a $30 part that was broken and on a new car that is still under warranty. To make it worse and insulting he blamed the defective part on me. It was somehow my fault. There are many forums full of owners saying this is a common defective part. It's the dust boot on the shifter. Took the car to Jack Daniels VW and they were happy to fix it. Sales team there was good. Only complaint is Matt.

Awesome Experience today with purchasing a 2019 Tiguan with Jose. We met outside, he was waiting to provide service. I came with the intentions of purchasing an older model but with his help we got in a 2019. He was very patient, honest and resourceful. Even our 18 month old daughter withstood the buying process. We were on the road in no time. See you guys for my future oil changes, etc.

I came here looking to test drive a beetle. Really had no intention of buying today. The sales attendant was super friendly. He set me up with a car after a few minutes. It was fairly quickly. He was pretty helpful, I feel like he could've explains a little more about the car. I wanted a specific model and they didn't have it. When I asked if they could order it for me he basically said it's a possibility but probably not.

I guess this is pretty common for dealerships now, what you see online is not what you'll see at the dealer. Mixed feelings about this because I want the car I want! Haha. I probably won't be back here and I'll check out other Volkswagen dealers in the area to find the car I truly want. I left with his business car just in case.

We went to replace the windshield. After researching and reading about the sensor re-alignment after the windshield change, we decided to go with dealership rather than the vendor recommended by insurance company. While we are getting a quote, we discussed the sensor alignment and got a quote which was almost double the price that we would have paid.

When my wife went to pick up the car, the mechanic said the car died. When asked, Casandra said the light were all turned off and they don't know why it happened. She said they will check if anything is wrong. The next day, she called me and said one of the mechanic left the light on and they are sorry. Now we had our car back. We don't drive much during the week.

Last weekend, we realize our lane assistance is not working. Since we already communicated with them before we replaced the battery, we thought it would be fixed without any cost. Cassandra called and it would be $625 plus tax. I and my wife called the manager and he said it's a learning experience for both parties and he will give us a discount because of the circumstanced.

He offered $400 plus tax. Which would have been nice, if we didn't discuss this possible situation beforehand. It's not a discount and it would have saved us money if we went for the other vendor. I am not sure what's the learning experience from our end when we already resserached this enough and communicated with them. Learing experience that never trust this dealership maybe

Poor customer service. Waited 6 hours for service on diagnostic. Okay, long line. That's understandable. But what isn't is the following. Was told the repair needed was under warranty. Great, right? Not so fast. Come back a few days later to get the repair done. Wait a couple hours. I get told that opps, we made a mistake. It's not under warranty. It'll cost you $1025.

Do they expect my business again? For service department or for sales for that matter? I don't think they expect my business anymore. If they do, that would be nuts. Maybe I'll just uber everywhere from now on.
