Van was very courteous and professional. He was always available over the phone to answer my questions and made my purchase process and visits to the dealership run smoothly. I'm a repeat customer of Kundert Volvo, a decade ago they serviced my S60 T5 when living in Jersey City. My wife and I were in the car market looking for over a month during the car shortages (chip shortages) in February 2022. We are both above average in height, I'm 6'5. We like the S90, but then the salesman Bernie, said why don't you take a look at the award winning XC90.

The car was the gorgeous Denim Blue with a dog & kid proof charcoal interior. It was a 2022 car, which were very difficult to find. The base stereo sounded excellent, driving and handling were crisp and responsive. We realized this was going to be our family car for the next decade, so we worked with Bernie and his finance guy to add an additional 5 year extended Volvo backed warranty.

We ended up paying cash for the vehicle, even though they found us 1.8% competitive financing. I literally drove over to my bank to get a certified check, meanwhile Bernie had his team prep the car, and put on temp tags, assisted with the insurance binding, and I was able to drive the beautiful 2022 XC90 T6 home that same day with no price gouging above MSRP like so many unscrupulous dealers.

In just under two weeks, Bernie calls me up, and says my plates were in. He takes me into his parts department, and helps me pick out beautiful silver license plate frames, give me a free bottle of touch up paint, and hooked me is with a nice discount on a matching Volvo roof rails. I couldn't be more pleased with the excellent service and attention we received. If I had any questions, he either called me back right away or emailed or texted answers. Such an easy transaction with a quality dealer, which has earned my loyalty.

We had the best experience recently at Kundert Volvo. It's always so nice to get a new car - it's pristine, it has that new car scent. More - the V60 Cross Country drives like a dream, understated and so smooth. Even more - Sam (our sales person) and the Kundert Team are just so NICE. Everyone we talked to - helpful, chill, just seemed to like their jobs.

You know how rare that is these days? We chatted with so many people and they all jumped in. Sam was totally transparent, super informative, a go getter, even kept offering to clean out our trade-in. (Along the way we even got to see pics of his adorable Boston terrier.) We would definitely shop here again and recommend Sam to everyone. Also cool - apparently it's a family-owned business since 1944.

They have wonderful vintage photos all over the showroom of the old Volvo days. There's a cute kids' playroom, snacks, and chic mid-century furniture in the seating area. What a nice happy afternoon, ending with taking home a sweet sweet Volvo wagon. Thanks, guys!

Excellent Service This was the fastest and easiest car purchase we have ever experienced. If you're looking for a relaxed professional no-pressure atmosphere to purchase a vehicle look no further. Everybody was extremely friendly and helpful including the service and parts department. Shawn was the best salesperson we have ever worked with. Highly Recommend!

They are so nice even though I live far from kundert Volvo, I took my car for regular maintenance there and I will keep taking it. I highly recommend Kundert Volvo cars service comparing other dealerships. My service advisor was Christopher. He was very helpful and very nice. Thank you and I really appreciate everything. They definitely deserves more than 5 stars.

Kundert is a wonderful dealership with an outstanding service staff. Making an online appointment is straightforward. You drive your car right into the service bay and they take it from there. I would happily give them five stars but their waiting area needs improvement. I live over an hour from there and have to wait for the repairs. The customer waiting area is a small space in the middle of their showroom.

A TV is competing with the central music piped through the ceiling, the chairs are 1950's modern and deadly uncomfortable. I ended up asking if I could sit in the kiddie room for a little more quiet. So by all means use Kundert, their staff is kind, friendly and first rate. Just avoid waiting there if you can.

First, I'd like to say that my wife and I are very excited to finally be part of the Volvo family! Our experience at Kundert Volvo was great. Our sales associate, Shawn Harris, was so helpful throughout the entire car buying experience. We never felt pressured working with him and more importantly he met our wishlist! If you are in the market for a new Volvo, definitely consider Kundert and ask for Shawn Harris. He is a true professional.

Bernie was so welcoming, warm, and knowledgeable. He made us feel very comfortable in making our decision to lease and walked us through our financial options quite candidly which we really appreciated and felt we truly were in good hands. With his funny, charming personality Bernie won us over and we couldn't be happier with our decision, the experience, and most importantly the car!
