Xavier Torres at Toyota Sansone was amazing. It doesn't get any more professional than him. He has so much patience and is very kind. I recommend him for anyone that wants someone to break things down to them. He was very helpful and made the buying process very easy. The only thing I can say that I didn't like about my sansone experience was talking to the women who pick up the phone I got hung up on twice. Then when I went to make my appointment with Jessica Acevedo she gave me an attitude from start to finish when explaining to her what kind of vehicle I was looking for.

I got to hand it to Mike he had great patience handling our deal with me and my father. We decided to get a new car for mother to surprise her with on Mother's day and Mike McGovern from Toyota helped us with the entire process. You might be wondering why there is a picture of a Mazda if Mike is from Toyota. Well it started with me checking out a Toyota Rav4 but then found out mother might not like the body style and when father got involved we went with the Mazda route.
Regardless it seems like all of the dealerships in there are interconnected so Mike was able to help us choose a car over at Mazda and go through the signing process. I would say if you're looking for someone to be real with you from start to finish look for Mike McGovern over at Toyota.

This has to be the worst dealership I've ever dealt with. They lack the most basic customer service skills. They take an absurd amount of time for oil change. When there's something wrong with the car, they don't inform you. Especially when you told them you'd return for the vehicle since you don't have 2 hours to waste sitting in their lobby. I'm due for another oil change and I have a gash in my tire.
I pay for the wheel package. I'm trying to schedule a service online because their phone number isn't working, their site is outdated, and their chat service isn't working. I can't wait to return my lease. I'm never buying from this dealership again.

These guys at Sansone Toyota are top notch professionals. First off, my credit was in the toilet ( 570 ), with a bankruptcy & a repossession and they still got me approved without a cosigner at tier 3 too. Not only did they get me into a 2022 Camry Se, my credit jumped to a 620. Please, go see them if you are in the market for a car. The whole process took about 3 hours and that's because I had a problem with my insurance company. I've been financing and leasing cars for almost 30 years and by far, this was the best experience ever. Thank you Adham, and the rest of the guys there that helped me!

SCAM! Stay away! NOT SAFE! On two separate instances, my grandma went into the facility to get work done on her car. Both instances, the mechanics failed to properly connect her car battery. They love abusing of the elderly when it comes to making some commission; not at the expense of my grandmothers well being. Her car shut off of the middle of the road and was scared beyond belief. Luckily she didn't get hit on the busy road. Raul from customer sales was real tough on the phone and would not listen to obviously upset customer.
He did not take note about who or what I was calling about when I introduced myself over the phone. They don't care to hear what happen, they just want to know the basics so that they can go back and cover their tracks.

Ira Kamil, Joe Stanzione and Mike (Hyundai financing) made getting into my new lease a truly pleasurable experience, which is something I never thought I would say when going to a dealership. I was there twice (second time to pick up my car and finalize the details) and each time I walked out smiling, feeling comfortable and 100% satisfied. I went to Ira on the recommendation of my aunt and I started recommending him to friends and family after my first visit to Sansone.
These three gentlemen are such a credit to this dealership and I appreciate their transparency, the fact that they never persuaded me or try to steer me into a vehicle that was readily available on the lot, and I also appreciate how they LISTENED to me and what I was looking for. Although I didn't purchase my 2020 Dodge Durango R/T from this dealership it is where I have it serviced. Each and every time I head straight to Nick because I am confident that he is going to thoroughly resolve my issue. He has a wonderful work ethic, personality and sense of humor. The salesman Tito was nice but didn't tell us about the hidden fees which was an extra 2500 please read anything before you sign it. 2500 could have went towards the car but instead I felt like I was robbed. I never asked for interior cleaning or an alarm system to track my car by buying into a program. that should be spoken upfront to give consumers a heads up. Overall if I didn't need a car I wouldn't have waited and went to another dealership.

I loved my experience at Sansone Auto Toyota, I had Rana K as my sales person and he really helped me out with what I could afford and the whole building had great energy. I really regret not coming sooner! Definitely would recommend to anyone! I hate waiting for so long but didn't seem that long with the conversations and everyone being so friendly!

-UPDATE. I am changing my review from 5 stars to 3. John was my salesman, and while initially the process went pretty well (keeping in mind I already knew what car I wanted when I came in, so it was pretty straightforward) after the documents were signed and the car was in my possession, my salesman (John) reached out to me saying that he gave me a $500 rebate that he shouldn't have, and that I'd have to pay it back within a week.
I was a bit confused since I even had to leave and come back to sign the paperwork, so there was ample time for this mistake on Sansone's end to be caught and remedied. And once the contracts were signed, it should have been honored. Anyways, I was told via text that I could send my credit card info (which felt scam-ish because why would I do that?) or pay over the phone (when I asked for an online invoice).
I ended up inquiring with an attorney who assured me that I'm not at all obligated to pay that $500 rebate back after the contracts have been signed. When I informed John of that, he said he would check in with his managers, and then never said a word else about it (Which leads me to assume it might have been BS the entire time) I honestly feel like it was attempt to take advantage of me as a woman buying/leasing a new vehicle for the first time.
I definitely won't be returning to Sansone Mazda once this lease is up. I love my car though! Original review: "John was great! He got me into my first car and was very patient throughout the entire process!"

The service department at Sansone Hyundai is atrocious. Hyundai extended a lifetime warranty on 2013 Sonatas for the engine short block assembly because they know the engines are burning oil like crazy. At every oil change, my mechanic shows me that I'm 2-3 quarts low between 4K mile changes. I took my car here to see if i qualify for the warranty.
They did find a leaky valve cover so that needed to be replaced before monitoring the oil consumption. They replaced a front timing cover, seal, and a vtech switch. Total parts was $343 which was reasonable and an outrageous $1700 in labor. Industry standard for this repair is 5-6 hours. They had my car for one day. When I asked what the rate per hr is for labor, Antonio Toro the advisor, told me $140.
So I figured.at 140, a 6 hour job would be $840 and even at 8 hrs it would be $1120. Imagine my shock when Toro tells me the labor starts at $140 and goes up from there depending on how long they work on it. I asked how long before it goes up from 140 and he couldn't or wouldn't tell me. All he said was they put the hours in the computer and the program tells them what to charge.
This was not disclosed to me when I was given the estimate of $2400 for an oil change and to fix the leaks. For all I knew the parts were expensive. The labor rate is not stated on my bill and the fact that it starts at 140 and goes up is not disclosed on the bill, displayed in the service area, or explained by the advisor. Antonio Toro then lied to his manager in front of me that he told me this up front.
No way would any sane person agree to that. I asked for a breakdown of the rate and was told the paperwork had to be gathered. I waited one week then reported them to the BBB and disputed the charge with my credit card company. I went back today and Toro was so rude and continued to lie to me. Said the car had to go on the lift and it would take an hour.
The first time I went for the 500 mile check, the tech pulled the dipstick and I was in and out. Now they know I complained and it's an hour wait. I said no and asked for the mgr. Mgr comes out of his office, hops in the car, and takes it to be checked. So much for the hour wait. The BBB got in touch with them and when I got a response back, the response from Sansone was to email one of the VPs there for a resolution. Don't know why I need to that if they have all my info but I did it anyway.3 emails later and no response.
I emailed the VP while I was there to see if we could meet; no answer. I asked the manager there if the VP was there and he said he might be somewhere at the complex and he would mention I looked for him. Bottom line is to avoid this place for service unless you like paying a mysterious hour labor rate.

I'm so happy whit Sansone Auto Mall, I was looking for a car in 6 deferents Toyota Dealers whit no luck, My son just have he's Highlander a month ago from Sansone Auto Mall so he call me and said, Dad go to Sansone so I came and was no available cars but they're hel me and I have my car 3 days later whit a friendly personal. I recommend Sansone Auto Mall to any body plus I be coming here at the service department and it's great service like no body else.

I spoke to Sansone Dodge on they quoted me a ridiculous price for a Dodge Ram truck, I asked are you low balling me, got no response to e mail, when I wasted my time, gas and tolls to go there the actual price was almost 500 A month more for a lease. The quote was 239 a month, actually it was around 700. They lie to get you in pass up on them they are not honest! 8/20/2022

Have been using Sansone to get my car serviced over the last couple of years and i'd highly recommend their service station advisors to anyone who wants a thorough review of their vehicles. The service advisors are thorough and give genuine advise. Also, used it during covid spike and they took all covid related precautions and followed all cdc guidelines. They lack car cleaning or wash service and that is usually complimentary at most service stations. Lastly, book early as their schedule is fairly busy.

In all my years i have never seen such horrible customer service, My certified genesis 3 weeks old had its engine light go on, so i called service and they could not give me an appointment for 2 weeks. I called my sales rep and he said he would have my service person call me, which he never did, I traded in a car and i still had a few payments, and they never paid the car off after almost a month, so again i made several calls and no one picked up and their was no place to leave a message, and after several rings the phone hung up.
My temporary registration expired and no one ever informed me it was in. As far as the service after 14 calls i reached the service mgr and he told me to just come in but he wouldnt give me his name, I know one thing this is the last time i buy a car from them

I use to go to the Toyota service dept in Hillside for service. After someone stole air pods out of my car, I refused to go there anymore. I calle Toyota and they recommended this service center. I went and was serviced by Alex. He was super patient (I had to vent about the other dealership), professional and overall informative. He informed me I had a recall that needed to completed and made it all happen under one hour. Thank you, Alex!

Horrible communication. I scheduled my Hyundai's first maintenance using the Hyundai app (which is what they suggested). They have a valet option where they'll pick up the car and then deliver it when it's done. The process for scheduling was relatively smooth. I got a confirmation email and was all set. The date and time came and went and nothing happened.
I called Sansone and the operator took my information and assured me that I would receive a call to straighten it out. A day later, haven't heard from anyone. This is the third vehicle I've gotten from Sansone, needless to say, it will be my last and I will go elsewhere for my maintenance.

I financed a Toyota Camry, when i went to pick up the license plates I was told they couldn't release the plates to me because I had to pay more in Motor Vehicle fees because of a mistake on their end. I bought two cars in two years from them, you would think they would want to take care of loyal customers but they only care about their bottom line. When my lease is up on my other vehicle I will be going elsewhere.

Went to Sansune Auto yesterday for a Toyota Prius, and would absolutely recommend! From start to finish it was really stress free experience. Two days ago, I had reached out for a quote and Jessica returned my call right away, and answered my questions. She was super helpful. When I came in I worked with Danny. He was really down to earth and not pushy at all. In addition, he was very knowledge and honest throughout the experience. Overall, five stars! Very excited for my new 2021 prius :

Worst experience ever with a dealership. First, my Hyundai hybrid crapped out on me a few weeks ago so I brought to to Sansone Hyundai to get looked at. The service manager AJ told me they'd have the car for a few days and they will NOT provide me with a loaner because "they only have a few and they're all taken" (meanwhile there are thousands & thousands of cars on the lot).
So he calls me FIVE days later and tells me they ordered the part they needed but it failed & literally snapped inside of my car. so they have to order the same part and try it again (gives me great confidence since they clearly use faulty parts if it failed the first time) so by the time they receive & install the same part AGAIN, it is TWO WEEKS at this point that I was out of a vehicle. Having to take the train to / from work and spend a fortune on Uber.
As soon as I get my car back, it is constantly squeaking when I drive. I was not upset YET because I figured they'd take a look and fix the problem no sweat, since I literally just got the car back from them after 2 weeks. They give me a time of 11:45am on Tuesday (right in the middle of my work day of course) so I drop my car off and Uber back to work; to now later take the train home. AJ calls me and tells me he doesn't hear any squeaking (literally impossible) and that it's going to cost me $130 for them to even look at it.
So I asked AJ, you mean to tell me that even though my car has only began squeaking after you "fixed it" last week, now I have to pay $130 for you to even look at it? Yep. Awful way of doing business. Do not spend your money here. They do more damage than good on your car. Terrible service.

Purchased a Mazda CX-9 in December and opted to have a dealer installed remote start put in prior to taking possession of the car. The unit agreed upon was not the unit actually installed in the car. Sansone charged $500 which would have been fair for the harness and remote start plus labor. Instead I received a hardwired $100 unit while they pocketed they difference. They did correct the issue after being it to their attention.

Bought a 2020 Tacoma - my sales rep Quentin was extremely professional and attentive - made the deal fairly quick with no hassles - only down side and it's no bearing on QUENTIN is waiting for the OWED PARTS for the Tacoma - it's taking for ever very frustrating - but I'm giving them some leeway since the Q vid 19 virus has slowed bussn to a crawl. ****BEWARE**** They have zero respect for your private information or safety and will blame you for their oversights.****** My car was towed to Sansone Auto and was declared a total loss. Sansone made forms with my full name, my home address, and my phone number on them and left them in the car knowing that the car was to be auctioned by insurance.
This information was then found by someone else and used to contact me without my consent. On an earlier occasion, I called them for a week trying to get the plates back from the totaled car. Finally, I just showed up and found the car myself on the lot. I pointed it out and they handed the plates to me without any request for ID or verification that I was the actual owner of the totaled car.
I brought all of this to the attention of a manager who denied any responsibility and would not acknowledge the breach of privacy or unsafe handling of the license plates. Manager stated it was somehow MY responsibility to remove the forms THEY left in the vehicle while it was on THEIR property before it was auctioned. what? Terrible customer service and typical sales gimmicks. On top of that they have the audacity to send me "urgent", "open immediately" mailers. I followed up with them to remove my list and they proceeded to transfer me around before sending me to voicemail. Save yourself the trouble and don't go here, especially if you are a woman, they will just ignore you.
