Had a wonderful experience buying my new car at Bell Mitsubishi! My husband and I were greeted warmly as soon we entered the dealership. Our salesperson, Matt, was very professional and made the entire experience seamless and uncomplicated. I don't think I have ever been to a dealership that was more transparent or made me feel more comfortable about my purchase. Moreover, I was able to get the exact car that I wanted and stay within my budget.

I stopped at this dealership to inquire about parts. There was one girl behind the desk speaking to a person about service or scheduling. She never acknowledged me at all. No hi, nod your head, anything. I waited 10 min. with numerous employees walking by me. Finally, an employee came pass me and said "here for parts". He said he would be right withe me.
Another 5 minutes later he came and asked what I needed. I produced my parts list which he stated were not Mitsubishi part numbers, even though I found all 4 part numbers on the web under Mitsubishi OEM parts. I understand on older vehicles that it may be a bit difficult to find the correct part numbers, but NOT ONE time did he ask me what part was I looking for, what model, or what year, for cross referencing. Basically no help, no sorry can't help, or thank you. I would never recommend this dealership for parts or service. There are other Mitsubishi dealers to choose from

I recently purchased a new vehicle with bell Mitsubishi and I couldn't be happier. For the last 10 years I have worked solely with Nissan World of Springfield for all my vehicle purchasing needs, but my last experience with them was disappointing so it was time to go elsewhere. I went online searching for a specific vehicle and Bell Mitsubishi was the dealership that came up.
Let me start off by saying, customer service is EVERYTHING to a consumer, and here at this dealership you can tell they pride themselves and strive for excellent customer service satisfaction. As soon as I parked I was greeted by Jammal, very friendly and eager to help me out. He was patient when he listened to what I was looking for and he was very honest and set the right expectations.
Not once during this process was I mislead, and honestly that is extremely important when purchasing a vehicle. Jammal and Daniel were extremely helpful in assisting me with getting my payments to where it was financially comfortable. Daniel was able to explain to me what he was doing and what bank he was working with to help get the best deal for me.
Once that was finalized I sat with Michael the financier who explained everything in detail and in great lengths to ensure I understood each document I was signing. When shopping for a new vehicle it can be difficult with many ups and downs, but not with this dealership and team working there. Each team member that I spoke with was knowledgeable, honest, and very friendly. By far one of the best experiences I've had, and would recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

Today my experience at Bell Mitsubishi was great! I walked in and immediately felt at ease. My sales rep Joe was great, very professional and knowledgeable, he ensured me that he would help me get something that I wanted and that's exactly what he did, I am very happy with my purchase, Joe's manager Justice was great as well, very friendly and helpful.

Everyone is so friendly! I was greeted so kindly, everyone was attentive to make sure whoever was in the waiting area was being helped. I will always come back and will recommend all my acquaintances to see Mr. Jammal Watson. He really helped me out with the purchase of my vehicle, so kind. Thank you so much!

We worked with Steven and it was a total pleasure. He literally went above and beyond to make sure we walked out of the dealership with not only a brand new car but also a totally satisfied customer. He understood what we needed and worked within our numbers to make sure we were a happy customer. I wish more car deals were this smooth.

Bunch of liars and thieves. I was told they were going to do a soft inquiry. Not going to submit my credit. Within minutes I had 5 inquiries and lowered my credit score 30 points. They were just trying to sucker us in without us knowing it. Bell Mitsubishi is one of the reasons dealers and car salesman have a bad reputation. They will do anything to make a dollar!

I had a phenomenal experience at Bell with Tiffany and Fins. Tiffany was so informative and efficient from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure my deal was completed and suitable for what I needed. Even dropped the car off to me with a bow on it once it was finalized. You guys definitely have a recurring customer and I will definitely recommend Tiffany and Fins for all your auto needs!

I bought a 2018 Infiniti Q50 for my daughter from this dealership about three weeks ago. The car mostly sits in the garage since my daughter hasn't received her full driver license yet. After about two weeks after I drove the car home, I noticed the left side of the front bumper was detached from the car body. It's very unnoticeable until I gently pull on the bumper.
I sent several emails to the sale agent about this, but he never responded. After reaching out to the General Sale Manager, I was finally told to bring the car to the service department. I did this morning, but was told they couldn't do anything and I need to take it to a body shop. The fellow in the service dept. also said there was no problem with the car before I drove it home, so the issue must be caused by me.
They found a few scratches on the bumpers, as if the scratches prove they were correct. I said the scratches were there before I drove it home and since they're very minor I didn't make an issue at the time of purchasing. At that point, I didn't argue further since it would be just my words against theirs. I just want to say here that this vehicle went through a full dealer inspection before sale, and I was charged over $2k for a used-car preparation fee on top of the listing price, so this kind of issue shouldn't happen. At least, the sale agent should have the courtesy of telling me to inspection the car carefully before driving it off! Buyer beware.

Horrendous. This is the exact kind of dealer that gives dealers a bad name 1. Will not sell cars for the price they advertise. Prices are artificually lower online to lure customers. This is one of those dealers that adds on a tone of miscellaneous fees (e.g. $2k Vehichle Prep Fee). When questioning these fees they literally changed what they claimed the fee was for 2.
The same sales person continuously calling about a completely different car than the vehichle I enquired about, clearly having no knowledge that she had spoken to me at length before 3. Unable to unsubscribe from their annoying "Belle" alerts. It just crashes with a javascript error

I purchased my car here in 2016, bought it outright. Never had a problem with the service dept until a few months ago. I understand we are in a pandemic, I get that. I'm an essential employee and have been working non stop. So, when I need work on my car and was told it was going to take 2 to 3 months to get a part, I was understanding but concerned.
I still needed to get to work. I ask for a loaner car, was denied. Then I was told by mitsubishi corporate and bell, that my part was covered under the warranty. Then it wasn't. Then when I called after the 2month mark, no part, no car, no loaner. When I call and threatened a bad review, magically the part appeared. No discount, no nothing, charged full price and then some.
I was told by Felix " what do we do if a customer needs this part and we gave it to you!" Dude, I am a customer. So you held out on this part or did you take it off another car? And why do I have parts of my car in my trunk? Where are these parts from? Pandemic or not, work on your customer service. Will never go back to Bell!

Sad experience. Bought a used car at Bell. I will give you my review and advice. Once you showed any interest, they call you, text you and email you, but not really work with you. Please make sure to ask your sales to write down everything they say, otherwise, they will forget and call you a liar. From bottom to top, they will care about how much they will make or how much they will less make.
They don't care about the customers. Right at signing documents, the deal was different than I was told. Finance manager says what I said was wrong and "no deal" in a rude way. Other manager asked the sales to join the conversation and tried to prove me wrong. Before accusing any customers, please be sincere and listen to the customers. After signing, I had to find the sales to get a car key. Then, I had to find my new car outside.
My new used car should be in a good condition but they don't even clean before they give it to you. Somebody stepped in the carfax document, and put in the rear seat with foot print. And there was no gas. The fuel light was on already. The first stop before you enjoyed your new ride was a gas stop. Not sure how they practice their business, and if this is their business standard.

If I could leave zero stars for this place I would! BUYER BEWARE! The staff here is unprofessional, rude, and a bunch of scam artists! On top of that I felt extremely uncomfortable as all the employees there need a lesson on how to wear their mask. Every single one of them had it below there nose. Anyway, I thought I was stepping into a new outlander se today, when all was said and done they turn around and tell me pricing was for the lesser model Which was the es after the papers were already signed.
I tried giving the car back after an hour of signing the lease because I absolutely hated the way the car drove and they refused to cancel the contract. If you go to this dealership I strongly recommend you ask for a test drive because they do not offer it to you. Goes to show you how much they care about there customers being happy in the vehicles they're selling.
Literally the WORST experience I've ever been through when dealing with cars. *** Another thing forgot to mention. The Old guy who does the lease signing, is the nastiest man ever! He screamed at my father when my father asked a question about the taxes on the vehicle. And I quote his response " do you know how to listen, Jesus Christ what so wrong with you."

Didn't realize i hadn't written a review sooner! Our experience with Bell Mitsubishi has been great-specifically with Matthew Zezza. Don't bother going to any other salesman, he's your guy. He went above and beyond getting us the Jeep we wanted and making sure we were happy with the payments. Even after our transaction, he's been attentive and has reached out regarding our vehicle to make sure all is well. We would definitely come back and purchase a vehicle from him in the future. I wish all of our car buying experiences went this well.

We looked into purchasing a used vehicle from this dealership. Buyer beware! The listed price is not the real price. They added another $2500 for dealer prep costs, profit (their words not mine) and lojack (plus a huge document fee and DMV./ So Where the vehicle was a fair deal, it went to over the top. They should advertise the real price of the vehicle and not the price to draw you in. Just my opinion.

This is going to be a complete honest review. Do not waste your time the people here are unprofessional and con artists. Most of the reviews are from the employees so read the actual reviews. You can tell something is off when you sitting at the desk and instead of talking about the car you want to purchase and rates the rep is trying to know you on a real personal level, uncomfortable.
They like to play a game called musical chairs which is when ur rep is either running back and forth across the dealership to hold convos or even having you move to handle another customer. Will not discuss monthly payments or insurance they just want you to sign pay half of the car and leave. My credit was ran twice, once with out my acknowledgement.
When I asked JUAN what he was doing he literally ignored me come to find out running my credit after I was already told by management that I was approved. After wasted a whole day being lied to JUAN TOLD ME I WAS A WASTE OF TIME BECAUSE I DIDNT WANT TO AGREE ON PUTTING 12,000 DOLLARS DOWN ON A CAR THAT DOESNT EVEN COST 30,000. I was so disgusted with how the business was conducting this sale.
I requested a refund of the partial down payment that was already processed. I'm a smart person so vibes mean everything to me this dealership was really trying to suck every extra penny and I saw it with my own eyes I am in shock and should pursue legal actions but I'm not even going to waste my time a business like this is only active because the loans from the bank not actual customer relations which is SAD. P.S I have money but when purchasing a car your making a smart financial decision if the company you purchasing the car for can't help you or work with you than it's not a smart financial decision to even continue.
I feel bad for anyone who even had to deal with these scums. I will never try to finance anything other than land property after dealing this. I usually purchase cars in full but wanted to build history and I think after this thats the smartest quickest thing to do SAVE MORE TO AVOID BAD DEALERS

Went in today to buy a Jeep Wrangler listed at 24,900. We offered asking price as we were told it was non-negotiable. After we said we are good with the asking price, we started the application process. The salesperson came back 20 minutes later with application approved but now the price was 27,900. Got quite upset and the manager got involved. I was told it was a 995 Lojack fee because they install that in all their used vehicles and 2000 prep fee.
We had called before we went there to ask about any hidden fees. Even their website said the price is as listed except for registration, document fees, and taxes - pretty standard. Nowhere did it state the above fees. They agreed to eliminate the bogus Lojack fee but wouldn't budge on the prep fee. We walked out. I called manager later and explained what happened and how I believe their practice is illegal and I would be contacting the Attorney General. Denied doing anything wrong.said they can charge whatever they want to.which they can, as long as it's disclosed beforehand.
Now I have a ding to my credit which we wouldn't have filled out application if we knew they would change the price. DO NOT GO THERE! Oh, and they offered to lower my monthly payment by 25 dollars a month thinking we would think they were doing us a favor, but then he added on months to the loan.

Took great care of my vehicle even though it was not originally purchased through them. Rich was great to deal with and the mechanics here are all top notch, especially Zach. The place was overall very clean and the garage was very nice as well which isn't always common at dealerships. Well worth driving a bit further than my local shops to come here, if I ever need anything else you can be sure this is where I will come back to. Thanks again guys!

Got my new Mitsubishi Outlander. Their advertising is real, not like other dealers hooked up you for more discounts and actually you will not get most of them. Quenton Washington is my sales guy and he explained to me all the functions of my car. And they don't give you attitude even you didn't buy the car. I recommend this dealer to anyone.
