I've been paying on a car from them and they are super nice to me but 2 months after getting the car it broke down and needed a new motor they "replaced" the motor in a couple of days and tacked it on to how much I'll pay in full for my car I've had the car back for 2 months and the motor is messed up again and I had to get some wires reattached to one another after I got it back from them.

Jeff is just an awesome man that cares about his community and all the people around him. Thank you Jeff for helping me for working with me on my tracker. Car is awesome I love it thanks again. May God bless you and your family!

I don't know who the owner is but Matt whoever he is was very rude, he wouldn't even help me find a car. He kept telling me to come another time even though they were open I was very frustrated. As I was leaving he was outside standing around talking to his friends laughing and he gave me a rude look. When I pulled into the BP parking lot when I was pumping gas I saw them smoking a meth pipe I was disgusted I had to leave!

Jeff is a nice guy. I just got a car a few weeks ago and so far it drives great. if something happens to your car within the first week or so Jeff will try to fix it. the cars are as is, but he will work with people.

So I bought a 2006 nissan sentra, 5speed 1.8L. Checkin it out was hassle free, taking it for a test drive was easy, was treated very nice and professionally. I've had the car since friday and put roughly 100 miles on it and no issues, no check engine light. It even came with a full tank of gas. Could use 2 tires but the ones on it are fine for now.

Purchase price was fair for the mileage, cosmetically it's a little dinged up but nothing more than a shopping cart or 6. Overall I'm very happy with the experience. I looked online and already knew the car I wanted but I'm sure if you were just browsing the lot itd be just as pleasant of an experience. For me personally I would definitely recommend Jeff's auto sales to somebody looking for an affordable car on a whim.

Ignore these negative reviews. Jeff's is great, we have been dealing with them for over 4 years now and on our second vehicle. We originally went to Jeff's the day after Christmas 4 years ago after our car broke down. They were so helpful in making sure we had a car that day. We traded that car In for an upgrade about 2 years ago and we are so satisfied.

I have recommended to many friends. It's always a gamble when you buy a man old used vehicle. I would think most people would understand that. And if you can't keep up with payments then you do t get to keep the car! Pretty simple concept. Anyways, thank you Jeff's auto.

Stay away from this place. They have a scam going strong. They will sell you a vehicle that is scratch and dent Ed. They don't clean or even detail anything. It will break down after a few weeks and then fix it adding it on your bill. So you will end up paying ten thousand dollars for a two thousand dollar vehicle. They sucker you in and say we will fix it and they use hillbilly back yard machanics they don't fix it properly so you have to go back over and over and over again racking your car note up to ten thousand dollars

Love this place Jeff has always been so nice and caring I have got 2 cars from him and have zero problem. He tries to help when needed all the staff are super sweet and helpful.

I have never had such a bad experience with the dealership in my 62 years. Chris is such a rude man. He does not care about the customer whatsoever it's all about him. I should have known when I walked in the door and I asked for Chris he said that's me aren't I good looking?! I told him well I guess that's a matter of opinion. At Jeff's auto sales. all they are about is getting your dollar they do not care about the customer whatsoever.

Will never go back and will tell all my friends about them. If I were Jeff I would be ashamed of my staff. People like them is what give the car dealers a bad name. And guess what? Giving the car back and went and bought another one same day. We were treated very nicely. Do you not deal with Jeff's auto sales they will not work with you no matter what

I usually like the orginal Jeff's on down on Leicester Hwy, but the one on the left almost close to the ingles on the corner of Patton, the woman was very very rude, so I do not recommend this Jeff's site at all. She needs to learn some people skills.

Do not bring your car here! When you give them any personal information like a phone number, they will text you with inappropriate remarks. Do not do business with them!

Jeff and his crew are great. we r on our third car from them. I would highly recommend them to anyone and when I'm ready for another that is where I will be going

Drove an HR to test drive a hhr silver car, the car would get to 60mph and start shaking horribly. came back offered to trade my car if they could fix the shaking. my car had started making a noise yesterday I made that clear before I made the trip, they filled it with oil and had me crank it, offered me 1000$ trade in and 500$ down, said. my car was gonna blow up if I drive it home, so I believed them so I said can I leave my car drive the new car home and bring the title and 500$ tomorrow, and they responded you can leave it here and have somebody come pick you up, HOW FRIGGIN RUDE, my parents have been loyal customer s fir many years and one of my best friends just bought a car.

Seem nice when you purchase a vehicle. However the first issue we had, we were treated very poorly. I would never purchase another vehicle from here. And truthfully not just from Jeff's, but from any buy here pay here. They have zero standard. It is nothing like being a customer of a dealership. These guys have shady practices. I am truly disappointed by there service.

On 02/08/18, I asked for a title be mailed to me after I paid off the car. The person handling the finances, Chris, received a check for the payoff amount. I waited a week and learned he never sent me the title. I contacted my bank and discovered he deposited the check because I have a copy of the cancelled check. When I told Chris this, he became defensive and argued that I never paid off the car. Disgusted, I asked to speak to Jeff and was refused. Therefore, I contacted DMV License and Theft Bureau to have an investigation done.

Jeff was so nice & took care of everything super quick & got me right into the car I wanted! Thank you!
