I had an appointment for Friday to get my car serviced. I dropped it off at Hendrick Acura Thursday, the day before. I received a call Friday afternoon form the service writer telling me that Four technicians were out that day and asking me if I could leave it with them over the weekend. Not having a good option, this is what I did. The car was ready on Monday.

The dealership paid for an Uber ride for me to and from my home to the dealership, which I appreciated. Jamie, the service writer, did a very good job of communicating with me. And, so far, the car appears to have been repaired correctly, despite the glitch on Friday.

By far the best service department we've used. Bought a used Toyota mini van from them, went to have our first oil change done locally (we live over an hour away) and were told the oil filter was stuck to return it to the dealer that serviced it last. Okay, not a happy camper. Drive up and Hendricks Acura immediately says we've got it. If it's stuck we will cover the cost of repairing any damage, all we have to do is pay for the oil change. Sounds fair.

Problem is it's a Friday afternoon, so we schedule to return another day when they have time to get parts in. Fast forward to the day we go and have our oil changed, my husband is expecting to be there all day. Not only was the place we took the van to wrong about the filter being stuck, they could have damaged it trying to force it off. The van requires a tool to remove the filter.

The Hendrick service team educated my husband so we wouldn't have any future issues and for all our trouble washed our van and sent us on our way with a complimentary oil change. Did not have to go above and beyond to make right someone else's mistake, but they did which makes them a 5 Experience!

Kudos to the entire team! We were wowed from the point of initial contact to the completion of the sale! Everyone we encountered was very polite & extremely hospitable. Our Sales Consultant, Mr. Edgar Murphy, engaged with us in a very personable manner & provided excellent customer service. The Financial Manager, Mr. Adham was also very pleasant to work with; he was very patient & thorough. Our visit to Hendrick Acura was by far one of the best car buying experiences we've ever had! Kiley Culotta is very knowledgeable and very engaging throughout the whole car buying experience. He makes sure that you receive the best deal possible and makes you feel comfortable. I never felted pressured to buy anything. I showed up in the morning, just looking and he answered my questions and also answered questions on cars that I was going to look at.

He told me that I would be back as the car I was looking at does not compare to anything else out there! He was so right, I was back an hour later doing paperwork! Thank you so much for everything! This is my best car ever and best car buying experience by far!

I have been taking my Acura to Hendricks Acura for years, they keep improving their service each visit. The latest addition has been the video run of the service, it was awesome. Fed up is an understatement with this dealership. Spoke with GM over a $3k warranty added without discussion during closing and was told I could have it refunded. Spoke with a guy in finance, signed the papers and now 4 weeks later it has still not been refunded to the loan. Our email a week ago also asking for an update has also gone unanswered. To add insult to injury I was told I could use the oil change warranty at the Raleigh Acura, which turned out to be completely false. I sincerely hope no one has the awful experience I have had/the ongoing issues that continue to persist with this dealership.

I had a great experience purchasing a new car Hendrick Acura South Point. I went in with very specific needs and in less than a month they were able to bring in the exact car I asked for. Edgar has been wonderful to work with. He is very responsive, easy to work with, and kind. He always made me feel like I was his top priority. When purchasing my car, he went through all the features of the car and even helped set up my Apple CarPlay before leaving. He is absolutely the best! I recently just purchased a used Acura from this dealership. I understand it wasn't brand new and had another owner before me but I am not fully happy with my purchase. Y'all need to do a better job analyzing y'all's vehicles. Feels like I was scammed with the price I had to pay for this vehicle.

It's never fun to take the car for service. When the service team exceeds expectations, for a picky person, it almost makes the experience pleasant! The last time I went, dreading it, just before a Move out of state, the service department told me they didn't have wipers in stock. We were finishing up our packing and intended to leave in two days.

We felt overwhelmed by needing to make a 30min trip to the dealership. But mike, Juan and Jose came through! They offered to drive the blades to the house. What a fantastic team! Thank you.

Service department impeccable! Every time we need to take our car in we have received great service and the care take. My negative review is in regard to the sales department. We came in to look at a used vehicle, not Acura brand. We test drove it and told the rep what our offer was. We did our research and knew this car was on the lot over 60 days and wasn't an Acura.

He then began arguing with us and implied we couldn't sell a vehicle. I kid you not, they guy said "Have you tried to sell a car in 60 days?" As a matter of fact I sold one of my previous cars over a weekend. He then went to the managers office and know he ran his mouth. The manager came out to say that the price was the sticker price then turned his back on us and walked away.

If this is how you treat customers it is despicable. If you are reading this I strongly suggest taking your business elsewhere. There are about 4 or 5 dealerships surrounding it so hop on over to BMW where they consider all offers and don't treat you like dirt. I know because that's where I took myself and bought a car.

I visited Hendrick Acura for a comprehensive service appointment last week. I was greeting in a friendly manner and they also provided a near-new loaner RDX for my use for as long as needed. Status updates and follow up communication were great, too. I wasn't around long enough to see the waiting area but based on what I did see of this new location I'm sure it must be top notch.

A complimentary wash and vacuum was provided and my car now runs like a top. The reason that I've only given three stars in this review is a new tear in the leather of my car's passenger seat that I know was not there before my appointment -- see the photo. (There was some work done on that seat's power window so it was obvious that some time was spent in that part of the car).

Unfortunately I had laid my paperwork right on top of the passenger seat at pick-up time and so didn't see the damage until I arrived home. Other than this, I was happy with my service experience at Hendrick Acura Southpoint.

I was just coming for a test drive. ended up taking home the most beautiful vehicle I've ever owned. Jonathan Honey was my sales rep. He was very professional, attentive, and he and his sales manager, Steve, gave me a great deal on a used TL in EXCELLENT condition! I recently went car shopping at Hendrick Acura Southpoint and I had the pleasure or working with salesman Russ Buxton. He made me feel comfortable as he assisted me with the purchasing process. I must say that this was my best car shopping experience. Russ was very informative as he was answering every question I had patiently. Nowadays, with the issues of a pandemic, it commonly seen that car salesmen just don't do enough and their only objective is to get money out of your wallet. But, salesman like Russ delivers an incredible service and gives a very pleasant experience. I recommend and will continue to use Hendrick Acura Southpoint for the years ahead. Bill Crosier was great to work with in my purchase of a 2003 RSX Type-S. I'm a big fan of the Silver-Era Honda/Acura cars and when this Unicorn (1 owner, low mileage, all vins, service history) came in I knew I had to have it. Bill was accommodating and made the transaction simple and pleasurable. Want to know what REALLY impressed me though?

I was essentially purchasing the cheapest cars on the lot (it was parked next to a $60,000 SUV) and the way I was treated was as if I was purchasing a new A-Spec RDX. That is integrity & Character. In the next year when we offload our "family" Suv, we will bring our business to Bill & Hendrick Acura Southpoint. We are a Honda/Acura family!

I was turned away by Leith Acura in Cary and went to Hendricks instead. I am so glad that I did! I received absolutely amazing customer service (thanks Dan McCaffrey!), they were forthcoming on any and all repairs that needed to be made, and were extremely generous and helpful. I cannot recommend them enough. They definitely earned my business and I will be back!

This past weekend I purchased a 2019 RDX from this dealer. From the moment I waked in, I was greeted with a smile. I was given a very detailed walkthrough of the vehicle and my questions were answered in great detail. Every staff member I came across congratulated me on my purchase. The staff seemed genuinely enthusiastic which made the buying experience pleasurable. The follow up calls and emails were a nice personal touch. I couldn't recommend another dealership more.

I take my new Acura RDX here whenever it needs to be serviced. Customer Service here is great. When I had an issue that required my vehicle to stay for a few days, I was able to use a nice new loaner vehicle, a big Acura MDX. They kept me regularly updated on the progress of the repair until it was ready. Regular maintenance, like an oil change, is quick and easy, especially with the prepaid plan.

My husband and I have visited this lot a few times in the past year while searching for a car. Each time we were treated with respect and patience. Yes patience. There was no pressure at all and they were great at communicating with us. This last visit, we worked with Mason. We were looking at a used Volvo on the lot, and he did his research on that car before we came in.

He was able to answer every one of my questions. We also decided to drive the RDX while there, and he was quick to suggest a model they had on the lot in the price range we were working with. Overall, a great experience working with a great business.

Customer service follow-up review (please see my previous review on August 31, 2017): On 9/4 Jill from Performance Acura responded to the Yelp review that I completed on 8/30. In her response she stated she would reach out to me to rectify the situation. That never happened. I called on 9/6 (left a message) and twice on 9/7 (left a message on first try and she answered the second call).

During our conversation it was agreed that she would put a gas card in the mail as a means of them making the situation a little better. At the close of our conversation she stated that she would put a get the gas card and mail it on Friday, 9/8. On 9/12, Jill posted another message to my Yelp review and thanked me for allowing her to rectify the situation and if I needed anything else to please call, etc, etc but I had yet to receive anything from her nor Performance Acura.

Well finally on 9/18 I had a FedEx envelope from Performance Acura waiting for me when I arrived home. Much to my surprise, I opened it and found a gift card attached to a Performance Acura envelope, nothing more, nothing less, including a note of apology for the delay. I guess most customers would be ecstatic about the gift card but I was promised a gas card and the type of gift card I received does not work at gas stations without an act of congress. I am overdone with this situation and still remain disappointed and underwhelmed with the level of customer service displayed by the parties involved at Performance Acura.

Hi. I relocated to NC 1.5 years ago and I am so happy that I came to this dealership. I get service with my FAVORITE service advisor, Andy, and he ALWAYS makes sure that he takes care of me. I am now on my 7th Acura and the dealerships I've dealt with in the past in VA don't even compare to the service I have received here. I completely trust him and he has always gone above and beyond to assist me.

A few days ago, I came in for routine maintenance and ended up leaving with a new car. LOL! I wanted to lower my car payment & had the PLEASURE of being taken care of by Edgar, who is amazing too I might add. He listened to my needs & I didn't feel like a number. He wanted to make sure that I was 100% satisfied and I definitely was. It made me feel good to know that they care so much about their customers & that they have high ethical and moral standards that they live/work by.

They work as a team & that is a big difference from the VA dealers I've unfortunately purchased from in the past. It is safe to say that I am now a Performance Acura "lifer".I will not ever purchase another Acura from any other dealer. : Thanks so much for everything gentlemen! KUDOS!

If you think dealing with a dealership is a pain, you are definitely working with the wrong one. The guys here in the service department, especially Michael Barr and Andrew Gloc, are outstanding. Informative, helpful and never pushy, you feel like they really have your best interests at heart. I have no doubt that I will continue to bring my car here for future needs, (which have been only regular servicing and one battery replacement under warranty), but that's why I bought an Acura in the first place.
