Paid almost $3000 to have them to put in the engine for my 2013 Ford fiesta, it was done at the end of May it is now June and my car is running hot and my air does not work we contacted them and they didn't wanna have anything to do with it basically, they said my warranty is over and Josh hung up on me! I would advise you to just take money that you would invest in a car over for this amount in a new car

They're always doing great work. Patience is A virtue, when dealing with them, well worth the wait. The job is done correctly the first time.

I guess it depends what you are looking for but of the 6 cars listed on inventory list, I only found 1. Lot of time wasted trying to identify the correct row due to poor signage.

Came on a Wednesday afternoon at 4:10pm, I tried to go In the yard but I was told by an employee that " it's closed" when the website says no entry 30 mins prior to closing and they close at 5pm. What a waste of time next time I'm just going to LKQ pick a part.

I posted on the Brandywine site about the warranty I paid 200.00 For and some person posted that they have no record of me purchasing anything from them I have every reciept and you can not be any type of manager for brandywine auto parts to tell someone who has spent over 1000.00 dollars in your establishment your investigating skill need to be updated in the mean time my car is sitting in a shop for months waiting on you people to acknowledge my warranty and do the right thing.

OXVAN, I hope I spelled it right.the level of customer service this guy showed is unbelievable. I called about a part for jeep Cherokee and was looking to come down and pull it. No auto parts store could provide us the proper part. Brandywine didnt have a jeep that year but he stayed on top of it and CALLED ME BACK, he had located the proper size pulley and had it in stock and waiting for me when I pulled up. Steve.give this guy a bonus.he deserves it.

I called Brandywine. I was transferred to and put on hold by 4 people. I then hung up, called back, told the woman who answered I'd hung up and called back and she replied in the bitchiest tone I've ever heard from a business "Well, that'll get you put on hold again". I forged ahead and asked if they had seats for a Toyota truck and she said "We don't inventory seats" then hung up on me.

Two messages, first for those who might call Brandywine and second, my response to that nasty woman I talked to. Don't call them unless you like being on hold for 10 minutes and then not getting what you called for. As for Ms. Nastiness, please feel free to buss my posterior.two cheeks, no waiting.

After being referred to by a loyal repeat customer, Ive come to the conclusion this company does not like speaking to women. I can't explain it any other way why they would treat potential customers that way. I called several times, asked specifically for the part and was either transferred to another ringing phone or hung up on. If they didn't have the part, he should have simply said so.

If they were about to close, he should have said that as well. Why keep answering the phone, I ask for the part and then he hangs up? Ridiculous. Good luck at getting any help here if you are not a male mechanic.

I use to love this place but lately they are very much a disappointment. The lady at the switchboard is rude as hell & needs training on customer service. I've ordered two different parts in one week, first they gave me the wrong alternator, then a week later give me the wrong VVT part. While waiting for these parts to come in I had to try to arrange for a friend to pick up my part (due to not being able to drive my car or use anyone's) the switchboard lady got rude with my friend.

Again I have been coming here for years and the service is getting worse. After two failed attempts to get the right parts. I'm done, my car has been sitting for almost three weeks due to their mistakes & not letting a friend pick up my parts. This is why all other established companies look down on this place. I'm done defending their name.

If your a normal person and not a mechanic then they seem a bit irritated and upset, openly mocking customers on the phone while on hold in front of customers in store. Not the place if your looking for great customer service but if your in a jam and can DIY with little interaction from staff then this is your place.

I found a part I had been looking for 8 months at this place. The counter people knew their stuff. A neat well organized yard with a large inventory of parts as well as a full auto parts store next door and a pro section full of equipment for vehicle towing.

They had what I needed. A bit expensive for the damage it had but far cheaper than a new one. I will say though I'm not sure if the employees have attitude problems or that's how they are. So go in there with either a thick skin or smart brain. I'll also say there one customer needing to get out in their place and the employee had no problem doing. God I love our Country.

I give this business a no star, I called to inquire about a part who ever they have answering which is a female, Was so rude and unprofessional, yelling at me through the phone because I couldn't understand her non speaking ass. I would never give this business a dime of my money. I see have it's a two star business.

Brandywine Auto Parts is a well maintained junk yard/auto mechanic shop. I have been to a few salvage yards in VA and most are disorganized, dirty and the parts that are advertised are rarely updated in inventory. As for Brandywine Auto Parts there salvage yard is well organized, each car has plenty of space between them so there is no lack of room to work. Each row of cars are categorized by make of vehicle. Staff are helpful and you cannot beat there repair shop prices!

DID NOT STAND BEHIND BAD TRANSMISSION THEY SOLD ME. I bought a used transmission for my 2006 Ford Explorer through Brandywine auto parts. Due to delays at the shop I was working with the transmission sat for several months uninstalled. Now this is a legit Exxon station with an ongoing relationship with Brandywine. Once installed the transmission sent error codes like a Christmas tree.

I had the vehicle towed to another shop to make certain it was not install error. Same codes, tranny no good. So I spoke with MARK the manager and he said the tranny had only a 30 day warranty. Now mind you we had three service stations corroborating the fact that the transmission was bad, and had only just been installed. The trans was bad from day one, and instead of standing behind his product, and providing a new one, Mark stonewalled me and stood behind his short warranty.

His scrap iron transmission cost me $750, plus the install cost, $1000, plus towing fees $120 plus rebuilding his worthless transmission, another $1200.00 He could have done the right thing and seen that his transmission was junk from day one, but he screwed me with the short warranty clause. Thanks again Mark. Watch these jokers they are unethical.

Came in for what should've been a $10-$15 part, the guy tried to charge me $50. One look on eBay the same part is $10 shipped to my door.

As the reviews state, terrible customer service! Rude and unfriendly. Do not support this business. I wish I read the comments before taking my truck here. I was so happy to find a discounted Engine that I took a chance. Huge mistake! Buying the engine was ok. However installing and waiting months and then driving off and the check engine light came back on. And being told to take to Autozone was the issue!

I have to say this is a trashy piss poor business! It appears they are in the business to abuse and rip off customers with a mission. Stay away. Use Advance Auto or Rock Auto etc.

I went to Brandywine U-pull it for a part that I needed. After I paid my two dollars to enter the yard, I found out that Brandywine pulls all the motors, transmissions, and pretty much anything in the engine bay before the car is put out on the yard. If you need anything engine or transmission related, DO NOT GO TO BRANDYWINE U-PULL IT.save your two dollars and go to Stafford or Fredericksburg Pick-a-part.

I have a 2018 Ford Expedition and I made a huge mistake and blew the engine up, I went to the dealer naturally and the price was astronomical 14k please note I did and do have a service agreement and warranty BUT it was my fault I could have lied but the mistake was clearly my fault. So let's get to the review my wife and friends were advising me to call Brandywine I am glad I did they found me an engine with 1900 miles on it and installed my brakes and turbos for less than half of what anyone else and they did a great job, Phillip Pallo was excellent and Laurie and Jeff in the installation center were excellent and honest they all were honest and fair.

I called once to inquire and the guy was super friendly. He told me that they didn't have what I was looking for but their sister store did so he gave me their number. I lost the number and called back to inquire again and this time this guy was extremely rude. Very short and unhelpful. A bit snappy and rude as he told me he couldn't help me. I never called back. I called U Pull It instead and that conversation was very pleasant so they'll be getting my business.

I had my front bumper bought and put on by brandywone installations. it was a wonderful experience. The work was impeccable as i am very very paticular about my honda. The same thing happened to my bumper again so i am going right back to them. I would highly recommend this shop and the people that work there.

Messy yard-vehicles are picked over-rows are not clearly marked-cars are not sorted by any degreepics online DO NOT reflect the condition of the car in the yard! Unfriendly counter staff. FORT WASHINGTON SAVE MORE U PULL IT IS SO MUCH CLEANER, NEATER, HELPFUL, FRIENDLY. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra few miles to go to Save More U Pull It.

I needed a part from my mechanic while I was at work. My girlfriend said she would help and drive all the way from Bethesda to Brandywine @ 14000 Crain Highway just to find out the part needed to be ordered first and arrive tomorrow! I asked the guy before she went and he said "we have in in stock just come pick it up." Do you think they give a shit for the three hour inconvenience?

Meanwhile my car sits hoisted up on a Lift at the mechanic's shop for a second day and now he is pissed. This is a terrible practice of business especially when they deep in the freaking woods!

I've never purchased used car parts and was surprised about my entire experience at Brandywine Auto Parts. Let's start with Billy. While answering what seemed like a never-ending stream of calls, he was pleasant and able to direct me to the part for which I was searching. Then, there are the guys in the installation area. Even when a woman expressed her anger with not getting the answer that she wanted, the Brandywine representative never waivered in his professionalism. Additionally, while I waited for the installation of a car part, the guys consistently provided great customer service to the many people who entered the facility.

They even joked around with customers a bit to lighten the mood while people waited for service. And equally important, the cost was GREAT! In fact, it was significantly lower than estimates that I received from a dealership and two repair shops.

I patronized this place with buying 2 engines and a windshield.the last engine I bought wasn't any good.they are giving me the run around about replacing my engine.they are not trying to uphold their warranty and trying to pass the problem around to whomever. I will not be quiet until I get my engine.

Used to love going to Brandywine to get parts for my Jeeps. They have a lot of selection across many lots. However - don't even try calling to ask a question about parts, inventory etc! They answer the phone "hello, Brandywine please hold, thank you!" Click! Then you will wait forever to get someone on the phone. If they don't know they tell you to call the other yard and repeat the same process.

You will be bounced back and forth, one word answers and that's if you are lucky enough to get someone to even talk to. Unlike Harry's u Pull it, Brandywine doesn't have a good, easy to use inventory of their cars online. That's probably why you can never talk to anyone because people are calling in to ask if they have this or that car. Come on, Brandywine! Put your inventory online or hire a few more people to answer the freakin phones! Used to love you, now I'm just blah
