After being to numerous dealerships and getting disappointed, I decided to try one more time and give Toyota of Bowie a try. I met with Remi and he was able to provide me with the car I wanted! After a couple of hours, I was approved and before I knew it, I was driving home with a new 2021 Hybrid Toyota Corolla! I would recommend this place to any body and I'm glad I didn't give up on finding my car.

Best Toyota dealer in Maryland, Fayyaz was our sales guy. He was straight forward and up front about everything. Helped us for two months until we found the exact vehicle we wanted, not at all pushy; finance guy was fantastic as well, Sales manager was even great. Best all around customer service! Fayyaz khan was very straight forward exactly the way people should be treated. He was very helpful from the time we first started looking at new/used vehicles to nearly a month later when we committed to purchasing. He was able to find a vehicle not only in my budget but one I really liked as well. I recently purchased a new Rav4 from Toyota of Bowie and it was nothing short of an amazing process from start to finish! My salesman Fayyaz khan and Nena in finance were very attentive and made the entire process such an easy and enjoyable experience. I made appointment to have car brakes fixed, dropped my car off early in the morning before 7am and put keys in drop box. Started getting late in the day and never heard from service department I called and they had no clue about my car. They took my number and said someone would call back. Over thirty minutes later I called again and talked to someone and told them what my car looked like and where I put the keys.
He checked drop box, low and behold my keys are still inside of it and was told they don't check the night drop box after 630am. So I wasted a day off of PTO and drove my wife from Bowie to DC so I would have a car and be able to pay and get the keys back because my wife gets out of work late. I showed up at dealership to get my keys stood in line and told the manager i want my keys.
The manager didn't have a clue what i was talking about, so obviously they don't tell management when they make a mistake and she answered "what keys"? Someone heard me asking for keys handed me the envelope that i filled out in the morning and put in drop box with the keys still in it and I got a "sorry" with his head down. Not a word from anyone else.
On top of all this I had a voicemail from the dealership, finally returning my call and the person said he has no idea where my car is. I will take my business elsewhere from now on,

Salesman Fayyaz khan was instrumental in assisting me through the whole purchase process. I felt totally comfortable with his explanation of features on this new 2022 Corolla. Then after the purchase helped set up all the electronics. I haven't seen anyone else so far like Fayyaz khan the way he does his job. Very satisfied with this car buying experience. I just got a New SUV from these guys and had a super smooth and very pleasant experience. Fayyaz Khan was the salesperson who helped get me squared away. He made the whole process really easy/low stress and maintained great communication throughout. Phan Nguyen provided outstanding service and was truly a dedicated and committed Service Consultant. Mr. Nguyen's professionalism and knowledge is a reflection and example of Toyotas commitment in meeting the needs of its clients! Mr. Nguyen was empathetic and assured me that my issue would be resolved effectively, efficiently and without further issues. Mr. Nguyen and his team of certified technicians clearly scored a home run! I've been having a steering issue with my car for months!
I have been back and forth with what appeared to reputable Toyota service centers, all of whom were ineffective and unable to properly diagnose the issue of my car. I greeted Mr. Nguyen with hesitation and a belief that Toyota of Bowie would not be able to pinpoint my issue. Boy, was I wrong! Had an appointment to test drive a new car at 6 PM. They called to confirm the appointment around 3:30 PM. I arrived a little before 6 PM and was sat at the salespersons desk. Once he got to his desk I provided my name and confirmed the car I had an appointment to test drive. The gentleman leaves and I see him walking around to talk to multiple people. He comes back to tell me they sold the car earlier that morning. THEY CONFIRMED MY APPOINTMENT TO TEST DRIVE A CAR THEY NO LONGER HAD. Complete waste of my time

I had called all over VA and MD to find my car. Got a hold of Arde and we worked out everything over the phone ranging from my trade in to the financing. Once we agreed on a deal I drove 1.5 hours to pick up the car that night. The sales manager and Arde stayed way past closing to get everything taken care of and in fact the sales manager dropped my APR even lower after I arrived. Amazing customer service.

BEWARE WHEN USING THEIR SERVICES. KEEP ALL COMMUNICATION IN WRITING AS NO VERBAL PROMISE FROM THEM EVER CAME TO PASS. Let me share my experience about a $500 hold to that I put on a Toyota Corolla 2017 on Wednesday Aug 11th. I came back on Friday Aug 13th and ended up getting a newer model: Toyota Corolla 2019. I was told by the person who worked on my financing as well as the Edward that the hold would be dropped the same day.
It was not done! I waited 4 business days and called back on Wednesday Aug 18th as I still had not received my hold back. I spoke with Edward who guaranteed me that the refund was ALREADY processed but it might take up to 10 business days. As someone in charge of refunds at my club, I understand the banking laws requires up to 30 days for bank to post charges, but I also know that in practical term, no client of mine had had to wait more than 3 business days for a refund to post in over 5 years.
The fact that I did not get mine after 3 business days already had me uneasy. I tried to call multiple people, multiple times on Friday Aug 20th but I was not able to reach anybody, so I left a few voicemails. This morning I got an early call back from Patricia. Patricia told me that the hold refund has not been requested yet by the sales team. She also said that it would be a check refund because it is Toyota's policy which different from what I have been told.
I had clearly asked how the hold would be returned to me. And if this is something I legally have the options to choose, I insist on getting an eft refund as this was my method of payment & this was what was promised to me. On Monday August 23rd, I emailed the GM, Sales Rep & the head of Accounting on the same email in order to have the story straight on my refund.
I specifically asked for all communications to be in writing going forward to avoid anymore "misunderstanding". The General Manager ignored my request to email and chose to call to make yet another promise. He said he had just approved a credit card refund and that the refund would post on my account within 3 business days. Today; Monday, August 30th, I still have not received my refund.
I emailed the team again and received an email back from the accounting department saying that they just received my refund request and will process a. CHECK refund. I told them to go ahead submit the check refund. I just need to be able to move forward and forget about them at this point.

Made an appointment in a Sunday morning with Kevon and arrived to wait and wait. I didn't love it but cest la vie. After TWO HOURS, we started chatting. The car I wanted wasn't available. I wanted a Venza base model because I'd heard that the 12 display is clunky and annoying and, having test driven, I agree though I could figure it out. Kevon wanted to chat vehicle before price but I'm all about price.
We put the numbers down and they came back right so the deal was done. This dealership isn't a hard selling one-- or maybe they are and I came on the right Day-- but they're not loss leaders either. BE PREPARED TO PUSH BACK ON YOUR TRADE. The finance guy was excellent, laid back, and did his job efficiently. I had a snafu with my credit Union and had to make partial payment in cash instead of card because it wouldn't transfer but he was nice and counted the money for me. Kevon the salesman was also nice and followed up on my plates and my garage door opener which was accidentally left in my trade. Overall good buying experience and I'd go back. We are generally Honda/Acura people but I was impressed. Definitely a good buying experience.

When the main reason this dealership is getting treated like animals in the work place is a no for me to go here. Techs in the work place have been discriminated because of their ethnicity. Front desk might give you a good service but techs arent happy working here because management is garbage. Go somewhere else.

I cannot stress enough how horrible my experience at Toyota of Bowie has been. When I first brought my vehicle for service, they tossed on a bunch of non-necessary services to jack up my bill (likely because I am a young driver and they thought they could get away with it). After being called out on this, they were very apologetic and gave a fair discount, so I figured it would be alright if I continued to have my car taken care of here while keeping a close eye on charges and being very specific as to only wanting mandatory service done.
Little did I know I was provided some free damage as a bonus: I recently took my vehicle to another repair business and not only have they had to drill a lug nut out and replace it but also the rotors are damaged and need replacing as they were not rotated (which means Toyota of Bowie was not performing the multi-point inspections as claimed) on top of other issues that are now going to cost me to have fixed. Do not take your vehicle to Toyota of Bowie!

"Horrible Experience with Sales Person" I bought a 2020 Toyota corolla at Toyota of Bowie and after I was made to sign that I have received two keys for the vehicle during the paperwork, after the car was delivered to me I was given only one key. I asked the sales representative about the second key and he lied to me that I can come back later to collect the second key.
I came back later but the key was not given to me, I was told they would have to cut it for me at some very inconvenient time. It was obvious they have misplaced the second key and did not make any effort to get me another one. The sales person, I think his name is Ayodele was very unprofessional, rude and lack integrity in his dealing with me. What an overall horrible experience with the Sales Rep!

Giving this place TWO Stars and this is only for Craig Paige. He's the best however his co-workers, literary took money out of his pocket based on their actions. From the new car manager trying to give me a lesson on how credit works, not knowing I've worked in the mortgage and finance industry the past 14yrs very insulting, to the used car manager just up and disappearing.

On Feb 1, I traded my car, which still had a loan balance from Allied Financial on it. On March 5, Allied still had not received any money for the balance owed on my car. My February payment was now past due. There is no reason it took over 30 days for Boeie to write and send a check for my trade in balance. I will have a very hard time ever doing business with this dealership in the future due to the lack of professionalism starting with the Sales Manager and going on down. However, my sales guy, Dustin, was awesome.
He went above and beyond from the time I arrived at the dealership to this very day, to help me in every way. I wish the other employees would learn what true customer service is from this gentleman. Buying a car is the worst. The absolute worst. I hate it so much, I hate the games, I hate having to spend all the money. It's no fun. However, Toyota of Bowie made me hate it a little less :. I came in with an idea of what I wanted, but wasn't sure of the inventory they had. I'd looked online and didn't see what I wanted there.
This location is not far from my home/job, so I figured I'd stop in just in case they had something. It worked out! I worked with a gentleman who was super efficient, took care of what I needed, and negotiated fairly. The star of the show was the business office worker. He was efficient, kept things moving, and had a friendly personality that made the process of signing your life away much more pleasant than it can be. I'm hoping the service department has improved after reading these reviews, that's for sure. I'll keep ya'll posted, though.

Quite the unsavory place where one "manager" works the numbers and you think you agree on a price until the other "manager" comes and tells you "they can't do that because it's a $xxxx losing price which should no been given in the first place" Do yourself a favor and go to just about any other Toyota dealer if you're looking to save yourself some time and the incessant unwelcome phone calls from their "managers" after your visit.

If I could leave a ZERO star I would. DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE! I had a great experience buying my first car, from picking the car, financing, it was a pretty decent experience overall. So, I drive off the lot with my temporary tags, happy as a clam. 30 days later I get a call that my new tags were there. I arrive at the dealership, a salesman meets me outside, takes my temp tags off and I hand him the old temporary registration.
I walk back in, SIGN MY NAME on the Toyota Dealers "tag log" confirming that I have received my NEW tags on that exact date! Two weeks later I get two speeding tickets in the mail of a car that DOES NOT belong to me, BUT has my temporary tags that I turned in to the dealer. More tickets are probably on the way. Remember, I signed my new tags out, so how on earth are TWO tags registered under my name to my ONE car?!
How on earth were the temp tags NOT shredded (as they are supposed to be when returned) and in the hands of someone else, other than myself? To this day, Toyota has YET to take full responsibility of this issue, except pay for ONE ticket. They refuse to pay for the second ticket because it was still registered under my name and that I need to report it stolen when in fact, IT WAS STOLEN FROM THE DEALERSHIP and WAS NO LONGER IN MY POSSESSION.
I have my new registration to prove that and the log where I signed out my new tags. Literally absurd! Not one person I've spoken too has been able to tell me how my tags walked out of the dealership and onto the car of someone else that does not belong to me. They don't seem to care to investigate, nor have they apologized for their carelessness and the inconvenience this is continuing to cause me.
