Although we didn't end up purchasing our car here because our situation changed, I was just blown away by Marcello's and Diego's customer service and kindness. I went to the Bill Page dealership on Saturday to test drive a Highlander hybrid because it was the only place in the area that had one in stock. I had no intention of buying a car that day- only to test drive- but Kwang was very persuasive! He's a great salesman and gave me a lot of incentives for buying a new car and also trading in my old Sienna. He'll treat you right if you buy a car from him.

We recently bought a 2022 RAV-4. The service from Bill Page Toyota was excellent from the beginning. Julie Park (our sales consultant) and Diego Garcia (sales manager) were very helpful answering all our questions. We visited different dealers but we found that Diego and Julie at Bill Page were honest with no hidden prices. We placed a deposit for the car, we were immediately notified when it arrived to the store and completing the paperwork went smoothly. Our experience buying a new car was wonderful and we highly recommend Julie and Diego.

I've taken my new Toyota vehicle for two maintenance intervals and a manufacturer recall. Each time, a repeat visit was required. They initially refused to complete the recall with the gas tank. A second time, while they did the repair the tank was leaking gasoline and the cabin spelled of gas so badly we couldn't drive the car. We had to return a third time to get it resolved.

Most recently, they refused to complete the 15,000 mile maintenance because we were at 14,500. We noted that we had two driving trips coming up and would go over 15,000 miles. This forced as to get the maintenance at 15,700 miles. Again, the vehicle smelled of gasoline in the cabin and they failed to top off fluids as they claimed. The coolant was low and would have required more prior to the next scheduled maintenance.

Just too many problems and too difficult to get reliable service in one visit. If it weren't for the free maintenance with a new vehicle, I would never have returned. Cannot imagine paying for service that can never be completed correctly on the first try.

Overall, I would rate the service at 6. Having to wait two hours for routine service with an appointment is not good for quality customer service. I would also recommend employees to not be on their cell phones as this can be a distraction and cause them to overlook customers who haven't been waited on. I waited 10 minutes before Jose was able to assist me.

He had been with another customer while two other employees sat behind the counter talking with each other and on cell phones. Neither of the other employees attempted to assist me once I arrived. I commend Jose for going above and beyond to get me checked in and out as quickly as possible. He was professional and displayed reputable customer service.

Bought a car from this dealership just a few weeks ago and I would highly recommend Marcello as your sales representative and Elvin from the finance department. Both were very polite and were exceedingly informative. Overall the process was smooth and very professional.

If you are a smart person do not go to this Toyota dealership. They sent my credit inquiry 8 times for the same bank knowing they have already denied it. I met with a lady who is inexperienced and she literally added $11,345 for miscellaneous expenses. DO NOT GO HERE. There are different toyota dealerships with better offer

My Sales Consultant was Julie park. She was very kind and patient through the process. She showed me and let me test drive different models. She also worked with me to reduce my apr to 2.99% (having a decent credit score). The trade in process was lighting fast and they offered a fair price for my old car. Overall a very nice, fast, and paper-free experience.

Hi everyone, Be careful when you buy a car, this dealer does work on behalf of the customer. I bought a car December 7th, 2021. Two weeks later I go to the dealership to take my plate tag and they gave me someone else's plate tag paper, so they told me some other customer had taken my initial plate tax paper. They told me they'd solve this situation in a week, but I received no updates for three weeks.

I returned to the dealership and I told was they don't know where my plate tag paper was and so they gave me a temporary plate tag paper. Now it's been over two months of not having a plate. This is irresponsible on their half of not caring about their customers. I received such horrible service. I won't come back here again.

Excellent service experience. These guys actually care, they want to help and will go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. I had a problem another dealer charged me a lot for but never fixed (rhymes with "Loons"). The team at Bill Page found a way to help me, fixed the problem and did not overcharge. Highly recommended.

Bought a used 2020 Corolla Hatchback 6MT 11,900 miles in Feb 2021, the car has been great no problems until Tuesday October 12, 2021. Battery was dead, so dead the lights would not come on although the doors did unlock (it has keyless entry). Called Bill Page Toyota and made an appointment for 1:00pm. Jump Started car and drove to the dealership a total drive time of 25 min. Got to the dealer at 12:20pm.

Car was checked out and I was told that the battery tested out fine 414 CCA on a battery rated at 360 CCA and falls between replace and good. First thing- how is it possible that a battery that was dead is now o.k. after a 25 min drive? I told the service tech that there is a TSB on the 2020 Corolla Hatch about the battery going dead for no reason and I was basically blown off with the excuse that my VIN is not included in the TSB. So, here I am not knowing when and if my battery will go dead again.

I did find a couple of other 2020 Hatchback owners on the web having the exact same problem I have and they got the update and the problem went away, so far. One other thing, according to the test slip I was given this test was performed at 12:29pm. So, why did I not leave until 3:15pm? I want to reiterate I am not trying to throw Bill Page Toyota under the bus both car purchases went without a hitch.

I just wish that the tech would have at least tried to put the TSB update into the car's computer, what would it have hurt? I also have a 2020 Corolla Sedan 6MT that was bought new at Bill Page Toyota and this car has an occasional engine pinging problem (sounds like my 72 Pinto I used to have a very long time ago) which the Hatchback never does, but I am afraid to bring it in and am waiting to see if a TSB is ever done for it.

Me and my family go here and had mixed experiences, depending on the person who helped us. Service: We came here for an oil change and made an appointment, and we were told we had to wait 2 hours. We were confused because the point of an appointment was to avoid wait times, so we asked why it was taking so long, and the guy rudely blamed it on us/customers for being there.

Not sure what his name was, but he looked like Gru from despicable me. On the other hand, we had multiple interactions with Tu Tran, who was extremely friendly and helpful. Dealership: Alvin Lee was extremely friendly and helpful. Our problem, however, lies with the person processing our paper, but I do not know his name. At one point in my life, I drove a car that wasn't safe, and the owner of the car wouldn't trade it in, which led me to think that the payments on it had to be fully finished before getting rid of it.

Not knowing much better because it was my first car, and I was still mentally shook from that unsafe car, I asked if it was possible to trade in if something went wrong with that car before the payments are finished. He laughed in my face, and said, "Let's say one day, you make so much money, and you don't know what to do with it, then sure, you can get a different car." Like wtf?

All I did was show concern about my safety and he threw it back at me because I'm not rich, which is gross. Not like I'm trying to do/buy something I can't afford. EDIT: I contacted the dealership directly like China replied and mentioned, but no one ever got back to me. Originally had this at 3 stars but after that edit and the fact that they deleted my review on google, the majority of the people here clearly does not have good or even basic customer service skills.

This is my second review of Bill Page Toyota, specifically I have only had interactions with the service department. Primarily, I have had experiences with service advisors / managers Tu Tran and Tu Song; however, all of the employees that I've had interactions with provide excellent customer service, patience with answering questions, and keep individuals informed.

I am writing this review because I had an unfavorable experience with another service center that shall not be named and is in no way affiliated with Bill Page Toyota. In my ten years of owning cars, I have experienced great anxiety as a woman related to service centers doing the following and much more: selling me things that I don't need, severely up-charging services, and condescending / passive aggressive communication when I ask for clarification on services (because I am not a subject matter expert and want to understand the basic information on what is happening).

Other women know exactly what I am talking about without explanation. I have scheduled service with Bill Page Toyota about five times. Every. Single. Time. The service is absolutely exceptional. The sales advisors tell me that I don't need certain services because it is "too early" or I "don't need it." They patiently explain all services and prices until I understand or feel comfortable (cars are expensive, and I feel comfortable when I am informed).

The Bill Page Toyota Team has taken this type of anxiety completely out of me. I am at ease when I arrive, and I feel immensely grateful to not experience discrimination for once.

The experience was poor starting off with the phone call before heading to the dealership. This was the second Toyota dealer we went to that day out of three. We called ahead to ask if they had certain models in their inventory that were within our price range. The sales rep on the line said they only had the nicer models and actually asked on the phone "You can't afford ($ amount that was at least $6K above our threshold)?" Buddy, if you want a sale, that ain't how you go about talking to a potential client. Questioning our ability to pay was quite frankly insulting.

We finally go to the dealership and we go to the front desk. The woman at the front is on her phone and we stand there for several seconds waiting for her to direct us to a sales rep. Finally the same sales rep we talked to over the phone comes to us himself. The woman never left her seat and I still don't know if she looked up at all. We told the sales rep our threshold and what we were looking for.

Rather than listen to us, he kept trying to up sell even with firm "No, we can't afford this." He kept deflecting and not answering our questions. For example, I asked what features the luxury models had that really made them worth the price point compared to the more basic models we were looking for. His response was "Because they are luxury and have more features." That's not a convincing argument to spend $10-20K more than what we can actually afford.

He fit the stereotype of a car salesman trying to make the highest sale possible with no regard with his clients limitations or what they wanted/needed. The final straw was when he came back with the supposed Carfax info he downloaded on the car we wanted to trade in; he straight up lied to us and said that the car has been in "a few accidents, like 3 or 4." Well, 1) which is it? 3 or 4 accidents? and 2) we had the carfax already and our vehicle was in exactly 1 accident.

The third Toyota dealership we went to actually printed out the Carfax for us and it showed exactly ONE accident, not "3 or 4." With that it was a no brainer to leave. We let the rep know that we need to discuss things and we are going to keep looking for more affordable models. The sales rep gave one last parting shot to us by saying we won't find the desired models for less and we won't get better financing.

I left feeling like I just broke up with a guy that I dated for 3 weeks because I realized how toxic he is with his gaslighting and condescending attitude. Maybe the sales rep we had is new, but this was by far the worst experience of the day. We had a great experience with Priority Toyota in Springfield and a good experience with Ourisman Toyota in Fairfax. I'd urge you to consider those dealerships before Bill Page Toyota in Falls Church.

I'm giving this place 5 stars purely from a gentleman I spoke to in Service by the name of Sam. Sam's customer service was 10/10; he provided the answers to questions I had for my check ups, oil change, and general service. He also was able to square away a situation I had with being told to receive a call back regarding ordering parts, that I never received. PROMOTE ABOVE PEERS. This is the kind of service that needs to be recognized by his chain of command! Please hire more people like Sam!

I purchased a 2018 Sienna from here back in 2018 and have been bringing it in for regular maintenance. This place is top notch because they seem to communicate upfront and work fast. Now that I am looking to purchase a new car, I wish this place sold the car I was looking for. The buying process was easy: I called in and asked for a price which was given to me immediately and well priced. I went in, wrote a check, and I was out of the building with a brand new car in 10-15 minutes. I didn't realize this buying process was abnormal until now.

Service was fine and the service team has always been helpful. I'm just not sure why they never seem to have any specials. I get offers all the time from other Toyota dealerships for oil changes, tire rotations, break work etc. but rarely from Bill Page.

Took partner's older model Prius in for a checkup. Told check-in person that vehicle just had an expensive, synthetic oil change. An oil change did not need to happen. It was louder in the dealership. He gave me the slip; I signed it. Car goes in for the job. When I get the car back, they have changed the oil! Why? Lesser grade oil, too! Well, it was on the slip.

I should have read the order slip. (True; I agree.) Later manager comes out. Quite confrontative. Clearly my fault. But they will generously change the oil again. I'm sorry, but highly sexist demeanor and language. Many attempts at conciliation led to more arrogant and dismissive behavior. So, I left and won't be going back. I don't want anything from you. Later they want a rating?! Uh no. Of note: am a female Psychiatry physician. And I had just arrived from a more rural area. Folks are less predatory there.

Found out that my car had a fuel pump safety recall, and it'd take 3 hours to replace the parts. I was worrying about staying too long at the dealer to wait, but the manager immediately offered to lend me a car so that I could leave and come back when my car was ready. Really appreciate the hospitality from this dealership!

I bought and repaired my cars here for years. Now I'd not recommend them even to my enemies. Car sales people are like McDonald's cashiers trying to super size you with extras you do not need. Mechanics need some retraining. They never really caught up with new technologies. Bad customer service. Nice new remodeled building, but staying in there waiting for your car is made unpleasant by staff's cheap cologne.

Went in for routine service, having recently moved here from California where I received excellent service. Was told to sit down here and received a text saying to text back with any questions. After two hours I texted the guy to remind him that I had been waiting for two hours. Received no reply. After 2 1/2 hours received a message that my car was ready with no recognition of my previous text.

This was way too long not to receive feedback. In California, the car came back clean, inside and out as a courtesy. Here the car was just left in a line with other cars and no attempt to make the car look like it had been cared for.

Beyond exceptional service experience by far compared from to other Toyota dealership I've worked with in the past. I was due for a maintenance service and a small recall notice on my truck and called BP to schedule a convenient time. Sam graciously offered to pick up/drop off my truck for my services after mentioning I had a toddler and a preschooler.

I hadn't even mention to Sam that I am also pregnant so having to avoid coming in and having little to no contact with anyone during this pandemic is greatly appreciated by our family! Thank you Sam! Thank you Tu (the Service Manager) for personally picking up and returning my car! And Thank you Bill Page Toyota! Wishing you all a Healthy and Happy New Years
